Lovely location good facilities. No real niggles except for bathroom show door had previously come off rails and a hefty draft in lounge area when watching tv. Nice apartment with great views.

Location great .. good bus/water ferry service to central town area. Apartment was rather airless despite window wide open. Main problem was no noise insulation and could hear TV all hours of the night from next door ... need ear plugs. For the price the apartment needs a bit of an overhaul but overall good location overcame anything else .

A review of two halves
A review of two halves
This is a review of two halves. First. As a short break this flat is would be excellent enough equipment and comfort for anyone to be satisfied with. Hypnos bed, shower you can dance in and very good looking furniture. For those of you who need it good Wi-Fi and (Vodafone) phone signal. Great for two people but I could not recommend it for four occupants. Very good bus links and no great need to use the car. The RWY complex with it numerous eateries make dining out simple and all within walking distance we found the Wildwood restaurant great value for money as they were running a 2 courses for £10 offer al la carte was good as well. Second. On a more personal level although my wife and I enjoyed our stay. We would not stay in this flat again unless there was only less attractive options left. We found the flat a triumph of form over function it looked great but things were awkward (for us) to use. We didn't like the "bed pod" this really is a studio flat and we don't like studio flats, but as we booked through Booking.com this was not made clear in their description. Plumlocations description makes this perfectly clear so check their website before booking. Not for us but I am sure other couples and single visitors would find the flat to be great place to stay when visiting Plymouth

Found this apartment by accident! Wonderful location. Leave the car and enjoy delightful, stress free access to town centre by ferry. Good quality and varied choice of eating venues on site. Sadly, I have to leave it all behind . . . but I'll be back!
