About this apartment rental
Ge. PA's Home apartment is located in one of the most strategic places from which to visit Sorrento, very close to the bus stop, the train station. As soon as you leave the park you will find yourself catapulted into the cheerful atmosphere that transmits this beautiful city surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets. The property is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, with an elevator. Equipped with all the living room comforts equipped with TV, sofa, HI-FI, coffee table, all large bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, functional wardrobe, suitcase holders, bedside tables and drawers, the strong point is a large terrace (sofas and table lunch) where you can relax after long visits along the Sorrento Peninsula, tiring, but beautiful :) enjoying an excellent glass of sparkling wine on Piazza Lauro, the second main square of the city. The house also has a second terrace where you can sunbathe.

Excellent in every way: perfect location a few minutes walk to the station & the old town, numerous cafes & shops including a great supermarket. Very spacious and clean with comfortable beds & good showers. We found bedroom air conditioning & fans kept it cool enough to be comfortable despite the outside heat. The lovely Pina who showed us round was very helpful & little touches like umbrellas which were invaluable to cope with the heat during 2 days in Pompeii all added to our comfort. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was amazing! It is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The apartment had everything you need and was exactly as pictured and described. The covered patio was wonderful and you could see the city and all the sights. The apartment was located in a perfect area to reach the town’s restaurants and shopping by walking. Pina is amazing and was so hospitable and kind to us throughout our whole trip. We definitely had a Wonderful trip to Sorrento! We will make sure we stay here again when we come back to Italy!

The listing was as described. Very close to restaurants and shopping with a grocery store a few minutes away. We stayed during a very hot time and the AC is located only in the bedrooms. It was very comfortable while sleeping plus during the day we used the fans. I hope to visit Sorrento again and would definitely stay here the next time.

The apartment was huge, with 3 large beds, a couch and a love seat. It was very clean and stocked with the essentials (towels, kitchen items, washer). The bedrooms all had excellent furniture in them for you to unpack, including full length mirrors. The bathrooms also had a lot of storage for necessities. Our host Pina was easy to get a hold of. The location was a short walk to the main square. I would definitely recommend this place!

This condo is in a perfect location, just 3 min walk from the trains station and in the middle of town. We walked everywhere. The place was spacious for thr 6 of us. We enjoyed cooking one night and sat out on the terrace to enjoy the evening breeze. Pina was great from start to finish. We would all stay here again. Loved it!

Location is central , however loud noise from other apartments . Apartment is spacious however no air con in kitchen or lounge area which meant that as a family we couldn’t socialise together . Everyone stayed in their bedrooms as they were air conditioned . Local
Cat visited our apartment regularly and was found indoors not ideal when my wife is highly allergic . One wine glass in the whole apartment , which isn’t great when you are subjected to drinking wine from coffee mug !!’

We enjoyed our holiday at this flat--rooms were large, entire space was very clean and bedroom air conditioning worked well. Plenty of storage for suitcases and bags, and lots of hangers. Blackout shades for all windows were fantastic at keeping it VERY dark! Bathrooms are nice, showers a little small but good water pressure and easy to function. One bathroom has a sliding door so a little less soundproof. Kitchen has a no oven or dishwasher, but a gas stove, kettle, crisping microwave, toaster and large refrigerator/freezer. Had a few staples left by other guests in cupboard but not really set up as a big cooks' kitchen. 3rd floor walk up was easy to access with small elevator. 2 patios are nice, one getting more morning sun, and the other afternoon (so good for drying laundry!)
We were contacted by the owner about halfway through the stay regarding leaving cash payment for a per night/per person tourist tax which I hadn't expected so suggest the listing is updated to include this. We'd encountered similar tax in Venice and Florence so not a surprise, but would be nice to know ahead.
Our only complaint was the noise in the park (people and motorcycle/ scooter zooming up the street) at nights, sometimes until 3am, so advise earplugs and/or a white noise app if you're sensitive to that. Not the owner's fault, but was something we didn't expect.

The apartment is on a busy street which is good as far as conveniences but very noisy, even at night. Pina and Gerardo were very responsive to messages and helpful.
A/C is on a room basis only. An oven would make the kitchen more fully equipped. The patio furniture and beds are due an upgrade.
In short, wonderful management and good but noisy location.

This beautiful apartment was spacious and big enough for a family or 5, each had our own rooms and it was with A/C and two full bathrooms. The views were nice and balcony was great for having dinner or a drink. Location is super center with train station 2 min away and all the shopping and restaurants and cafes all around. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with and we would definitely recommend this space for all.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Our flight was delayed by several hours and arrangements were made to get us checked in rather late in the evening. All our questions were answered, great location, and impeccably clean. Host was also very quick to respond to all inquiries prior to the trip. It feels like a home away from home.

This is a very comfortable and accommodating space! We enjoyed every aspect, including the location as well as everything the Home had to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the terrace. Its proximity to everything couldn’t be more convenient. The owner/managers were extremely accommodating and very easy to reach. The overall apartment was very large and spacious and clean. The bedrooms were also large with beautiful windows overlooking the piazza. The kitchen had all the accommodations you would need. The bathrooms were clean and spacious.
The location was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need was a short walk away.
Communication with Gerardo was easy. He notified us before the trip that he would not be available when we arrived but his friend Pia would meet with us. Pia was very friendly and helpful and always available.
I really cannot express how wonderful the overall experience was. I am very grateful to have called this "home" for the week.

