Property is very spacious! Kids had an amazing time as well as our parents. We enjoyed fun game nights in the pool, in the house and on the basketball court!! We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hamptons estate. It was a beautiful, property with more amenities than we could have ever hoped for. Not only was it beautiful, extremely private, well kept and comfortable, but all of our communication with J throughout booking and our stay was impeccable. We felt so comfortable knowing that we had a host who truly cared about us, our safety and our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Hamptons area!

The owners could not have been nicer. Great communication and they have thought of everything! Floats for the pool, outdoor and indoor games, basketball court, zip line, gym, etc. Of course the pool was amazing and there's plenty of seating/entertaining areas. The boys loved watching soccer and hockey from the pool or the covered porch area. There's even a basket of towels by the back door for the pool. Close to the Wolffer Estate and downtown Sag/Bridgehampton. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay as J was a terrific host. He is an excellent communicator - checked in with us before during and after our stay. Made a great recommendation for catering Christmas dinner - Sunflower Catering and Laura Costas were amazing. Had a bunch of “foodies” at our table and her food, detail on directions for heating as well as the quality were outstanding! J’s place had everything that was needed, very clean and will definitely consider staying here again.

House was great, fit 12 (adults) comfortably. A lot of amenities, which was perfect when we had rainy weather. The host was fantastic. He was in touch before the stay and helped us with setting up a private chef and gave us recommendations for things to do in the area. We were able to check in early and he allowed us a late check out as well. Very a accommodating and was in touch with us throughout the weekend. Highly recommend!

Jay is an incredible VRBO host, the nicest and most communicate I've ever experienced! The home itself is comfortable, well-appointed and fun. We didn't get to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it's an awesome pool and the outdoor space is wonderful, spacious and private. The rooms were comfortable, we appreciated the temperature control and the arcade games were super fun! Fun, unique home. Highly recommend especially for families. It's within distance to some great restaurants and Wolffer's vineyard, too.

We had our annual trip at this property and what an amazing time we all had. The location is fantastic and the house/backyard offer the perfect backdrop to have fun and relax. Our family gathered from far and wide to spend Thanksgiving together and the house was better than we could have hoped. The kids loved the zip line and sport court while adults enjoyed the outdoor tv and fire pit.

Our friend group of 13 had the most amazing stay at this house. It fit everyone comfortably with the roomy bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, great room, loft area, and basement. Not to mention the outdoor space! The pool and deck area was absolutely perfect with a large pool, plenty of lounge chairs, hot tub, covered deck area, and more. The property is very well maintained and private. It was so relaxing for all of us that we did not want to leave! The location is also superb - close to the towns, beach, distillery, winery, and more. Jay is also hands-down the best host! He was super-friendly and accommodating, available the whole time, gave us great recommendations, and provided all the info we needed. We are already talking about coming back and would definitely stay here again!

Best weekend ever
We rented this house for a girls trip of 14. The house had more than enough room for everyone and the owner was more than accommodating. He stayed in touch from the moment I booked the rental to the day we left and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. I will definitely be renting again and possibly doing a family trip as well!

Amazing weekend getaway!
We had the BEST time at Jay's place!! He was very communicative and so helpful leading up to our check-in and check-out. He was even available during the weekend when I had a question about the grill and needing help to start it up! He also hooked us up with a great recommendation for a private chef night! Beautiful home
We just had a bachelorette weekend at this residence and it was amazing! The owner Jay was very attentive, helpful, and kind through out this whole experience. The home on arrival was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, organized, and I absolutely loved the decor! This whole experience from start to finish has been wonderful, I would 1000% recommend renting at this residence. You will NOT be dissappointed. Perfect weekend getaway!
What a BEAUTIFUL house and property! We were a group of 12 girls celebrating our sister’s bachelorette and the house was perfect. The house is spacious, cozy and comfortably slept all 12 girls. The pool is beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs and day beds for everyone. Jay is extremely friendly, accommodating, and available for any questions you may have. We can’t wait to come back!

Great house, wondeful host
Our large group of 8 adults and 6 children (the oldest being 6 years old) had the best time at Jay's house. The house is beautiful, cozy, well equipped and spacious with multiple hang-out areas on the three levels, and the property is stunning. Jay is the best host - polite, communcative and very accommodating. If we decide to rent a house in the Hamptons again, it wil be this house.

What a GREAT find-- Perfect place with amazing host for our group get away.
This house and property was the perfect long weekend get-away for our group of 4 families to spend quality time together over new years eve. All of us want to come back again! The house is spacious, well furnished and clean-- with decent sized bedrooms (and big comfy beds!) on each of the 3 levels.
We enjoyed the comfortable living room area for all of us to lounge, the fun downstairs hang-out option, and the great kitchen for group cooking/dining. (Some of us also took advantage of the home gym!).
The property is beautiful with great outdoor space even in the winter. The kids loved the back-yard including basketball and zip lines, and we loved sitting on the patio around the fire. All of us enjoyed the hot tub at one point or another! We can imagine how much more fun it must be in the summer.
We also greatly appreciated Jay, who is truly an excellent host. He was so accommodating the minute I inquired of the listing online. He was very informative, and made sure our stay was perfect. He also connected us to a chef (Laura), who we hired for news years eve. She also was super professional, and took excellent care at organizing and executing -- we had a memorable, elegant, new years eve dinner with a delicious menu.

