Standard rental property in safe location. Nice for large groups, several places for people to congregate in house to allow for different activities, main room, outside patio and roof top. They only provide bare minimum. No salt/pepper/ only 2 garbage bags/ no napkins, scarce toilet paper, no hand soap.

We loved our stay at this location. The shuttle service was a lifesaver for getting to the beach with all of our beach gear. It was also a short bike ride to the beach to watch sunsets. We had all age ranges and it was nice to be able to ride to the park for the kids to play. The house is big and gorgeous with lots of sleeping options. The pool is mostly covered with shade so no sun bathing there and it is small for the amount of children we had but they didn’t seem to mind. There were a few maintenance items that came up- leaking from the ceiling and garage door wouldn’t open. The property manager was very quick to help fix the issues. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

This was the perfect spot for my sister's bachelorette weekend. We enjoyed being able to each have our own room and bathroom, and the short walk to the beach was perfect. The living room/kitchen space was great for having meals and movie nights, and the pool was perfect for steamy afternoons.

Beautiful home, and very spacious. Needs some updated outdoor and indoor furniture. A few changes would really improve stays. The house was clean and I appreciated the white linens on all the beds. They were clean and comfortable. The house was freezing our first night. The downstairs bedroom felt to be 68 degrees. Bring extra blankets unless you won't fill the house and can grab from other beds. The pool furniture downstairs looked very dirty and the couch by pool looked like it might be breaking on bottom. A couple of the chairs in living room could stand to be replaced. If you don't have games my suggestion would be to clean out the cabinet to make it more relaxing. The kitchen is not stocked for cooking with any staples -fyi, but did have a great amount of glassware for drinks, which we appreciated. You are only provided with two dishwasher pods so plan on bringing or buying those. The rooftop deck and deck off living room were nice. The balconies in the bedrooms are locked and not useable. Overall a good stay.

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was great for our group! The beds specifically were so comfy! Short walk to beach as well.

We had a great time at this house, we had three families and there was plenty of room for everyone. Big kitchen was used every day and we enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach.

We gathered for Easter weekend from across the East coast and had a great time at this home! It’s beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and walks to the beach. Conveniently located! The property manager/host was communicative and helpful! Definitely recommend for a large group!

Loved the property! We had 20 girls and everyone fit comfortably between the rooms and beds and we never felt cramped, even when hanging out in the living room/kitchen/dining area. Plenty of bathrooms and space to work with as well. We had a fuse blow our first night for the dish washer and garbage disposal and the host returned my online message within minutes and called to talk us through it. On day 3 the pool heater shut off and the host was at the property himself in 6 mins to turn it back on. He was very wonderful and efficient! My only complaints would be the ice machine didn’t work at all, the elevator was unavailable so the people staying on the third floor had a little bit of a rough go by the end, and the thermostats were not very accurate; the third floor was an absolute sauna and the first floor bedroom was like the Antarctic. However, that didn’t ruin the house for us! Such a short walk to the beach with a cute bar (cocos) right near the beach entrance. We truly enjoyed ourselves and the house!!!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for a few years now in February and this property was the best we have stayed at. The property was clean, bright, open with plenty of amenities. The beds are very comfortable. The temperatures this time of year are perfect. Always have plenty of sunny days. With the beach being so close, we enjoyed walking or riding on the beach. Also enjoyed many of the local restaurants, not as crowded this time of year. Would highly recommend this property

The house just keeps going. We had 16 guys and did not feel crammed at all. Great location mid-island to get everywhere quickly.

It’s a great house !

Every year, our family takes a girls trip and this year was in Hilton Head at this fabulous property! This property location was very close to everything you could need while on vacation such as grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and most importantly… the beach! The home was clean, decorated immaculately, and the owner was polite, professional, and responded in a timely manner! Our favorite spot on the home was the lovely rooftop area where you can lounge, enjoy sunrise/sunset, and oversee some beautiful views! Overall, would recommend this property!

