Kings Studio is a stone-built terraced cottage located in the heart of the popular village of Reeth in Swaledale, within the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park and can sleep three people in two bedrooms. The open plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen, a small dining area and a comfortable sitting area with a feature white stone wall and window seat. There are two tastefully furnished bedrooms comprising one double and one single with a pull out truckle bed and a modern shower room completes the ground floor accommodation. Kings Studio is perfectly situated for a great holiday at any time of the year.

Electric oven and hob, Electric fire in front room with oak surround output 2kw of power and providing instant heat, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking at the village green on a first come, first served basis. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Note: The property is accessed up 3 small steps. Note: There is no outdoor space at this property. Travel cot and high chair available upon request. Note: Property sleeps 4 but maximum of 3 adults at any one time

Town: The pretty, ever-popular village of Reeth rests at the northern tip of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, where Arkengarthdale and Swaledale meet, nestled between Calver Hill, Fremington Edge and Harkerside. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with lovely rolling hills and spectacular views, Reeth boasts a colourful history as it was originally a Saxon settlement, and has also been known as a lead mining town and a centre for hand knitting throughout its time. Both trades are proudly featured in the Swaledale Museum, located alongside a good range of shops, tea rooms and restaurants.
