The apartment is perfectly located in the city. Major monuments are maximum 20mn on foot. Many pedestrian streets inside the ancient city so it's not easy to park a car and you'll have to pay for it. Nevertheless, Juan will tell you where to park for free a few streets away and for an unlimited time.

Nos ha encantado quedarnos en el piso de Juan! Estuvimos 5 semana y no tuvimos problemas, la localidad fue perfecta. Tiene dos barras al bajar del piso y a solo minutos de calle Zamora, calle toro y la plaza mayor. La habitaciones tienen todo lo que uno necesita y todo muy limpio. Gracias, esperamos regresar pronto!

Great apartment in a great location !

This is a lovely apartment. There is well-stocked kitchen, separate laundry area, three bedrooms with lots of closet space, with good light and air ventilation. There is a small terrace off the living room. It is well located, with a very brief walk to the plaza Mayor. It is on the second floor, and there are stairs to climb to reach the apartment. But Juan helped us quickly carry our luggage up to the apartment so it was no problem. He was also very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Our only negative is that the view is less than appealing. There is a large vacant lot outside the front of the building, overgrown with weeds and such. But it was a small price to pay for such a great apartment at a good price. We loved Salamanca, we were there for five days, and found plenty to do - the sights, the restaurants, and museums. One day we rented bikes and rode the 15 mile bike path that has been built around the city, and had a very fun day. We hope to be be back, and would stay in this apartment again.

This is a great apartment for exploring Salamanca. We really enjoyed having the balcony to relax and look down on the activity below. The owners met us at a nearby plaza and took us to the apartment and showed us around.The apartment itself was exactly what we needed. Good air-conditioning, good hot water and water pressure, and a nice place for a siesta. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked at home once or twice and also did some laundry.The location is an easy walk to anywhere you want to go. We walked around the historic neighborhoods, went to the cathedral and the University and took our hosts advice on where to eat. Calle Van Dyck, a 10-minute walk away, has more tapas bars than you can count.We will stay there again when we return to Salamanca.

La casa era pulitissima, in ottimo stato e l'arredamento ben curato. La cucina era moderna e dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, attrezzatissima con qualsiasi tipo di utensile. Juan è stato davvero gentile e disponibile e ci ha fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per il nostro soggiorno, asciugamani, lenzuola, perfino shampoo e bagnoschiuma. CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE LA PROPRIETA' anche per la sua posizione, infatti si trova in una via molto tranquilla ma a due passi dai monumenti e dai locali notturni. Vicina anche a supermercati ristoranti e bar. TUTTO PERFETTO.

Muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia como en casa, no le falta detalle Muy céntrico, a dos minutos caminando de la plaza mayor; pero a su vez, en una calle muy tranquila. Juan muy atento, hospitalario y amable con nosotros. Su flexibilidad, un punto favorable a tener muy en cuenta. Sin duda, si volvemos por Salamanca, este será nuestro alojamiento

La casa está super limpia, una gozada. Los dueños agradables y atentos, con total disposición y atención hacia el inquilino. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en salamanca. La ubicación es buena, a dos minutos de la plaza mayor.

we had a great time at this clean and comfortable apartment....a bit noisy at night most the time we partied with the people at bar downstairs...full kitchen where we prepared lots of meals.we will go back..Juan and his family were very nice. domenico.