The property was very clean and large enough for nine women to be comfortable. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and one even had a bathtub. One bummer was that the elevator wasn’t available and we didn’t contact the owner soon enough to have the pool heated. The kitchen was more than sufficient to cook meals. One drawback was that it didn’t have a pitcher (we like mixed drinks). The Sonos speaker system was hard to figure out and the internet was sketchy (not a big deal if you don’t plan on watching tv). The beach was a 3-5 minute drive or 10 minute walk away. Overall, our group enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any issues (other than we ran out of trash bags).
2.0
The house was poorly maintained and the manager we contacted was rude.
The icemaker in the fridge didn't work. I was told this is a known issue with the brand of fridge.
The little icemaker on the counter could not possibly keep up with 16 people in August.
The stove sounded like it was going to explode, several of the people staying have gas stoves and all agreed that it should not be sputtering and burning 1/4 of the way up the pans when on any temp but especially not on low.
The washer and dryer are insufficient for the number of people the listing says can stay. They were slow and beeped incessantly.
The sound on the tv in the living room went from earsplitting to nonexistent.
Of the 5 tvs in the top floor bedroom one was broken, 3 would not work and I had to request a remote for the one larger one. When it was delivered my son was told it was the extra one I had requested. There weren't any so it could not be "extra."
There was dirt on several of the bunk beds. The bathroom on the top floor was in dire need of cleaning and repair. The bathtub was moldy around the edges.
The elevator "was not available" requiring shifting of guests to accommodate those who were not able to climb up and down the number of stairs in the house. The tread on one of the stairs has popped up enough to cause concerns about tripping.
There were 5 spoons!!!
The propane tank for the BBQ was empty.
The cost of the place implies a standard not met. Look elsewhere for your stay.

Overall, the property was very nice. Well decorated. Very clean. Appliances all worked. Pool was nice and out of the sun, which everyone liked.
There were a few “minor” issues - 1 shower never got hot water and did not get fixed by the time we left. A few (2) big bugs of the cockroach family. Don’t think it was us leaving any doors open, but could have been, regardless, they were there the very next day addressing the issue.
They do need to fix the loose tiles by the far side of pool, which I brought to their attention at the end of the week.
Some of the group liked cold air, others not, so extra blankets Or recommending bringing them would be good for future guests.
Missing one tv remote. It would be nice to have a vacuum, as ours was a very neat group with one crawling child on the rug areas, even if just a non- electric sweeper - hard to broom.
A good map to beach, local points of interest would be nice… like Harold’s restaurant around the corner - great local 15 seats restaurant- so glad someone told us not to miss it.
Overall everyone was very pleased.
Thanks to the management (Todd/Tony) (memory getting old) for a great week!

This was one of the most beautiful beach houses we've stayed at. Each year our family and two of our friends and their families stay together at the beach (total of 16 people). This was our first time in the Singleton Beach area. We loved the fact that each bedroom was spacious and had a connecting bathroom. All bedrooms have their own tvs which was great for our large group. The pool was a great addition for cooling off after a long hot day at the beach. The only negatives that we experienced was that the water pressure in the home is very low and the temperature of the water turned all the way to hot was only warm at best. There was also an issue with the air conditioning in the main living/dining/kitchen area. The property manager did send two different companies out so I'm hopeful that this will be fixed for future guests. Unfortunately, the kitchen is not really stocked for cooking. Needs more utensils, cooking utensils, oven mitts, and pots and pans. The gas stove puts out far too much gas. It definitely needs to be looked at as it is very dangerous. All in all we were very pleased. Making these adjustments would make this an exceptional option for future vacationers.

Great location. Had a relaxing time.

