This near new holiday house has an open kitchen/meals/lounge area and accommodates up to 12 people with the following features. Located in a quiet Cul-de-Sac Street at Moonta Bay. Within walking distance to the beach.

2 bathrooms

**Please note that bed sheets and bath towels are NOT provided, you must supply your own sheets and towels.
These can be hired by contacting the owner for more information.
Pillows, blankets and quilts all provided.

We had an amazing stay, very quiet area to be close to the beach. I left a note for the cleaner about a few things. Will definitely stay again. We love how it’s designed for 2 families plus to sleep.

The property was well situated, house lay out was good. Needs to be a bit cleaner. Quilts and a few thing's need updating but overall a good place to stay.

We’ve now stayed in the house 4 times with extended family and it’s great. One big common area with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom/toilet either side. Toys, games, easy walk to the beach including Moonta bay and pt Hugh’s jetties and beaches. Excellent communication with owners. Great stay, thank you!

This was our second time staying in the Simms Cove house. Location is spot on. One street away from the beech. Plenty of room to spread out.

House great, lots of space, great outdoor area. Games to play. Found dishes left in dishwasher and they had gone mouldy but we rewashed them. Long cycle on dishwasher so the day you leave have to do them early or by hand, so hopefully cleaner checks dishwasher each time. Floors could have been cleaner. Otherwise a great stay. Quite modern house, which was nice.

Property was extremely well set up for a large extended family group, good sleeping arrangements and loved the central living area/kitchen. Two bathrooms was a bonus! Short walk to the beach and ideally situated to Moonta and Port Hughes. We had a great time, highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in Moonta. Place was perfectly set up for 2 families. We missed the basketball ring this time for the kids. Great location close to the beach and short trip into town. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house, very clean and tiny, best rental holiday house we have stayed at. Very well equipped house with shampoo, soap, oil, paper towel etc. The board games, beach buckets and todem tennis were an added bonus. Would love to stay again :-)

Telling us the day before booking that there were no sheets, pillowcases or towels and when we were there to see that the garbage and recycling bins were full that there was not a single hanger to hang our clothes on was difficult for us. Finding bedding for me and my wife was easy but for 8 more guests who had come from overseas it was a bit difficult. For the rest, the house is magnificent, although without air conditioning in the bedrooms. Regards Rafael Delgado

The location and house was great. The rubbish bin was full and we had no where to put out rubbish. We had to squash the rubbish down already in the bin to get some of our rubbish in, same with the recycling bin was 3/4 full. Only thing I would suggest is need more tea towels, 1 isn’t enough, need extension cords to be able to use the pedestal fans in the bedrooms, also bath mats needed. Apart from that the house was great and clean.

Nice clean and tidy house. Perfect spot, only short walk to the beach. Good size easily fit our family and could easily fit more. Pool table and dart board an added bonus, kids used for hours once we finished at beach. Will definitely be looking at coming back. Thanks.

Property was excellent, quiet and not far from the Moonta bay jetty, close enough to shops etc at Moonta. Could do with a screen door on the front to allow the lovely breeze flow through without worrying about flys, etc. Would go back again

We loved our stay in Moonta. The house is perfect for 2 families especially having 2 seperate bathrooms. The property had everything we needed and lots of space for the kids to run around. So close to the beach and the town centre. Highly recommend to stay at. You won't be disappointed.

Lovely house, well set out for our 2 families to share. As has been previously mentioned in reviews, the foam mattresses on double bunks are not very comfortable but everything else was great.

Thankyou for being able to check out at 2pm. Made Sunday more enjoyable. Leaking tap in bathroom unless it was turned off very hard. Dishwasher may need cleaning as it was not draining properly

Such a wonderful experience in this lovely house we stayed in. So close to the beach not even a 4 Min walk. The owners provided great communication throughout the booking The house was clean and tidy. Lots of activities for the family , boards games , pool ta3 and xbox . Provides lots of beds , blankets which was fantastic. Highly recommended , would definitely come and stay here for future holidays.

Comfortable, clean and tidy. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. I would suggest maybe leaving a note about the gas hot water, as it ran out. Luckily I actually thought to have a look and switched the bottles over. Just one other thing the double bed bunks need proper mattresses, not foam. It's probably okay for kids, not so for adults. Otherwise a lovely get away.
