Great location.

Too noisy into the early hours 3am .

the property was spacious, clean and had everything that was needed for a family of 6. what a great place to stay. The property manager (Adolfo) was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble and he helped us from the moment we booked and needed early check in till the point we left. He was always available and had great advice. What a credit to his company.

we had booked 2 Apartments in this Place as we were 8 Person . we had 4 Disable Persons with us One Apartment was on 3 Rd Floor and one On 5th Floor. Apartment on the 3 rd floor had so many problems which are listed below. Shower was not working and there was no hot water, kettle for making teas and coffee was not working , Kitchen was not equipped at all things like crockery and serving spoons and pots and pans, Curtains did not close to block the sun ,Electric kept on tripping ,also in the one of the disable toilet the toilet flush was not working so we were told to use bucket to flush and that was very hard for disable person to use when we complained about the things not working and Kitchen utensil not there we were told to buy them which was very unprofessional for them to say. Apartment on 5th Floor Toilet handle had fallen off and my mother who is disable was locked in and the kitchen on 5 fh floor was not equipped at all . Ben spreads was all torn and small according to the sizes of the beds. /Balcony Furniture was also torn and and all sponges were coming out of the cushions and the sofa s were not worth sitting on We have photographs as proof

The location was ideal with easy access to the beach and the local amenities including bus trips, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping. The flat it's self was well proportioned and big enough for our family of 6 wiith plenty crockery and dishes and very comfortable beds. We where on the 3rd floor which was easily accessed by the lift which was vital as my mum has reduced mobility. The owners where easily contactable through WhatsApp should there be any issues. He came to check the work that was being carried out to repair the air conditioning and was very apologetic and even offered to buy us a drink in a local restaurant as it wouldn't be repaired until Monday. I would definitely return for our next trip to Salou if the flat was available.

There was very little that we didn't like my small issues (and I mean small) where that we couldn't eat on the balcony as a family as the round table wasn't big enough and there was only 3 chairs. However the family dining table in the dinning area was big enough to accommodate us all. We had an issue with the fridge as it had a strong odor coming from it but once we contact the owner he supplied absorbers to take away the smell which worked.

It was a perfect stay for our family: wide rooms near to the beach, equipped kitchen, nice view. The owner was very helpful to send us forgotten things to our next hotel.