All was good except a couple of minor items. 1. One bed leg upstairs was broken.2 One bathroom towel holder upstairs was broken. 3 Ice maker downstairs refrigerator did not work properly.
3.0
The house is beautiful but was farther from the beach than depicted in photos. Mrs Carter, shuttle operator, was awesome. The elevator was not available for us and we were not made aware of this until a few days prior to our arrival. We had a family member with mobility issues that this really limited his ability to get around. This put a huge damper on our stay. House needs thorough cleaning. Floors were not cleaned well and the pool area needed some attention. There were loose stones around pool that caused two falls so be careful. One bed on third floor kept breaking. Kitchen could be better stocked. The house is decorated well and has a spacious, open floor plan. The beds were comfortable. Due to their being five flights of stairs from ground level to the rooftop lounging area, I would say the elevator is a must not just a “convenience”.
5.0
Our stay in Hilton Head was our all time favorite family vacation! The house had plenty of room for everyone, it was clean, had a coffee bar on the second and third floors, a pool and fireplace on the ground level and a rooftop patio with everything you might need. The beach and restaurants are amazing. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful area!

The property was amazing, but the neighbor to the left was doing construction three of the four days stay and he wasn't too kind.

I booked this property for a group of 11 to gather, rest and relax. We stayed 4 days 3 nights, Thursday - Sunday. Booking was a breeze, and so was check-in. The owner was responsive to questions on VRBO.
Once in the building, it took us a little bit to figure out the elevator. It can be finicky, but you also need to know how to use it - and remember to shut the inside door so that others can call it from another floor. One of the elevator door knobs is missing, but it didn't stop us from being able to use it. The elevator also stopped working immediately at 10am the day of checkout, so we weren't able to use it to move out the last of our heavy stuff.
The pool was a delight, it was very warm.
The top deck was a fun place to gather after a long day.
Beds were comfortable.
We had a hard time figuring out the climate controls. If you are cold natured, bring blankets as there were no blankets on the beds, only sheets and a light bedspread. My experience with the cold AC is that it's pretty common in these houses near the coast to need to run the AC because of the humidity, so it's not necessarily unique to this house. I do wish they had spare blankets stored in the house though.
The property manager was extremely responsive to all the questions we had, and immediately called to explain things, like how the shower on the 4th floor worked because it's a weird configuration (pull both controls toward you and it will turn on).
Booking again for next year!! Thank you!

My friends and I went down for the Heritage golf tournament and had an amazing time. The house was gorgeous and easily accommodated us. I would highly recommend staying there.

Loved the property. Our family was pleased with the accommodations and appliances. The property was also conveniently located and not far from the beach or shopping areas.
5.0
This is our second stay at this property and it is excellent. This is the first time we chose to heat the pool but it was completely worth it... near hot tub temp, so for April it was great. Only issue was that in the bunk room bath the shower had no water supply this week.
4.0
The house is beautiful and a short walk to the amazing beach. Everything else (groceries, shopping, etc) a short driving distance. We had to contact the owner one time due to the pool heat - we had paid extra for pool heat, and it was actually too hot! Response time was excellent. The only reason I gave this house a four-star rating is because kitchen supplies were limited. For a house that sleeps so many people, I would have expected a few more pots, pans, utensils, etc. There were no dish towels or dish rags. We had 20 people and enjoy cooking our own meals, so found this challenging at times. That said, I would return in a heartbeat!

Our whole group had a great stay for a long weekend. The house is layed out really well for larger groups with large bedrooms, plenty of space, and all the bathrooms are the size of master baths! Good common and entertainment areas. The house is near everything you would want to get out and do while being on a quiet street in a gated neighborhood. Highly recommend and would certainly stay again.

This was a great experience with family for thanksgiving. The ideal accommodation for large families.
5.0
A group of 11 adults and 6 kids under 3 stayed here, and the size and layout of the house was perfect. The property manager let us checkin early which was a huge help- especially with little kids. We paid to heat the pool and he cranked it up before we got there, it was practically a hot tub, which is exactly what we wanted! It was chilly out but people got in every day!
Now for the caveats…this house looks very very lived in for being fairly new. There were glass doorknobs missing the actual glass knob on multiple doors. No wifi on third floor. The dishwasher did not work the entire time we stayed there. We called the prop mngr and he sent his wife, who told us she thought it smelled like it had ran (it was empty when we attempted) but it hadn’t and we had to hand wash all week (not fun). Ice maker was broken but they brought us a countertop one which was nice. TV at pool didn’t work. Just lots of random little issues, but none that really affected our stay besides the dishwasher.
For couples, this rental has the perfect layout! Walk to beach was easy and not too far. Playground nearby was great! Overall great stay.

