About this apartment rental
100 square meters, high ceilings of 3.10 m and 4 large windows give this apartment a feeling of space and volume. It is located on the first floor (with elevator) of a typical 4-story building in Valencia and overlooks a square in the center of Valencia.
Spacious and bright rooms that welcome you in a highly modern comfort (Broadband Wifi, cable flat screen TV with over 80 national and international channels).
Very large kitchen (20 m2) fully equipped - there is even a medicine cabinet and a sewing kit for small 'hiccups' in life :). In fact, we tried to think of everything you might need for you to have a comfortable, pleasant and safe!
You do not need anything except your personal belongings.

The best thing is that it is not in a tourist area. Fairly close to the city centre. Possibly the best thing is the bar next door.
We had a great time engaging with the locals and making new friends.
Fruit shop and supermarket all within a stones throw.
The beach at El Cabanyal is not too far away, and a beautiful beach it is.

We were in Valencia for the first time and looked for an apartment for a while and found one at Loli's. The apartment is super nice, as everyone else has already described. There were 5 of us in the family from Berlin and we felt very comfortable. The check-in time could be arranged individually with Roberto (Loli's very nice employee). Loli often asked via WhatsApp whether we had arrived safely in Valencia. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. The apartment is on the 1st floor above a bar (cafeteria). We are night owls and the bar doesn't bother us, the noise is normal. The living room has air conditioning (you have to empty the condensate if you use the system a lot - but it's not a problem at all), the kitchen is big, and you can also sit comfortably in the living room. In the chamber there is a parasol for the beach, a vacuum cleaner and an iron - everything you need! We felt like home.
After we left, we forgot our phone charger in the apartment and Roberto sent it back to us to Berlin.
Valencia is a very beautiful city and we can highly recommend Loli's apartment. The location is perfect!! All the best to Loli and Roberto. Thank you so much for the wonderful time in Valencia.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. It is large so there was room to move around. The shower was big and the bathroom was a good size. Very nice kitchen with all the utensils. The was a problem with the air conditioner in the master bedroom. They were very responsive in trying to get it fixed. Sadly not in the short time we were there. But they are aware of the problem and I hope it is fixed for the next person.
Very convenient to supermarket, coffee shops, bakery, train station and old town. We walked everywhere.
We would definitely stay there next time we come to Valencia.

Great value for the price. Communication was flawless. It was cool in the apartment even without using the AC. It's just a 10 minute walk from Rusaffa with restaurants and bars.

This place is very well situated on a busy street about 20 minutes walk from the city centre. The shutters are so effective we were not really bothered by noise. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment has everything you would need for either a short or long stay.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in lovely area within walking distance of most attractions. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars all nearby. The Turia river bed gardens and beach are a short bus journey away. Host was very accommodating allowing us an early check in after our early flight. Having left items at the apartment on our departure, the host kindly posted these to me free of charge. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.

We were so lucky to find this gem in a truly Valencian quarter of the city- not touristy, safe, well located, easy walk or bus to the old center. In the flat all the commodities you could need for a family holiday, we had a wonderful Christmas and New Years holiday here. We will visit again for sure.

The apartment was centrally located close to the city center and afforded walking distance to most sites.

This 3 bedroom apartment is located near the metro and is conveniently located to everything you could need - restaurants, grocery, panearía, cafés! Loli communicates quickly and I would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice time in Valencia. The appartement was very clean we had extra towels. It is a pitty, there is no balkony. Also it was aittle bit further to the old beuutifull center than written.

Lovely clean apartment with everything you could need. Well furnished, great beds and linen. Big drawback noise from outside. A bar below open till late. Bins below emptied early. Traffic noise. And don't be there when they empty the glass container!!!!

A nice week in Valencia
The property is in a quieter area full of families and locals as opposed as tourists. It is well situated for walking to major part of the city. 5 minutes away there is a metro station.
The only thing is it can sometimes be a bit noisy but there is a rear bedroom to retreat to.
Loli is an excellent hostess and really cares about her visitors. We had one mishap on a Sunday. Not knowing how the door security worked we managed to lock ourselves out. However, Loli came to the rescue and was very responsive in arranging for us to be let back in. Her local contact, Roberto was very helpful.
Loli also kept in touch during the week.
In all, we had a great week.

L’appartement est éclairée et silencieuse sauf pour les matins de ramassage des déchets. Une belle bibliothèque de livres et DVD est disponible. L’appartement est à 7 minutes à pied de la place Espanya qui est l,entrée du quartier de la vielle ville : elle est à 5 minutes de la gare Joaquin Sorolla et 15 de la gare du Nord. On peut visiter à pied ou prendre une des deux stations de metro près..
Seule bémol: la photo du carrefour fleuri dans l’annonce n’est pas une photo de l’environnement de l’appartement.
Dans l’ensemble :très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Het apartement was heel ruim en gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Alles wat je nodig hebt in de vakantie was aanwezig. De bedden waren uitstekend . De huiskamer en keuken gezellig. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Valencia. Ook de binnenstad was makkelijk te bereiken. Elba, de gastvrouw was zeer hartelijk , ze spreekt wel alleen Spaans.

