Ubicación muy buena para un piso que podía estar mejor.

La ubicación, está cerca de todo lo más visitable de Málaga. Es muy tranquilo, calle muy silenciosa y vecindario sin ningún tipo de ruidos. Cerca hay tiendas, bares, supermercados, y está muy cerca la Alameda Principal, donde se pueden coger muchísimas líneas de autobús.

La campana extractora no funcionaba. No había tendedero para interior y solo cuatro pinzas. Había que desenchufar la caldera para poder poner la lavadora. Dos sillas del salón estaban rotas (el asiento). Alguna persiana se atascaba. El frigorífico (que funciona) está fuera del hueco correspondiente, y en el lugar donde debería estar el frigorífico hay otro que no funciona. La vitrocerámica tampoco iba muy bien, algún fuego no iba. El lavavajillas se atascaba a medio lavado y quedaba la pastilla intacta. Debajo de un sofá encontramos un envoltorio de galletas. En general se nota que está un poco dejado de la mano, aunque es verdad que el dueño se mostró atento y amable. Si no se es muy exigente, está bien por la ubicación. Pero podía estar mucho mejor cuidado.

The property was spacious, clean and in an excellent location in the city, without being noisy at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in downtown Malaga, quiet, comfortable, short walking distance to all amenities.

Really good location in downtown Malaga. So convenient to the shops, transport, port, promenade. Very spacious and comfortable. Air-con units worked really well.

Apartment is on the 7th floor which was fine for us but might not suit everyone. Excellent working lift though!

Fabulous location for exploring Malaga

Beautiful apartment, which was comfortable and clean. Location was great.

Very hard to find, booking.com doesn't give you the full address so we didn't know which building the apartment was in. Had trouble contacting the owner to get the keys on arrival.

Excellent stay in Malaga

La Casa de La Tia is a beautiful appartment suiting the needs of a big family (up to 8 people could sleep there comfortably). It is close to the main Malaga attractions with so many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. A bonus was the second bathroom with a shower. Definitely will stay again in the future. Also, the owner is very nice, met us after 1 am after a flight delay which was very much appreciated.

the location is fantastic. the flat is spacious and got 2 bathrooms, so there was enough space for 2 families. the host does not speak english but is very open, friendly and aware on how to use google translate🙂

We were delighted with our choice and would happily recommend this apartment.

The owner was really helpful and responded immediately to any queries. Location was very good, quite central, with numerous bars and cafés nearby for breakfast. It was only a ten minute walk to the main shopping street and atmospheric restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and contained everything we needed for our stay.

Nothing at all to complain about.

A wonderful week in Málaga! The host was so kind and accommodating and we felt very welcome.

Perfect location, quiet and very comfortable !

Bit worried about opening drawers in the kitchen as some of the fronts were hanging off!!

Excellent apartment in a good location

Good sized apartment with kitchen. Host was around to welcome and handle keys. Air conditioner in all 3 bedrooms and lounge. 2 bedrooms with double bed and another bedroom with 3 single beds. Additional sofabed in the lounge. Fast broadband althogh TV is basic with no smart features. Good kitchen with utensils, plates and glasses all provided. Cooker/oven, microwave, fridge freezer all working. 2 bathrooms. One inside with toilet and shower bath. Another smaller one outside of kitchen with toilet and a shower cubicle. Overall well maintained and decorated with multiple paintings.

Not much to complain, but some minor issues. The hotwater cylinder is electric and will take about 30 minutes or so to warm up if few people take shower in a short period of time. Was ok for 4 people. The outside basin didn't have hotwater. TV was basic with Spanish channels. One of the beds were of metallic frame and very noisy.

Jose the host was very attentive welcoming and hospitable. The apartment was spotless and set up to accommodate the 8 of us comfortably.

Exceptional

The host was amazing, he was very friendly and always available to help us out. We loved the location, the beach but also the city center were not even a five minute walk away. We beforehand saw somewhere in a review that there would only be one bathroom, that is not true. There are two fully working bathrooms! The kitchen and livingroom (with big dining table) are also great, and the bedrooms are big. Would recommend this apartment 10/10.
