Pleasant

Excellent host, prompt communication in English, helpful on-site agent to hand over the keys without grumble in spite of our delayed arrival on site. Easy checkout. Good location close to the beach and within walking distance to the old town and nearby supermarket.

The space is ok for two people, but rather tight for a family of four - two bunk beds are squeezed into the entrance corridor. There is no real bed - just a fold-out sofa with inferior sleeping comfort, which, when unfolded, takes up most of the studio apartment - meaning, very little space left for opened luggage. The small kitchen is enough for serving quick meals, otherwise no space for real cooking (not a real issue, as long as you focus on eating outside). The apartment is located right next to the entrance door on ground floor with 24/7 access for all residents - a rather noisy experience right into the middle of the night. The furnishings are quite low-cost and already a bit worn, which is all the more noticeable due to the narrowness. All in all, we were glad to have found a place to stay for the four of us in this posh seaside resort on very short notice - at the same time rather disappointed by the comparably very limited value for money.

Close to the beach. The appartment is on the ground floor with the direct access to the outside, where is a lawn and a kids playground.

The appartment is quite small. The bunkbed is next to the entrance door and on the hallway just next to it is an automaticaly closing door, that makes lot of noise when someone walks through, we were there during off season so there was litttle traffic, but during high season that could be very disturbing at night.

Very close to the beach, garden and children playground available, table games as well as table tennis and badminton available in the room, private parking.

Quite nice, but too tiny space for 4 people - with sofa bed occupying almost all space in the kitchen, double bed is in the corridor with low noise isolation.

100% perfect and fully equipped

Beach is only less than 5 minutes away. Too close to downtown. Bus stop, supermarket and gas station nearby.Bunk bed is very comfortable, so is the sofa bed that’s actually quite large. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, stove, mini fridge, sink, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, soap bars, dish soap, shampoo bottles, mini first aid kit, sanitizer, dish sponge, towels, paper towels, cleaning products. Board games, magazines and children beach equipment is also available. The owner is very friendly, helpful and attentive

Perfect host, wonderful location -- a garden near the beach

Although this was my first visit to Deauville, my two Parisian friends have visited many times. This studio was perfect for the three of us, because we left the door between our living room and our patio open, enjoying the freshness and quiet of the garden and the coolness of the studio (even during the heat wave !) at will. Gregory was a superb host ! He responded very quickly to our questions and requests, always very friendly and helpful. Because we traveled by train from Paris during the heat wave, we had to adjust our original plans for checking in and out, but Gregory ensured that all went smoothly, asking the cleaning service and even a friend of his to help us. Because of this, we were able to really get the maximum enjoyment of our three days in Deauville and Trouville ! The location is great, close enough to the beach but far enough from the noise. The area is very residential, so it is safe and quiet. It is easy to call a taxi to go to the port or to Trouville. We loved having dinner in the Centre Ville and then walking home along the beach promenade and planches when it was cool and quiet in the evening. This studio is an excellent value for the money. The sofa bed and the bunk beds were really comfortable, the wi fi was fast, and having our own kitchen was great for coffee in the morning (on our terrace in the garden, listening to the sound of the birds, such a luxury...) It stayed cool even during the heat wave. Le Studio de Deauville Plage is so much nicer and more relaxed than staying in a hotel near the port. I highly recommend it.
