The community amenities are sure to keep you entertained, which include a swimming pool, tennis courts, fire pit, playground, 6 pickleball courts, and clubhouse with wireless internet access!

Back at the condo, you can prepare home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen and serve right at the counter or out in the sunroom. The kitchen is open and airy, perfect for entertaining family and friends after a day on the lake.

Looking forward to family movie nights? Bring along your favorite videos to play on 1 of 2 flat-screen TVs located in the living room and second bedroom.

For rest, 2 comfortable bedrooms can sleep 6 guests in beds, and additional sleeping arrangements can be made for 1 more on either the air mattress or the over-sized bean bag.

Cumberland Falls State Resort Park is just 45 minutes away, where you can bike, hike, fish and so much more. This Kentucky state park is known for wildlife viewing, caving, and endless scenic outdoor recreation.

During the summertime, take the kids out for a movie under the stars at the 27 Twin Drive-In Theater, or head to Somerset and see the custom car shows.

We had a great experience with this property. The communication prior to arrival was excellent, the condo was in excellent shape and very clean. Everything that was advertised was consistent with what we found. We had a great stay on the grounds and took enjoyment in both the on-site golf and pool. The close proximity to Burnside Marina was very appreciated. Exit expectations were easily delivered. Would definitely rent this property again!

Woodson Bend is a wonderful place and the location of this unit was perfect for our grandkids to be able to walk to the pool, restaurant and playground! I had emailed the owner well in advance asking if a grill was there for our use and what kind of coffee maker, as well as giving our names as they requested for check in but never got a reply to either email. There IS a grill and an automatic drip coffee maker. Also, I don’t remember seeing in the photos that there is a table and benches to sit at on screened in porch—great bonus! We were slightly delayed entering the resort since owner hadn’t communicated our names at security. Thankfully security was able to reach the owners and resolve this quickly. Otherwise, the condo is well stocked!! But be sure to bring your own bath soap.

The location was in a beautiful resort with many amenities to choose from. The Condo is just beautiful and in a perfect location near the pool and restaurant and within a short distance to much more fun activities. We loved how welcoming the community is there and how golf carts are used for transportation! Fabulous place to stay!

Our first visit.. We were presently surprised, this is a hidden gem located very close to all the amenities. We loved the place and Condo. Love to stay on the water next time and play a round of golf.. We will defiantly be back when the weather is better.

We had a wonderful weekend at Woodson Bend and the property suited my family well, although it really only sleeps 6. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed! Close to the pool (not opened) and tennis courts too!

No hair dryers and advertised with them. Hall bath fan was disassembled. When I called the manager they said they were not in this area and can do nothing. This is totally unacceptable.

We are family of 5 and enjoyed our short stay in this condo. We enjoyed deer and turkey walking out in a grassy area across the street, walked around on the golf cart path of the golf course and enjoyed the pool as well! The condo was well equipped and cozy.