I can’t say enough amazing things about my stay! The house is gorgeous, the property is stunning and huge and so well kept. The pool and amenities of the yard make it so you don’t ever have to leave!

He met us at the house, showed us around everything we needed to know, checked in on us and provided SO much useful info and tips for things to do in the area, private chefs, restaurants, etc. He goes so above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect stay. Amazing Property with an amazing host
A group of 13 of us (7 adults and 6 kids aged 3 months to 8 years old) rented this house for 3 nights and we couldn't have been happier with our getaway from the city. The house was clean, spacious and well stocked. We had multiple bedrooms and bathrooms throughout, including 2 bedrooms in the basement that were not even mentioned in the listing. The basement had video games, foosball and a very nice pool tab le. Plenty of space throughout. The kitchen is big and equipped to be very functional. The main attraction of the house is the outdoor space. A giant heated pool with many pool toys available. An outdoor seating area (with a mini fridge outside) with a nice propane firepit. A couple of zip lines for the kids to enjoy plus a basketball court on the property as well. This entire backyard is very secluded and has surround sound speakers which made listening to music all afternoon an incredible experience. Oh also almost forgot an enormous hot tub that is also available. And also a very nice grill. While the property is located in a great area close to the beach and grocery stores, etc, we never felt the need to really leave the confines of the house all that much. And more than anything, Jay was probably the best host I've experienced in all of my house rentals. He met us when we arrived to give us a quick 5-10 minute lay of the land. He was readily available to answer any questions through the weekend and was incredibly generous with check in and check out times with us. I couldn't recommend this house and host any more. We usually never rent the same place twice, but I think we'll be back to this one again.

If you’re looking to spend some time in The Hamptons then look no further than Jay’s house. First of all, Jay was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Always quick to respond, friendly, and just an all around good guy to deal with. He set us up with a fantastic Chef who came to the house and cooked a 5 Star meal for my group of 10. The check-in instructions that Jay provided were very detailed and straight forward and he even met me at the house to show me a few things and help get me settled in. The property and the house itself are absolutely amazing. Pictures just don’t do it justice because it’s even more beautiful in person. The house was spotless and VERY spacious. I was lucky enough to spend 90% of my time there in the back yard which was difficult to leave. The location is PERFECT too. About a 10 minute drive into Sag and 12-15 to East Hampton. I could go on and on but you get the point… thank you again Jay, I'll be back!!

From the minute you drive up the driveway, your vacation begins. The house and the grounds are spectacular. Jay has thought of everything possible to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The pool, the hot tub, the basketball court, and the zip lines keep all ages entertained. A weekend we would never forget!
Where do I start! I had originally booked this property for the size of our group and how nice the property had presented. We are medical professionals and given everything that had occurred with covid, this was a weekend for all of us to simply relax. To say the least, the property is gorgeous! The pictures do not do the property justice. You can certainly tell the owner, Jay, takes great pride in his home. It is beautifully maintained. Jay was just wonderful, from the first interaction with booking his property. He had personally shown us around the property when we arrived and boy is it spacious and private, which we all loved! After that, Jay is the kind of host to let you enjoy his home and did not bother us. This was our home for the weekend! This was great to have a host be so welcoming and trusting. There are 7 rooms, 2 of which were masters, 4.5 baths, which was more than enough room for all of us. We were a total of 9 ladies and we were very comfortable. We had enjoyed all of the amenities this property had to offer. From the surround sound, the pool, ( we loved the rubber ducky), hot tub , the fire pit you name it this property had it! I would absolutely stay here again. It was comforts of home away from home. I will say, do not hesitate to book this property. You will not regret it!

One of a kind trip
I cannot recommend this property nearly enough.
From the time, I connected with Jay he went above and beyond to make each step of the rental process seamless. He was incredibly responsive and took steps that he didn't need to to help accommodate a fantastic bachelorette weekend that we will never forget.
When it comes to the property, I can promise that the pictures do not do nearly enough justice. The property grounds are even more fabulous in person and the pool is to die for. If we never left the house for the whole weekend, I would have been more than happy. Beyond that, the home is clean and made an entire gang of girls feel right at home and comfortable.
We trekked across Southhampton, Montauk, and Sag Harbor. Uber and Taxi was easy access and each trip was simple and easy. Close to all of the amazing things the Hamptons have to offer.
Whether for a family trip, weekend away with the girls and beyond, this place has it all.
Would book this place again in a heartbeat and can't wait to do so again!!!! Don't let this gem pass you by :)

Perfect girls weekend get away!
I had a group of 15 girls for my bachelorette weekend. I can’t say it enough how perfect and accommodating this house is! We all kept saying how we wish we could stay longer. The outside has a huge pool and hot tub. The location is a huge plus as well. We were able to go to wineries and out to dinner and getting ubers were super easy as well. Overall we had the best time and would love to plan another vaca there!
