Machine à laver cadenassé, moisissure dans la cours, peu d'éclairage naturel, logement insalubre.

Le confort : Taux d'humidité tès élevé qui à engendré des difficultés respiratoires, nous obligent à devoir quitter le logement au 2 éme jours d'un séjour prévu sur 8. Mauvaise fois de la propriétaire qui n'as voulu discuter aimablement avec nous et qui nous à fait payer l'intégralité du séjour.

Buena opción económica para visitar Nápoles y sus alrededores

Limpieza, ubicación próxima a la estación central de Nápoles, relación calidad-precio y atención recibida por Raffaella. Es un alojamiento que está bien para descansar tras largos días de viaje, con todo lo necesario en un apartamento. Ducha y baño nuevos, y se nota que poco a poco la dueña está mejorando la vivienda. Es un bajo, pero con ventanas a un patio interior, por lo que el ruido del tráfico en la calle no existe.

La ducha tiene una fuga de agua, por lo que había que tener cuidado al salir. El recibidor en la puerta del apartamento, lleno de muebles y escombros podía estar más cuidado. Entiendo que son cosas de otros vecinos. Los vecinos son un poco ruidosos durante el día, pero por la noche no se escucha nada y se puede descansar muy bien. Cuidado con los mosquitos, ya que amanecía con una picadura nueva cada día.

Nice place to stay

The property is great and has everything you need. A big plus is that the location is amazing, as it is next to the main train station allowing you to easily visit Naples or go to Herculaneum or Pompeii. Another plus is that two big supermarkets are close by.

Very nice

Good location, near the main station, apartment very well equiped, supermarkets in the surroundings, amazing owner, who expected my kids with some cakes and provided us with information about the sights. She was always available for us. Thank you, Raffaella!

Excellent

Small apartment for low price. Maybe too little place for 3 persons, but as a place to sleep is just OK. Superior location - near the center, next to metro and train station, easy connection to airport by Alibus. Excellent and helpful owners. Would recommend to others. If I go to Napoli again, would like to stay here.

The only disadvantage - outer door sound isolation is awful, You hear everything that happens in the yard.

great location.great hostess.functunal flat

the flat has a bedroom and a kitchen /dining room both are spacious.the kitchen is very well equipped.of course shower and toilet with plenty of towels etc.the hostess,Rafaela, helps with every question.she even provides food and drinks for breakfast which is included.the location is really good.10 minutes walk from the central bus station , from the trains and from the trains to pompeii and sorrento and the old city.the location is in a residential road and building.looks a bit strange from the outside but is no problem at all.enjoyed my stay.thank you Rafaela

Great for short stay near station

Rafaella couldn't possibly have been more accomodating meeting us, kindly agreeing to a later time than initially planned to hand over the keys. Her English is great and she responded immediately to WhatsApp messages. Her apartment is only a ten-minute walk along bumpy sidewalks from the train station so very convenient. I have only once before met a host who had so thoughtfully and generously provided so many free snacks and drinks that had to have set her back a chunk of money. There was a new loaf of bread, and enough yogurt and pop and crackers and other snacks for a family of five for a week instead of just two of us for four days! There was just a stovetop but there were plenty of cooking utensils which is all too rare! There were lots of extra blankets in the large bedroom. The sofa was comfortable. Shampoo and body wash were provided in the bathroom. The price was incredibly reasonable but that perhaps took into account some of the issues.

Unfortunately, I had to lower the score because each time we returned the apartment felt damp and musty. That only cleared after opening the shutters to the mostly enclosed courtyard. Some air fresheners would help and possibly a dehumidifier. I wouldn't have wanted to walk in the area alone after dark as it looked a little rough.

Perfect Stay!

We had a great stay at Metropolis Stazione Centrale apartment. The place has a great location, very close to the central train and meteo station. Also close distance to the ports (15 minutes walk or 7 minutes by tram). The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition to that, Raffaella was a great host! So friendly and helpful! She's kindly flexible and we could always stay in touch with her if we had any questions for our stay. Thanks a lot Raffaella! We recommend this apartment!

A nice place to stay, few steps to train / bus / underground / supermarket. Very kind host full of positive energy, she has given to us very useful advices. Everything exactly as announced, no issues with keys. Fine humble breakfast included. The flat is clean and comfortable. Fair price. A bit messy neighborhood but this is Naples - must see :-)
