Friendly, comfortable and clean

Rooms were newly decorated and very comfortable and homely, bathrooms very clean and modern. Alex was thorough on check-in, talked through room facilities, how keys worked, how to access wifi and work the air conditioning (air con provided cool or heated air very efficiently, room was warm in seconds) and provided proper milk in a flask for the tea and coffee station in the room (included chocs and biscuits!)

The only issue we had was with hot water in one shower, this was addressed immediately and the next morning our water was very hot.

Good value for money, excellent location, pleasant host, everything we needed.

A wide choice of Continental breakfast. Comfortable pleasant breakfast room with everything we needed easily to hand. Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The host was welcoming. Very pleasant stay, will definitely return if visiting the area again.

Top location, cosy and comfortable. Excellent value for money.

Private parking, modern clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff, excellent location and good choices for breakfast. Booked a one night stay for work purposes and couldn’t have been a better choice. Nice and quiet and a great nights sleep. Plenty of places to eat nearby too.

Great location, comfy rood. Tea and coffee in the room. Let us check out a little late which was great as we had a wait until the train. Plugs next to the bed to charge my phone.

Sleaford Accommodations

The room was exceptional with a large ensuite bathroom. Walking distance to downtown and all what the town has to offer. The option to have breakfast for a small fee was wonderful.

Great value guest house in the centre of Sleaford.

Just off the town centre. Good location but at the expense of being next to a road, which was fairly quiet. Top owner and a good size room. All good.

Great local Bed and Breakfast

A nice little Bed and Breakfast that was ideally situated close to the wedding reception we were attending. The private car park behind the property was an added bonus and we were met by the host as we were parking up. The room was more than adequate for a nights stay with everything we required (Tea, coffee, water etc). We would definitely use it again and highly recommend it.

Room more than met our requirements. Spotless room. A very comfortable bed. Good handy location in Central Sleaford town with private car parking.