We had a great stay at Gepas condo in Sorrento. The condo was clean and comfortable and in a good location in Sorrento. The building was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Pina was very helpful.

The apartment is very nice with very good amenities. There is a great patio terrace of the living room area that has a nice view of a small parklike area and a street fountain. You can see a small view of the sea as well. Nice kitchen, new large refrigerator, good gas stove and fast internet. Walking distance to the old town area and marina for a trip to Capri. Also very close to train station and bus. Would certainly stay there again!

This location is on the Main Street, close to everything. The balcony is fabulous to relax with a coffee in the morning or a night cap at the end of the day.

We loved our 4 night stay in this rental. It was meticulously clean, spacious and walkable to all of Sorrento. We particularly loved the outdoor patio that overlooked a park. We spent our mornings and evenings outside enjoying the Mediterranean breezes. What a lovely stay.

This VRBO house is a the perfect spot to walk to everything. A few steps away from cafes, restaurants and shopping, but still quiet enough at night. There’s a taxi stand directly outside of the building, too. The elevator was incredibly helpful for family with a knee injury. Gerardo was extremely accommodating when our flight was cancelled and we had to arrive a day later than expected. The only thing thing is that the listing says it has a dryer, but it’s just a drying rack (not a machine). It wasn’t a problem for us, but for those staying longer it’s good to know!
Also - ask Gerardo about his limoncello!!! :)

The good: nice, clean apartment; great location; air conditioning units in each bedroom (no “central” air, though.
The bad: listing says there is a washer/dryer but there is ONLY a washer, NO dryer. We were not left with much toilet paper for 4 people/6 nights, and when we asked the owner if more toilet paper is in the apartment, we were informed he only provides toilet paper for ONE DAY, because “this is not a hotel.” The listing says that toilet paper is provided, which implies throughout the stay. Also, we have stayed in many VRBO lodgings and have never once had a response like that. Kind of left a sour taste. Would have been so easy to just leave a small package to resupply, and leave with happy customers. Also, there was only one hand towel and bath towel per person, so if you wanted clean ones you had to wash your own- but with no dryer, this is a little problem. There was a gas stove but we had to buy our own lighter to ignite it. (Owner said he’d “fix it” but that didn’t happen.) No dish towels or paper towels in the kitchen, nothing to dry our hands or dry dishes. Showers are fine if you are a small person (all four of us are small) but it would be hard for a larger-size person.

This apartment is in a very central location in Sorrento. It is literally a minute to two minute walk to Piazza Tasso which is a main square. It is super close to the train station and steps to the port and a supermarket. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and the host was very accommodating and nice. There was plenty of room for the five us staying. I would recommend this place to someone who is looking for convenience of location, cleanliness, and timely response time from the host. It was a very pleasant stay.

Great location, easy to get to everything in Sorento. Property manager met us earlier than we were expected, explained the amenities very well and had a lot of useful information about Sorento in the apartment. Property was very roomy and comfortable. A couple minor suggestions would be to have better towels for showering and a few more fans. The air conditioning went out a couple times in the middle of the night and we had to wake up and restart them. Having a large balcony was an asset for the evenings to enjoy even though we were there during a hot spell of 100 degree+ days and nights. Overall we would stay there again!

We enjoyed this rental in the sweltering heat of summer, which made us appreciate the air conditioning in the bedrooms. We also really enjoyed how spacious the rental was! The balcony was great and we used it late in the evening. Location was very good as it wasn’t far from things inside the city center, but we did have some noise from late night folks in the square next to the rental. If I were to stay in Sorrento again, I’d definitely try to rent this place again!!

We had a wonderful two weeks with friends in Sorrento and the icing on the cake was this excellent apartment.
It is far better than the pictures do justice, lovely spacious rooms and a very large balcony where you can sit out in the mornings and evenings in lovely surroundings.
Gerardo is a very helpful host who met us to check in a lot earlier than scheduled and was very accommodating.
The apartment is situated just outside the main town (less than a 5 minute walk) and there are numerous bars and restaurants on the doorstep.
We will definitely be returning in the future, cannot recommend this highly enough, absolutely fantastic!

The apartment is in the perfect place in Sorrento...very central, with scores of places to eat, drink, shop. It sits high above the tree-lined street and has a large terrace and excellent air con in the bedrooms which ate stro g enough to cool the rest of the apartment 8n the hot weather. The living room is a very good size and the bedrooms are big and very comfortable. We loved the kitchen and the fabulous bathrooms. The whole place is roomy and spotless. It has everything needed, even for a long stay. Gerardo the host is a lovely man and extremely helpful. We were able to catch the adorable tourist train which leaves just near the apartment. In 35 mins for $7.50 euro each you get a fabulous open air tour (it is shaded from the top). If we come back to Sorrento we would try to book this apartment again.
