FRONTE LAGO apartment, ideal for families with children, located in the BLUE LAKE Residence in Peschiera del Garda in the S. Benedetto area in the area between Camping Bergamini and Fornaci.
The residence consists of a large LAKEFRONT communal garden with direct access to the beach and the walkway leading up to the historic center of Peschiera del Garda.
The beach in front of the residence is free for public use, and there is a few meters the paid accessible to pets.
A short walk from the Residence Blue Lake and strolling along the lake, there are restaurants and clubs that make for a lovely, relaxing and romantic your evenings.
The apartment consists of two rooms (about 12 square meters and about 8 square meters), with two double beds (measures 140x200 and 140x190 cm respectively), bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and veranda with sliding doors and windows , from which the lake is visible.
In the living room, in exceptional cases and only at the request of the client, a foldaway bed space can be placed for a boy.
In all the rooms, with the exception of the bathroom, there are remote controlled ceiling fans to make every room more pleasant and ventilated.

Es mentioned in an e-mail before, the only thing to worry about was the check-in. It took some time to find the second key (the key for the apartment that this key is located in a second box which can be found down in the garage nearby the parking lot for apartement 9.

Schöne Ferienwohnung auf Grundstück direkt am Gardasee
Wir mieteten die Ferienwohnung in den letzten Jahren mehrfach und sind weiterhin begeistert von der Lage (Grundstück mit direktem See-Zugang) und der tollen Wohnung (u. a. zwei Schlafzimmer, große Küche / Aufenthaltsbereich sowie Terrasse/Wintergarten mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee). Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen in diesem Jahr empfanden wir die moderne Klimaanlage als besonders angenehm.

Local amenities close by. Perfect for dog owners! Great communication from our host Sergio, who was a wealth of information and always very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Super Urlaub am Gardasee, "Residence Blue Lake" in Peschiera
Unsere Erwartungen an die Unterkunft wurden in jeder Beziehung voll erfüllt. Die FeWo ist direkt am Ufer des Gardasees mit einem sehr schönen Blick über den südöstlichen Gardasee und einem großen Grundstück für Aktivitäten im Freien. Ausstattung/Einrichtung und Größe der FeWo sind perfekt für 2 - 4 Personen.

Wunderbare Lage direkt am See
Wir verbrachten zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in der sehr schönen Wohnung direkt am See. Die Wohnung, sowie auch die gesamte Anlage, ist sehr gepflegt. Die Größe der Wohnung ist ideal für eine vierköpfige Familie. Die Deckenventilatoren schaffen auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen eine angenehme Kühle im Haus und die beiden großen Fenster in der Veranda, die sich komplett öffnen lassen, ersetzen die Terasse.
An Inventar fehlt es an nichts. Sämtliche Küchenutensilien, Bügeleisen, Föhn, usw. - alles da!
Sehr praktisch sind die klappbaren Liegen und der Sonnenschirm, die mit an den Strand genommen werden können.
Unschlagbar ist die Lage direkt am See.
Direkt am See führt ein schöner Weg direkt nach Peschiera. Nach ca. 30 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man das Zentrum der schönen Stadt mit vielen Läden, Bars und Restaurants.
Auch die Einkaufsmögliuchkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind ausreichend vorhanden und innerhalb von 5 Minuten vom Appartment fußläufig zu erreichen.
Absolut hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft und Unterstützung von Sergio. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr angenehm und seine Tipps waren sehr wertvoll. Er hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns ab der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Wiederholung nicht ausgeschlossen ...

Gardasee mit Kindern und Hund
Waren sehr schöne Urlaubstage direkt mit Zugang zum Steinstrand. Hundestrand! Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ohne WLAN , was uns nicht störte, da die Tage eh ausgefüllt waren. Erika machte mit uns unkomplziert das Checkin. Die Tiefgarage nutzen wir nicht, da für unser großes Auto der Platz ziemlich eng war. Oberirdisch finden 4 Autos Platz, was in unserer Zeit reichte. In direkter Nähe 2 Supermärkte. Wir nutzten den Einheimischen, der uns vom Angebot besser gefiel als der Lidl. Empfehlenswert für Kinder ist der Aquapark Camera mit Wasserrutschen für jedes Alter. Verona liegt ca. eine halbe Stunde entfernt und gut auch mit Auto erkundbar. Im Quartier war die Klimaanlage kaputt , im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer gab es aber 2 große Deckenventilatoren. Alles in allem schöner unproblematischer Familienurlaub mit Hund👍�🏻� Dank an die Vermieter!

Italienurlaub
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche am Gardasee. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist toll - durch den Garten und die Treppe runter und schon ist man am Strand. Und dort darf auch der Hund mit hin und mit ins Wasser! Der Kontakt zum und mit dem Vermieter war super.

Super-tolle FeWo - bis auf unschöne zwei Details ...
Wir haben gerade, 22.06. - 06.07.19, unseren Urlaub in der FeWo verbracht und sind so begeistert, dass wir im nächsten Jahr (sofern "frei") im selben Zeitraum die Wohnung direkt nochmal mieten würden - aus folgenden Gründen:
Ideal und sehr schön ist die Lage der Anlage direkt am Ufer des Gardasees gelegen. Einfach traumhaft ist auch das Grundstück mit dem direkten Blick über den Gardasee und der Möglichkeit zum in der Sonne liegen etc. ...
Die Wohnung ist von der Größe her ideal für zwei Personen und mit allem so ausgestattet (u. a. 2 Schlafzimmer), dass sich auch mehrere Personen wohl fühlen.
Die beiden unschönen Details waren, dass es entgegen der Beschreibung bei "FeWo-direkt" kein Internet bzw.
WLan gab (kein Router o. ä. installiert = Auskunft bei der Übergabe) und die Klimaanlage defekt ist … daher Bewertung mit 4 anstatt 5 Sternen, was die FeWo eigentlich "verdient".

