We're ready to welcome you in, the property is not an apartment it’s a detached house completely private and independent.
MY ACCOMMODATION OFFERS EXCLUSIVITY, ISOLATION AND SECURITY. THERE IS NOT COMMON AREAS TO SHARE WITH ANOTHER TRAVELERS OR NEIGHBORS, IT IS TOTALLY PRIVATE ONLY TO BE ENJOYED WITH YOUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY. The house complies with current regulations and has a current activity license.
Recently restored and completely transformed. I personally carried out the work, taking great care of the design and choice of materials, using only water-based paints, eco-friendly products and recycled materials in order to eliminate any health or environmental risks and guarantee the wellbeing of guests. My main goal while decorating the house was to allow my guests experience the real Majorcan lifestyle.
The house sleeps up to five people. It’s ideal for four, but if required ONLY BY REQUEST it is possible to sleep one extra person on the sofa-bed in the living room in which case a supplement per day is charged.
IMPORTANT:
APART FROM THE TOTAL BUDGET SOME EXTRA CHARGES ARE NOT ADDED TO THE TOTAL OF THE QUOTE AND WILL BE DUE UPON ARRIVAL:
- CLEANING AND LAUNDRY FEE: an strict professional cleaning will be carrie out before every guest checks-in. All our bed linen and towels are washed in a 100% EcoFriendly laundry, guaranteeing a washing system that respects the environment, our clothes and avoiding possible allergies in my guests.
- TOURIST TAX: from the 1º of July 2016 the Balearic Islands Authorities begins to collect the Eco-tasa (Tourist Tax). Children under 16 years are exempt. Each LEGAL tourist establishments are required to collect this Tax, it has to be paid in cash at arrival day.
- ELECTRICAL CONSUMPTION: The power consumption during winter and summer time will be charged right after your sojourn.

Americans in Mallorca!
Anàlia was a phenomenal host. The house was beyond beautiful. Do keep in mind guest over 6 feet in height may have to duck down a bit when descending the stairs and accessing the upper level bathroom. The property was in walking distance to many attractions and food venues. If you choose to rent a car, street parking is tight however Ana was able to direct us to a very close parking garage around the corner. We enjoyed our stay!

WELL EQUIPPED HOUSE
Clean, all mod cons, very spacious for two.
Outside seating good in hot weather, as is air conditioning in sitting room and main bedroom.
Easy access to shops, bars and restaurants, although immediate area is quite run down.

Wonderful home
A great stay in Analia's beautiful home.
The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful Analia's home is in Palma. the location was perfect as we could walk most everywhere. Analia provided ideas and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The house was perfect for my family's visit. Mornings were spent on one of the two decks sipping coffee and planning the days. Evenings were in non-tourist restaurants soaking up the culture and great food. I highly recommend this house and location for anyone traveling to Palma.

A great place
We spent 5 nights at the house .. only a few minutes walk from the port and about 20 min from the town. Very well equipped with great touches such as a water filter in the fridge .. a bottle of wine and great to see left overs not been thrown away which meant we didn’t have to rush to the shop - supermarkets cash machines and buses all just seconds away .. we will return at some point - thank you Analia

Fabulous House, great host
We had an amazing week in this house. It’s perfectly arranged with a bedroom, bathroom and terrace on each floor. It meant we could have some privacy as well as spending time together.
Analía is a terrific host. She gave us great suggestions of places to go and things to see, including directions and travel time. The house is in a great location, where it’s far enough from the centre to be quiet, but easy walking distance. My mother has slight mobility issues, so closeness to bus stops was also a big advantage.
Thank you for a great holiday, I plan to come back!

Beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean!
We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a special birthday and spent 5 days in and around Palma. A beautiful city. The house was ideal for us, and although a good walk to the city centre it was a very pleasant one. Cappucino's was a good place to stop for a coffee half way. Taxi's were so easy if we were short of time or feeling lazy! Would certainly like to return, maybe when the weather is warmer! Thank you Analia and hope to see you again sometime.

Wonderful base for exploring Palma
What a fantastic base from which to explore Palma! This was our first visit and our stay in Analia's house helped to make it really memorable. The house is as inviting and lovely as it looks in the photos and the 2 terraces are really fabulous. But what we really appreciated were all the thoughtful finishing touches - fresh water in the fridge, hand soap and shower gel, flowers on the terrace, a really informative guest brochure, a well-appointed kitchen, nice towels etc. Analia herself is very welcoming and provided great recommendations for local tapas bars and restaurants. The house itself is within easy walking distance of the city centre, with a large supermarket nearby, but you might choose to take the local bus if you're making the journey more than once a day. I would highly recommend this property.

