Lovely villa within a 10 minute stroll to the small town of Moraira, where you will find many shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. On arrival the check in process was easy, we met Rasa who showed us around the property. The villa is modern, clean and has everything you could need. We had a family vacation and everything was wonderful! Full kitchen, ease of contact, en-suites, bbq, pool and beautiful views. The pictures online don’t do it justice! Quick walk to town and the supermarket which is really helpful!

We stayed in this villa for a week and it was perfect. An amazing space for all the family. The pool was incredible and we could not fault it. The Villa was modern and provided all the mod-cons you could think of. It was extremely hot whilst we were there, but the air conditioning was fantastic. The view from the villa was stunning and I would not hesitate to rebook the villa again.

Beautiful property with amazing views.

This was a state of the art modern villa that was great for a big family holiday. The views internally and externally were amazing. Really cool infinity pool, bbq and outside relaxation area. Multiple sun lounge areas around the property that allow big family gatherings or some quiet areas for reading/relaxing. Really close walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to go back to this fantastic villa. The owners and staff on entry and exit were so friendly and went out their way to help us have a great holiday.

Very nearly perfect. A mid stay clean should be available. A small welcome package - water for example - should be available.

Ett hus utöver det vanliga, både inomhus och utemiljö med flera bra sittplatser. En härlig pool med en utsikt att bara njuta av. Att huset låg lite högt gör att man får en härlig utsikt och bra vardagsmotion. Att kommunikationen med ägaren fungerade så bra är ett extra plus. Skulle gärna återvända hit. Samtliga i familjen är supernöjda. Mormor, morfar med 2 döttrar med partner och 4 barnbarn 8 till 18 år.

Great vacation in a beautiful house

It's our third trip/rental in Moraira/Benissa, and this is by FAR the best. Our group had 6 adults, 2 infants and 1 baby. The house is very modern and has everything you might need for everyone (except for a microwave). The A/C works perfectly, the pool is amazing and the heated outdoor/pool showers are INCREDIBLE, specially when stepping out of the pool on a cool afternoon/evening. Inside the house the internet is pretty good by Moraira standards, the house has 2 smart TVs, it even has AppleTV and Google ChromeCast, electric shades in the living room are a big plus with such huge windows that display the AMAZING VIEW. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, there is space to park a couple of cars inside the property comfortably and there are garbage/recycling bins pretty close by. Contact with the owner/manager was hassle free, and any problem or question was solved quickly. The only observation I could make is that the outside kitchen area/grill may require attention as some of the equipment seems to be faulty. Otherwise everything was great and I hope to visit Pia's house again in the near future. What an amazing house, what a view!

We had a lovely week at Villa Hope. The villa itself is spectacular as are the views over the bay. The villa had everything we needed and more. I would definitely go back there!

Beautiful villa of a high standard. Only negative would be the lack of a bath. Very spacious layout for families. Great views from the living area and pool. Close to the town (5 minute walk). Felt safe and secure with electric gates etc. Would highly recommend this villa.

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful villa, and the second time was just as good as the first! The villa is set over two floors, and all the rooms are incredibly spacious and well furnished. The villa is finished to a very high standard throughout, both internally and externally. The owner and property manager are very responsive, and were very flexible, helpful and accommodating with all our questions and special requests! Our family love this villa, and we would not hesitate to recommend it.

Over the years we have stayed in many many villas in the Moraira and El Portet areas, but our whole family agreed this is the best ever villa. We were a family group of 9 adults. With 5 excellent sized en-suite bedrooms, there wasn’t the usual compromise of one or more bedrooms being less nice - all bedrooms great. With two kitchens and two utility rooms (including washers and dryers in both) there was plenty of space for everyone to get on. The villa is in a superb location with phenomenal views and just 10 mins walk into Moraira and 20min walk to El Portet beach. Gave us lots of flexibility as a group as we didn’t need cars to get around. The pool area is beautiful. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers, fabulous infinity pool, great outdoor kitchen and electric grill and a wonderful sunken seating area (perfect for relaxing out of the sun). This villa really is worth every penny and contributed to a fantastic family holiday.

We had a wonderful time staying in Villa Hope. The views from the villa are superb and we really enjoyed the infinity pool. The villa is very well equipped (apart from having no tea towels!) with all the mod cons, including a two person shower in the master suite! Villa Hope is a only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Moiraira which is a pleasant seaside resort with a nice variety of places to eat. I would definitely recommend a holiday in this villa.

We had 9 people staying at Villa Hope for a week and it was everything we wished for. The Villa is absolutely stunning in everyway. Bedrooms are spacious, well presented and beds are lovely and comfy. Main living area upstairs is huge with large windows offering great views out to sea. Good kitchen facilities both upstairs and down stairs with every pot, pan and utility item you will need. The downstairs lounge area is also well sized and great if you need the extra space. The outside facilities are superb. The infinity pool is a good size with easy access in and out with steps down into the water. There isn't a hand rail but they are wide enough for more than two people at a time if someone needs assistance in and out of the pool. Views from the pool are also out to sea over Moraira and again are stunning. Plenty loungers available and along with a comfy sunken seating area you will spend hours relaxing here. There is an outside sink, electric BBQ and hob which makes eating outside a breeze. A large table in a covered area next to the pool is great for meals. Only offers limited shade in the evening due to it's open aspect but the plus side are the views. There is a separate table and seating area on the lower grounds outside with a large parasol provided so this offers an alternative. Whilst the villa is on a hill, the walk back from town is easy and we did it near every day with no issues so don't be put off. There is parking for two cars at the villa with electric security gates so you will feel secure at all times. If you have been to Moraira before you will know about the great choice of places to eat and drink, you really are spoilt for choice. The range of resturants means that we did not have a bad meal the whole week as standards are high. I can recommend Chillers (fantastic tapas with a South American twist, booking recommended), The Royal Budaha Indian right at the bottom of the hill is simple great even if it doesn't look like much from the outside. In Moraira, Secret Bar for cocktails and Boza for the best burger. A few minutes along the coast I recommend the Happy Garden if you want Chinese or Bar Cabana for somewhere seriously cool to hang out with wine, beer and great food. Overall we had a wonderful holiday, Villa Hope, I can't say enough about it. Pia is a pleasure to deal with, prompt responses to any queries and clearly looks after the villa and guests well. Go ahead and book, you will not be disappointed.

I stayed in the villa with my husband, three daughters and four grandsons. There was ample room for all of us and there were facilities for all of us to have our own time, if needed, with the villa being split over two floors.The villa was everything and more that you could expect. This was, by far, the best villa we have stayed in. It was well equipped with everything that you could need, the pool was perfect and the views were stunning. The location was also excellent, within walking distance of the supermarkets and the town centre. I would suggest a car for the big shop on arrival as it is up quite a steep hill and in the hot weather can be exhausting. Communication with the owners was good and Rasa, the manager of the villa, was very helpful and was contactable at all times if needed. I would highly recommend a stay at the villa and would very much like to visit again in the future.

Vi 9 personer hade två underbara veckor i Villa Hope. Huset är stort så det kändes inte trångt. Poolen är underbar. Huset ligger högt så det är många backar att ta sig uppför.

My family and another family stayed in villa hope, 9 of us in total, one famiky upstairs and the other downstairs. The villa is stunning and the pictures in the website do not do it justice. The views are amazing and I really have nothing negative to say about villa hope. The pool was lovely and the outdoor seating area was so comfy. The only one downside of renting this villa is having to leave it as you wont want to. Pia the owner was lovely to deal at all times and made us feel very welcome in her villa.
