Torre Petra is an elegant and welcoming six-story ancient watch tower which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Torre Petra you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the island of Capri. Torre Petra is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Torre Petra from the street level along a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately three stairway steps. An elevator is available.
To stay at Torre Petra you will need a car. You will be able to park it nearby, free of charge or for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Torre Petra is an ancient Saracen tower dating back to 1600. Completely renovated respecting its original architectural characteristics, Torre Petra is located on a hill of the Sorrento peninsula. Its location boasts breathtaking views, enriched by glimpses on the island of Capri and the views of the green rolling hills of the Sorrento coast.


It is situated in a quiet location away from the tourist and ideal to discover the wonders of the area in a context that will transport you back in time.
Garden with jacuzzi pool
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It features an above-ground jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (1.5 by 1.5 meters, 5 by 5 feet). The garden is partly shaded by imposing trees. The garden is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the garden you will enjoy a partial view of the sea, of the street below and of the greenery.

The first living room is paved with ancient terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa and a desk. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The room has a window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
First FloorLiving Room 2
The furnishings of the second living room include two armchairs, a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. There is an impressive fireplace made of stone. The room has a window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Second FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of Capri. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer.
Third FloorBedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
The second bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is an elegant fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the sea and of Capri. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer.
Roof LevelTerrace with jacuzzi pool
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It features an above-ground jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (it has a diameter of 6.6 feet). It is partly shaded by an elegant awning. It is equipped with a sofa and armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs, deck chairs and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the island of Capri and of Ischia at a distance.
Basement FloorKitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the first living room going down 12 steps. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has two windows.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