Our experience was seamless and the property manager was easily accessible. Beds were very comfortable and the house is spacious as could be.
5.0
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Home is beautiful and functional for our large party of 16 golfers. We did experience an issue with getting the TV to work by the pool and you need to be patient with hot water. It takes a bit for it to make it up to the top floors.
5.0
Overall a very good experience. A few things that were a little off but nothing that will change the experience overall.

4 families (18 total) spent a week in this great house. 1/4 mile to beach. Cart service was great. You can bike anywhere in town from the house. Amazing place. Would highly recommend.

Advertising not great
Beautiful home lots of little quirks with lots of little problems. Further from the beach then advertised, pool was tiny and the quiet time at 10pm was way to early.

spacious house for family getaway
We had a great multigenerational family vacation at the beach with 24 people. This is our second year staying in the Singleton beach neighborhoods. The house is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. My kids and their cousins loved the bunk room. The location is a little bit of a walk to the beach but the shuttle is helpful. We paid for the elevator and were glad we did, there are a lot of stairs. The pool is small but I think that's just the way it is in this development. The pool deck and rooftop deck are very nice. There are TVs everywhere and the whole house sound system is a nice touch. You can tell this house is heavily rented since a few shower handles came off in our hands and one shower head had to be rubberbanded up to prevent it from bonking us on our heads, a couple of them had a decent amount of mold in the showers. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with plates, silverware and cups but the pots and pans aren't in great shape and limited selection, but we made it work. Definitely need way more wine/bar glasses for a house that fits this many adults. The ice machine was completely frozen up when we arrived but got it to work. The mattress on the pull out sofa in the 3rd floor bedroom was really uncomfortable. Nothing was a dealbreaker, just minor inconveniences or suggestions. The AC units are a bit of a mystery. The main floor one ran constantly with forceful air blowing no matter what we selected the temp to be and nearly froze the first night. The third floor one never seems to cool enough, except for the first night when it got too cool. It wasn't unbearable but it just wasn't very straightforward to use. I can't complain since we never asked for help with it, though. Overall this house was a good fit for our large group and we had a great time. We would rent again if it fit our needs.

Great house in a great location
Friends and I booked this house for a short golf trip. Upon arrival, the house was clean and in overall great shape. During our stay we did have a minor issue regarding cooling, but the property manager quickly resolved the issue. The house is in a quiet community and within walking distance to the beach. Will definitely consider this property in moving forward for future golf trips to Hilton Head. Overall outstanding experience, and highly recommend

Great place for the whole family.
We had 21 people stay here, and there was enough space for everyone. We did not pay for elevator use, but by the end of the week we wish we had. The beach was a decent walk, especially for the kids but a perfect bike ride. Would stay here again.

Great home base!
The house is in excellent shape and feels like new. Very clean and comfortable. It’s a vertical house and there are a LOT of stairs but very spacious and accommodating. The bedrooms are very quiet. Proximity to the beach works. Great tennis courts and bike trail near by. Owner was easy to work with and helpful.

Early Spring Break
The property is fairly priced and comes with everything needed for a great beach trip. I would have liked to see access to the board walk that takes you to the beach at Coco's On The Beach but, beach access was as advertised. Additionally, we notified the property manager of an HVAC (cooling) issue for the 3rd floor bedrooms but, this wasn't addressed during our stay. We suggested this get addressed before the summer heat as then it would be unbearable. All in all, the pool is great, the property was good and the elevator is clutch, the outdoor areas could be cleaner but inside house was clean, the parking is fine, and the neighborhood is quiet but, expect to drive most anywhere...even just to shuttle to the beach.
