Beds EC and 1st floor: In 1. Floor are 3 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, TV sets and double beds. In one bedroom is also a bathtub.
On the ground floor is a room with 4 bunk beds for 4 people and a desk. For the lower room there is a shower in the wellness area and a separate toilet.
Wellness area: On the ground floor there is a wellness area with sauna (Finnish and organic), an open shower, a large relax bed and TV.
Living room with kitchen 2nd floor: In 2. OG is a large open plan living space with a wrap around balcony for perfect mountain views and ideal sunbathing.
Other equipment: dining table for up to 12 people, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, oversized refrigerator and ceramic hob with integrated extractor and satellite TV.
Washing: Washing machine, clothes dryer and drying rack are available in a separate room.
Parking: The house has 2 underground parking spaces and a covered parking space in front of the house.
The house is the ideal starting point for adventure hikes or mountain bike tours in the mountains of Wilder Kaiser.
Especially for families with children Ellmau has much to offer with Ellmi 's magic world, witches water, summer toboggan run and high ropes course.
The Kaiserbad with water slides and an indoor and outdoor area (and sauna world) and tennis courts is nearby.
The 27-hole Wilder Kaiser Golf Course is 5 minutes away. Another 4 top golf courses are within 15 minutes by car.
Those who love the TV series "Bergdoktor" can visit the Bergdoktor House on a 10-minute walk.
The VIP meeting points Stanglwirt are only 5 minutes by car. The sophisticated winter sports resort Kitzbühel is 15 minutes by car.
