Un lugar acogedor para pasar unos días.

Es una lugar amplio, cerca del casco histórico de Córdoba, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La comunicación con los propietarios fue excelente

Ideal para un avisita familiar a Córdoba

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y con todo el equipamiento funcionando. Es cómodo, con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, bien equipado y con dos baños completos. Nos obsequiaron con varias cápsulas de café, que nos vinieron genial el primer día. Tiene parking gratuito y es fácil llegar con coche.

Algún pequeño fallo de mantenimiento, que no nos afectaron en la práctica (un grifo suelto que se movía en la cocina y en el bidé). La úbicación es buena, pero estando en el centro queda un poco alejado de las zonas más interesantes para ir andando (25 minutos de la mezquita). Nos vino bien, porque hicimos ejercicio.

De très bonnes vacances et un appartement à la hauteur de la description de l'annonce.

L'appartement est très bien situé, le quartier est calme et le bus pour se rendre dans le centre ville (place de la Tendillas) passe dans la rue à 200 mètres environs. Juste en face de la résidence, il y a un marchand de fruits et légumes et à quelques minutes à pied deux supérettes et aussi une boucherie et boulangerie, plusieurs cafés très sympas, chez Roldan on peut prendre le petit déjeuner en intérieur , le personnel est très sympathique et ils vendent des spécialités pâtissières. Dans cette rue, il y également une banque avec distributeur. La place de stationnement en sous sol de l'immeuble est un + très appréciable par contre il ne faut pas avoir une trop grosse voiture. Merci beaucoup à notre hôte! Quand nous reviendrons, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir chez vous !

Pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner, il manquerait quelques ustensiles. Et pour ceux qui boivent quelques verres à pied seraient un +.

Very nice apartments with central location. If you're coming by van, beware of low ceiling in the parking garage. Our Viano van was millimeters within the ceiling :)

Excellent flat in a wonderful city

Fantastic location, lovely (huge!) flat with everything we needed including air con (essential when we were there!). Friendly, helpful Josemaria met us and showed us everything, including the parking space in the basement. Ideal location for exploring on foot.

Pleasant

Good location. Good parking. Good design of the appartments. Welcome tea and coffe package.

We have got an electricy problem in the first evening (aroung 8 pm). It was a fuse blew. The light was off. I wrote whatsupp to the host. He advised me to switch off and on. I tried several times. It didn;t help. It was obviously an electricity issue. The host was not in the city. After several messages from me he asked a woman to come. She came, checked and also confirmed the problem to him. She tried to call him, he was unavailable. So the light was off the whole evening and night. Only next morning another lady came, checked again and went to find a specialist. The issue was resolved next day about noon. I was very much dissapointed by the reaction of the host. First he didn;t believe me that there is an issue. He didn't offer candales, any comapsation, anything. It was very unpleasant