Ruhiger Urlaub mit Freunden
Wir haben den Frühlingsanfang am Gardasee sehr genossen, vor allem die direkte Nähe zum See und auch zum ruhigen Hinterland am Mincio, wo man kulinarische Highlights finden kann. Anfang Mai war es dieses Jahr etwas zu frisch, um die Nächte im Freien zu verbringen.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und wussten schon von einem früheren Besuch, dass es im Kinderzimmer eng ist. Aber da wir die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht haben und uns dort nur zum Schlafen aufgehalten haben, reichte uns das auch aus.
Schön ist die Lounge im "Wintergarten". Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter ist die Lounge-Ecke hell und angenehm. In der Küche gibt alles, was man braucht. Nur der Internet-Empfang im Haus ist nicht ganz ideal. Den braucht man aber im Urlaub hoffentlich nur für WhatsApp und zum googeln der Adresse des Lieblingslokals :-)
Lieben Dank an Sergio und Milena, wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Kiesstrand
Wohnung: Komplett ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Matratzen etwas zu weich für 2 Erwachsene.
Lage: ca. 1 km vom Ortskern entfernt. Man kann direkt an der Uferpromenade in den Ort laufen.
Einkaufen: geht bequem zu Fuß zu Lidl oder Eurospin
Strand/Wasser: Kiesstrand. Man kann die vorhandenen Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm von der Wohnung zum Stand runtertragen. Das Wasser war (Ende August) so angenehm warm, dass die Kinder den ganzen Tag im Wasser bleiben konnten. Das Wasser ist auch nach 50 Metern immer noch so flach dass man stehen konnte. Allerdings sind relativ viele größere Steine im Wasser an denen man hängen bleiben kann. Auch zum reingehen/rausgehen sind die Steine gewöhnungsbedürftig wenn man Barfuß ist.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Super Lage und super Wohnung!
Uns ging am Sonntag Früh der Kühlschrank kaputt und wir hatten bereits am Nachmittag Ersatz. Top Betreuung!
Wir überlegen bereits nächstes Jahr wieder dort Urlaub zu machen.

Sehr schöne Lage, ruhig, direkt am See.
1 Stern Abzug, weil die Klimaanlage wohl kaputt war, oder eventuell zu teuer für den Vermieter ??? Ich hätte lieber noch 50 € mehr bezahlt für die funktionierende Klimaanlage. Natürlich ist der Sommer dieses Jahr besonders warm.
Das Appartement ist groß genug, wir waren zu Dritt da. Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt am See. Abends ist sehr ruhig, Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt mit einem großen Garten zum See. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Es hat alles prima gepasst und der Beschreibung entsprochen. Betreuung war sehr zuverlässig.
Das Apartement befindet sich in einer kleinen Anlage mit gleich/ähnlich geschnittenen Wohnungen, die z.T. vermietet, z.T. von den Eigentümern genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet, Bad und Küche sind in gutem Zustand. Einzig die Betten sind für große Personen zu klein.
Der Gardasee schließt sich direkt an den großen Garten an, den die Kinder gerne genutzt haben.
Danke an Sergio & Milena und Erika vor Ort für den Service und die Betreuung. Wir können das Apartement weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir verbrachten im August 2017 eine tolle Woche in dieser Wohnung. Für uns als Hundebesitzer liegt die Wohnung super ideal direkt am Hundestrand! Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man benötigen könnte! Die Wohnungsübergabe war problemlos. Vielen Dank Erike! Mit dem Vermieter war der Kontakt im Vorfeld sehr angenehm und nett. Bei jeder Frage kam umgehend eine Antwort. Vielen Dank Sergio! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Perfekter Urlaub mit Hund :)
Es war alles super... Der garten, die Nähe zum strand, (hundestrand direkt daneben-der einzige am Gardasee), sowie die Wohnung. Es hat alles gepasst. Der Vermieter sergio ist immer erreichbar bei Wünschen oder Fragen und sehr bemüht. Ausstattung küche könnte nicht besser sein! Gemütlich ist es auch. Für uns 4 mit Hund war es toll :)

Traumhafte FeWo direkt am See
Diese FeWo ist ein Schmuckstück, und ist für 4 Personen ausgerichtet. Sie befindet sich in einer schönen Ferienanlage mit einer geräumigen Liegewiese. Die Anlage ist rundum eingezäunt, und hat einen direkten Zugang zum See.
Hier ist alles am letzten Stand der Technik. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist überkomplett. Der Tiefgaragenplatz bewahrte uns vor einem Hagelgewitter.

Relax and fun!!!!!
Ho soggiornato lo scorso anno nel periodo di Luglio in questo appartamento trovandomi benissimo. La posizione fronte lago è incantevole, ed offre totale relax e molte possibilità di divertimento. Costeggiando il lago per 2 km si arriva nel centro storico di Peschiera del Garda, una piacevole passeggiata serale.
Sono state apprezzate l'ordine e la pulizia del appartamento.