Great Place to Stay
A lovely apartment on a busy crossroads with a number 9 bus into central Valencia very close and a tabac (where you can buy bus tickets) next door. El Pederniz restaurant is recommended for eating out. Tourist Information is a short walk away at Joaquin Sorolla train station where staff were helpful. Our only problem: we speak no Spanish and Elba, who greeted us on our arrival, speaks no English so Google Translate was the only means of communication.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à Valence fin avril.L'appartement reste proche du centre historique (10 minutes à pied) et de nombreuses commodités, à 10 minutes de la plage en voiture . Spacieux , bien entretenu et très bien équipé, de plus une excellente literie.Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour, Loli la propriétaire a répondu à toutes nos questions avant le sejour et remercions également Elba qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement.

Cheap, noisy, safe, good value
We wanted an apartment near the train stations and this apartment is in easy walking distance of the stations and is also close to several shops, a supermarket, and restaurants. For convenience, it was great! At night it was a bit noisy with a recycle bin right below our window and bottles being dropped in it at all hours. Morning traffic was also a bit noisy. The interior bedroom was very quiet since it did not look over the street. Since we were midway into our 10-day trip, we used the clothes washer and dried our clothes on the drying rack which we set up in the kitchen. The wi-fi worked well and the apartment was comfortable for hanging out, eating, playing cards, etc. in the evenings. The owner/manager supplied us with fresh oranges when we arrived which we enjoyed very much. All things considered, we found it to be a good value and a convenient location.

A very cozy, stylish and comfortable apartment rather close to the historical center of Valencia. It is spacious, has very well equipped big kitchen and 3 comfortable bedrooms. Moreover, the host of this perfect apartment is very helpful and nice. I will definitely be back there.

Lovely apartment in nice friendly neighbourhood. Great value for money.
We had a great stay here. The apartment has everything you could need, and it is spacious, light, and clean. Nice outlook onto a tree-lined street. There are three bedrooms, all equipped. Plenty of storage. Loli and Elba were very understanding of a disruption to our plans, and went out of their way to accomodate our change of schedule. We liked the neighbourhood. Good supermarket, Mercadona, just a few steps away, interesting small shops, and lots of eating places. The bar below the apartment was pleasant, a nice place to hang out, and there was absolutely no noise at night from it. An easy walk into the old part of town. Highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Stayed here in July for a week, 2 parents, 1 child. Apartment and has everything you'll need especially if you like to cook. 3 bedrooms and shower room are ideal. Living room has plenty of entertainment options if you're going to be in. Downstairs there's a nice little cafe/bar that's open until late so you can always get a snack or drink. Supermarket very close as well, and lots of fruit shops.Location is a little bit outside of the main central area but only by about 10 minutes on foot, or bus if you prefer. We ended up eating out locally as there's lots to choose from round about the apartment but you can walk/bus further afield easily enough.Jesus is the best Metro stop and you can get 10 journeys for 7~8 Euro. This was fine for us for the whole week. Only downside was the noise from the traffic outside the apartment (and neighbors dog nearby) - it was very hot so had the windows open all the time and it could get quite noisy during the day/evening/early morning. Air-con is there but we kept it to a minimum - excessive electricity usage will be extra so we didn't use it too much, but i'm told you get enough allowance to be comfortable - just don't use it 24/7. Overall very good apartment, if a bit noisy, but its a city center so that's to be expected.

Lovely apartment close to Valencia centre
The apartment is very well equipped, cosy and comfortable yet stylish. Beds are comfortable, kitchen and bathroom lovely. It is 15-20 minutes walk from centre, and quiet at night , in a pleasant neighbourhood. Bakery and supermarket on the doorstep so easy to get breakfast and any other shopping you need. Elba who was there to welcome us was very friendly, managed to understand each other without much Spanish. The apartment was ideal for us, plenty of room in three double bedrooms, and location good if you don't want to be right in the centre of town.

Appartement charmant et très bien situé
Nous avons séjourné en famille près de trois mois dans cet appartement au début de 2018. L'appartement était idéal pour nous. Il est de bonne taille (trois chambres à coucher, un grand salon et une grande cuisine). La cuisine a été rénovée et contient tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. L'appartement est aussi charmant avec planchers de tuiles, plafonds hauts et grandes fenêtres. Il est aussi bien situé, à 15-20 minutes de marche du centre historique et du quartier de Ruzafa, tout en étant dans un quartier plus tranquille et fort convivial (parc, cafés et restos sympas, boulangerie, fruiterie, supermarché sont tous à portée de main). La communication avec Loli (la propriétaire) était très bonne (réponse rapide et attentionnée).

Perfect break in Valencia
The apartment was perfect for us. It was beautifully clean, very homey and kitted out with everything we needed. It had plenty of storage and comfortable beds. We travelled with our 3 children and felt very safe there. The locals were all very friendly. Roberto met us at the apartment and he was lovely and helpful. Valencia itself is a beautiful city. It was small enough that we could walk almost everywhere. The beach was an easy journey using metro & tram. The beach was quiet and very clean. Also the journey too and from the airport was easy on the metro with the nearest metro station to the apartment only being a short walk away. We would definitely look at coming back and staying in Loli’s apartment again. We went for our daughters16th birthday and Loli even arranged for a beautiful cake to be there for our arrival which was very much appreciated. Thank you Loli.

Valencia made better with this home
Loved the place! Outfitted with everything you need for staying in a flat, fully outfitted kitchen, clean and maintained with great pride by the owner. Large grocery store literally 3 min away made our stay even more enjoyable.
Would recommend using Metro stop 'Jésus' as most convenient (6 min walk) walk from 'Plaça Espania was further and less convenient.
Watch your Elec use as the owner gives a certain amount with the period of stay. He showed the meter before and after so no tricks, it's only about 10c/kilowatt so either way you'll be fine just turn everything g off while you're out.
