About this house rental
Villa Island Estate is located in a beautiful west location on one of the broadest waterways in the city of Cape Coral, which flows directly into the Caloosahatchee River. From the jetty belonging to the house, you can reach the rented boat, we are happy to help you rent the boat, in just a few minutes the river and then the Gulf of Mexico, in order to then discover the beautiful islands of this region.
In addition to this leisure activity, this dream villa and the city of Cape Coral offer you many other options. Simply enjoy the wonderful days on the large pool terrace, read a good book or enjoy the Florida sun and then cool off in the wonderful swimming pool. The Villa Island Estate offers so many options and you will never be bored with your family or friends here. On the ground floor of the villa you will find two master bedrooms with a bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and have direct access to the pool area, as well as from the guest toilet, which is also used as a pool bath. After a refreshing bath in the salt water pool, you can take a shower immediately under the outside shower with warm and cold water. The center of the house on the ground floor is the large open modern living area with dining room and the very well equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar.
A staircase leads to the upper area of the house. In the gallery, comfortable recliners invite you to watch a good movie on the large flat screen or to play a round of pool. From the adjoining balcony you have a wonderful view over the water and can enjoy the most beautiful sunset in Florida with an ice-cooled glass that is available from the gallery. There are also two guest rooms on the upper floor, each with queen-size beds. A guest bathroom with two sinks and a large walk-in shower is available here.
The pool terrace with the illuminated water fountains that lead into the pool also offers an exceptional atmosphere at sunset. The outdoor kitchen with the built-in electric grill, refrigerator and a bar invite you to a delicious steak dinner, then enjoy your drink in the cozy seating area on the pool deck. Relax on the beautiful sun loungers or in the jacuzzi with a view of the water. You will be wonderful

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home. From the moment we walked in all of our stress melted away.
Plenty of space for all of us inside & out. The pool was stunning & the patio with outdoor kitchen & bar was a favorite. There is a TV in the covered area with the table. We never turned the TV on like we thought we would, had too much fun without it. There is a pool table upstairs which got plenty of nighttime use.
This house is a 10. If you rent it, you won’t regret it. We hope to return someday. 10 thumbs up.

Stayed at villa island estate for a family vacation! We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay! Janna the property manager was helpful and easy to communicate with! We would recommend this villa to anyone who likes to fish, swim, relax or just simply put up your feet for a few days! Thank you for the relaxing vacation!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family’s needs! Great gathering spaces but also room for quiet times. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need, the beds were comfortable and the outdoor kitchen was amazing. The salt water pool was enjoyed by all and there were lots of comfortable chairs on the pool deck area. All in all a 5 star vacation!

We took our 3 kids and son-in law here to stay for a week and it was absolutely fabulous! We rented a boat for 4 day from Blue Coral Boat rentals and used the fantastic dock to tie it up. It’s only a short drive to the river and then on to the islands. Everything was as described. The house is very spacious and the outdoor amenities are fantastic. Publix is less than a half of a mile so groceries was very easy. We will be back.

We loved the 2 master bedroom en suite on first floor! The outdoor living area is a dream! The home was extremely clean and great central location. We walked to the grocery store.

This is a very nice house, could use more kitchen supplies.
There was no pool spa heat for 5 days off our 8 day stay. During which the communication with the property manager was not acceptable. Even after the stay trying to tie up some loose ends whith property manager and 2 weeks went by and no communication. Having rented many houses in the past, and have my own house that I rent out, communication is very important.

Awesome property with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico
The home is beautiful and conveniently located with Publix grocery store around the corner. The home has a magnificent, infinity-edge pool, patio and outdoor kitchen. The boat dock has a lift and ample room to tie up a boat along side the dock, too. Highly recommend this home!

A beautiful home, especially for boat lovers!
My family spent a week at this home and it was beautiful! We rented a boat for the week and the house is located in a great spot for easy access through the canals into the open water. There were some issues with the house, the electric grill did not work, the infinity pool pump did not work, and the wine fridge did not work. Angie from BMI was excellent at addressing our issues and delivered a propane grill for us to use. Sadly the pool was never fixed but that did not stop us from enjoying the house! BMI was pleasant to work with and we would rent from them again!