Fab base to explore Palma
My Mother and Sisters stayed at El Terreno for a long weekend in September. The apartment was excellent in terms of accommodation and facilities. Analia is a wonderful Host and has thought of everything you maybe looking for. We especially enjoyed the outside terraces, which although offering no views, are exceptionally stylish and comfortable areas away from the biz of Palma. We would highly recommend this apartment for a couple or 3-4 close friends or family, much nicer and more sociable than a hotel.

This is a lovely private home, well equipped and in a great location
We had a wonderful experience. Analia was lovely, very quick to respond and helpful in every way. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor living spaces were a real pleasure. The location was perfect for us. We had a rental car and even though the street is narrow and parking is limited, there is a public parking lot just across the street. I encourage you to rent a compact car, parking spaces are small. We enjoyed visiting the fresh fish market and cooking a few meals at home. I would return here and highly recommend this property.

A cosy town house which has everything you need.
The property is in very good condition and has been fitted out with taste. Although we dined out in the evenings, the kitchen is well equipped with everything that may be required. The master bedroom bed is excellent and very comfortable and big. Two shower rooms make things a lot easier. As it was early in the year we did not get full use of the terraces but they were ideal. Analia was very helpful, providing recommendations where to eat and was very good in communicating all the necessary information. The house is only 5 mins from the Paseo de Maritimo and a walk into Palma is about 25 mins, which is very pleasant. The charge for electricity seems to be more expensive in Mallorca,as we found out when we vacated the property. We had a good weeks holiday and enjoyed our stay. Many thanks Analia.

Perfect living
Hi Analia
For the second time we have livet in your beautiful house. Also this time we are equally pleased whith everything, clean and tidy. You have a good eye for interior design, nice colors and small details that fit together. Two lovely terraces. There is that little extra in the house that you may need such as beach towels, beach bag, har dryer, umbrella, etc. You thought of everything. Analia, you are a perfect hostess. When we arriived you took us against in the door, always answered when we called ot wrote to you. Analia has many good ideas om what to se and do in Mallorca.
We can not think of a better place to stay in Palma. We Will gladly return again.

Clean comfortable excellent
Everything was as described. Owner met us was available on call if needed. Furniture good beds comfortable excellent bathrooms and kitchen small but with all u needed. China and cutlery in perfect condition. Have nothing negative to say bonus was the two patios. Excellent bakery round the corner and bus stop diect to Palma centre 5 mins walk

lovely place in an ideal location
Beautiful little house with two bathrooms, a balcony terrace and a courtyard. Very modern and more than comfortable. Analia made us very welcome and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Ideally located for exploring the old town and marina and would recommend to family's or couples.

Great holiday home
Analía is a great landlady. She provided clear instructions on how to get to the property. She was there on our arrival with a much appreciated complimentary snack and drinks. The property is very well maintained and has everything we needed.The house is very clean and is as described in the advertisement. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The main old town is about a 30/40 minute walk which is a must see. Taxis and buses are available but we didn't use them. I would recommend the house to fellow holiday makers. The 2 outside areas are lovely, the upstairs area is a real sun trap, and the downstairs great for family meals. Analia and her husband provided a 3 hour boat trip of a nearby nature reserve island. We went snorkelling, masks were provided by them, which was a great experience with a lovely personal touch. We hired a car for a few days to see the rest of the island which was lovely but this is not necessary. I am glad we choice this house and hope to return some time. Christina

Our perfect holiday home
The house was perfect for us. My friend and I meet up every year and come to Majorca, we have done this for 10 years but have always stayed in hotels. Thought we would give a house a go this year and it was the best thing ever. We had a bedroom, bathroom and patio each to enjoy. We could be together but then if wanted time to ourselves this was wonderful. The house is in a street with a small school and lots of neighbours who are not tourists. I loved this area. A bakery round the corner, lots of shops 5 minutes away, buses into Palma from the next road, a bar at the end of the road, several nearby restaurants and I walked into Palma along the seafront most days, what more can you ask for? The only thing, which was a tiny bit disappointing was when we wanted to relax in the evening in front of the TV there were lots of German channels but the only English ones were news or YouTube. I would definitely like to use this house again and will recommend it to anyone.

The property was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated throughout. We especially loved the outside terraces - the upstairs one being particularly lovely.
The house felt much more spacious than its size and was equipped with everything you'd need to make yourself at home. It's an enjoyable half hour stroll along the promenade or back streets to the Old Town, passing plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants on the way. Taxis are cheap if you don't fancy the walk.
Analia was very welcoming and helpful with things like arrival times and storing our cases on the day of departure. She also provided an extremely organized and informative folder of local information including restaurants, cafes, taxis, public transport, local amenities and beaches. Her restaurant recommendation was spot on (but I'm not saying where it was in case it gets too popular by our next visit!).
Overall, our experience of this 'casa' was extremely positive and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Absolutely wonderful
The apartment is absolutely lovely it has recently been refurbished to the highest standards with everything you need to make your stay memorable.