Fantastic Home!
This home was absolutely beautiful, inside and out. We have rented a lot from vrbo and this home is by far my favorite. My 9yo son called it his "dream home." The house was immaculate, well-stocked, and perfectly laid out. The outside was amazing. My favorite thing to do was sit by the pool and look out over the canal. We rented a boat for the week so we made good use of the dock. We especially appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs, since we flew down to FL from Virginia. I had a number of people ask me for the rental info after I posted pictures on Facebook, though I don't think the pictures do it justice.

Fantastic
The house was beautiful and spacious! We had an absolutely amazing time at the pool and watching the dolphins, manatees and even sharks from the dock almost daily. The house was well equipped with basically everything you could need. The location was perfect - lots of yummy restaurants close by and just a short ride to the airport. We had the perfect family vacation and highly recommend this house!

Lovely family getaway
We absolutely loved this property. The interior of the home was large and perfect for our family of seven. All of the rooms were very spacious and all the counter and drawer space was amazing. There was someplace to put all of our belongings. We spent the majority of our time around the pool which was lovely. It had a great low area for our 13 month old grandson. I would definitely recommend this property. The people I dealt with were helpful and accommodating. We would definitely return.

House is nice but
The house is great, but we had a problem. Got there mid afternoon and spa was cold. Pool/Spa remote locked up in a box with hole to push buttons. Read instructions on counter, hit spa button, 2 hours later spa still cold. Call BMI and say we want the spa hot at 3 every day. They say we'll send over the pool guy. Got back next day, spa cold, no sign of pool guy. So figured out ourselves how to turn on spa heat. Have to go to main unit outside lanai and switch it over to spa. Then wait 2 hours for it to be somewhat hot. How hard can it be to get the spa hot when we want it? Won't be back.

Beautiful home in a great location..
Home and pool were beautiful, however cleaning crew didn't finish the house before we arrived due to a staffing shortage. We got clean bedding and towels, and later in the evening cleaners came, cleaned the main level floors and we took care of everything else. Perfect location in town and on the canal.

Beautiful house with plenty of room and amenities. We loved the pool area with large open space for lounging and spacious pool. The outdoor kitchen area was a big plus. The dock area was very nice. Next time we are bringing the boat!

Perfect vacation home!
We all really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The home was very clean and spacious. Our teenaged kids loved the loft area to play pool and video games. We spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful outdoor space, swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. We also rented a boat for a few days and loved the quick gulf access. We would definitely rent this home again!

Fun in the sun
Our stay was wonderful! All amenities were included, the house was just as listed on the internet. The best part for us was the covered pool area! We totally enjoyed our stay there and would recommend to anyone.

Easy check in/check out. There were coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas for our trips to the beach. Plenty of beach towels. There were fishing rods w/ reels in the garage to use. Caught a few fish & a stingray off the dock. When we arrived the TV’s had all been unplugged as well as all of the cables by the previous guests. They had a tech out Monday morning to fix them. A few small pool issues, which didn’t affect us using the pool, but that was taken care of quickly as well. Two master suites on the main floor were great ! There were just 2 couples in our group so it was nice each having our own master. There is also a bathroom right off the pool area. Bonus was the Bose sound system to listen to music while enjoying the pool & hot tub ! Beautiful home ! Will definitely consider this home again !

Great property on great location. Outdoor area is amazing our family loved it. Only issues we had was we rented a boat and boat lift did not work for 2 days we had to boat and one day we were stuck for couple hrs on the dock.

Great family vacation home!
This house has it all- plenty of room for 2 families with kids. Amazing pool on the canal with close access to beaches and everything else you need- grocery stores, excellent restaurants and more. House is just as amazing as the pictures. Wished the outdoor kitchen was working as the grill was very small for so many people to cook on. Hot tub got nice and hot after plenty of time to warm up. Laundry room is key for traveling with kids. Love this house- we will be back!

Dream Vacation Home
This home was in pristine condition. The home was perfect in every way. The pool area was huge and the pool was heated to like being in the Caribbean. We all felt very comfortable. The house is on the canal near the river so this property makes boating a breeze. Great stay overall.
