About this house rental
This beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom stand-alone mountain home sleeps 12 with 4 king beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 twin sleeper chairs. It features a private hot tub with beautiful views. Other features include spacious decks with scenic views, private laundry and a one-car garage. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation or working vacations. Plus, you're away from the hustle and bustle of the resort but by car just minutes from all it has to offer.
Inside you have wood beams and vaulted ceilings giving the feel of a real mountain home. The entryway offers a bench and a closet for your convenience. Walk down to the living area featuring large picture frame windows that let natural light stream inside. There is comfortable furniture around a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stacked stone gas fireplace and a flat screen TV and Blu-ray player complete with cable that includes a sports package. The homeowner has provided a pack 'n play and a high chair for families with young children.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of storage with custom cabinetry and a wine cooler for gatherings. The dining area offers beautiful views and seats six comfortably with two additional chairs. There are three seats at the breakfast bar. Head outside to the spacious deck offering seating and beautiful views. Fire up the grill and enjoy a night under the stars.
The main floor half bathroom is just off of the entryway. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The laundry room is also on the main floor. It features a full-sized washer and dryer and a sink.
The first master suite is upstairs and features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, a gas fireplace and its own private balcony. The vaulted ceilings and large windows lend even more space to this oversized master. The bathroom has a vanity with double sinks, an oversized jetted tub and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a bench. Also upstairs is a spacious loft with a dedicated office space with a high-speed internet (up to 500Mbps) and a multifunction printer- perfect for a working vacation.
Downstairs the basement offers four more bedrooms and a family room. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other has two twin-sized beds. There is a guest bathroom in the basement with double sinks that have granite countertops and a walk-in shower. The family room features a comfortable sectional and a Smart TV and Blu-ray player. The homeowner has provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment as well as an Xbox 360 preloaded with games. We have stayed in this home for the last 5 summers with our family. This home is perfect for our family of 9 (2 children/7 adults). The home is clean and each year additional updates/additions are a nice surprise! The staff at Summit County Mountain Retreats are awesome, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful home with open, high ceilings with wooden accents and many large windows to bring the beauty of the mountain, trees, and Snake River “inside”. The open kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of seating for our family group of 12. The kitchen was all open into the dining/living area and had ample space for playing card games, puzzles, and a cozy atmosphere (beautiful fireplace) for family hanging out together. The beds were comfortable and spaces were clean and simply but beautifully decorated for the mountain setting. The hot tub was clean and provided lots of relaxing in the cool mountain air. The paved trails right next to the Snake River behind the house provided for beautiful walks and biking which went for miles past Dillon Lake and into the mountains. We enjoyed the many options for easy to moderate hikes in the area as well as nice pickleball courts in nearby Dillon Town park.

This is a nice, large home that is conveniently located. The kitchen is equipped well. Great beds. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck. Wifi is good. However, that was once we got inside! We arrived at night, and it was quite dark. We received plenty of text messages, and we knew the code to the lock box, but we could not get the lockbox to open. We called the number for the management company, and nobody answered. We selected the option that said we needed somebody after hours, and it went into voicemail. We finally did figure it out, but the lockbox is an antiquated solution in 2024. If this is a rental that will be managed by text messages, Then please get a front door lock with a key code that can be managed remotely.

Only negative comment is that the driveway/garage setup is not very convenient if you have multiple vehicles coming and going at different times. There was an issue with the sump pump alarm one night, but it seemed to resolve itself. Had a great stay overall.

The house is great, well maintained with all amenities as described. It's a perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. We stayed at the house for one week, a family of 10 and had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable.

We had an amazing experience at this lovely cabin. Cabin is very big and spacious, the kids enjoyed sledding down the hill side while the adults enjoyed the views from the hot tub. Big plus for us was that the property was only 4min drive to Keyston Ski resort, this allowed us to travel back and forth for lunch. Cabin was clean and had all the amenities needed for a weekend stay. We will definitely be back next winter.

We loved a house. But had problem with one of the bathroom. Shared bathroom for two bedrooms. Was clogged from arrival. Asked for service and maintenance guy showed up in the morning. Still was impossible to use till cleaning crew showed up 37 hours later. After one use was clogged again.

We had a great time! The house was perfect!! Loved the location and that 3 of the 4 bedrooms had a personal bathroom. Everyone was spread out, so able to get the grandkids down without having to be quiet. The personal hot tub was a hit!! Great location! We'll definitely rent again next time we plan a ski trip. We had a great visit! The home is beautiful, the hot tub is hot, and the kitchen knives are actually sharp! What more could you want in a rental? As other reviews mention- there is only one spot in the heated garage (there is a Jeep in the other spot). It looks like 5 cars can squeeze in the driveway if necessary. Great space!!

The home is very easy to find and has beautiful views and a lot of amenities. The hot-tub was a wonderful way to relax after a fun day of activities. The location was perfect. This is the 4th your for our family to stay in this home. It is well maintained, clean and perfect for our family. The management responds quickly to text messages, when needed; such as clean towels. The hot tub is great! The downsides to this home: should upgrade the toilet paper (we brought our own this year) and kleenex plus need more trash bags when spending a week. The other concern and why we will be looking for a different home, the cost is going up over $2000 for next summer.

The rental was clean, spacious, and perfect for a large group. We had no trouble finding the place and fitting 8 of us in the condo. The kitchen and living room is great for hosting/lounging, and we were particularly fond of the hot tub. It's a short drive to slopes like A Basin and Copper and an easy commute to town. Beautiful home and a fairly easy process, I would certainly book another one of their properties. They do seem to nickel and dime you for anything extra you need, which I feel most property management companies or hotels don't do. The person I was dealing with was condescending when I was trying to understand the conflicting information they were providing vs what the listing said.

The house is bigger than the pictures let on and the living room great for a large group. The master bedroom on the top floor is very big, while there seems to be enough space for all of the guests on the bottom floor. In the context of ski/mountain houses this is very good- of course certain things can always be cleaner but overall acceptable by most reasonable standards

The house overall is beautiful. Everything was clean and looked great when we got there. Plenty of things provided like dishes, pots/pans, games, and more. We had a group of 12 people and there was tons of room with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Only a couple items - the Washer did not work during out stay and the dishwasher didn't work as well as I would hope, however I let the property management team know right away and they were super understanding! Would appreciate a 10:30 or 11am check out time instead of 10am, but understand how the cleaning process works in between guests staying there. Overall would highly recommend this house for a luxurious and comfortable vacation house.

The overall experience was great. The house is spacious, in great style and super comfortable. We LOVE the full kitchen and dining room since we cooked breakfast and dinner at the house. On top of it , there is a great place on each floor (family rooms and loft area) for adults or kids to hang out and spend time together. We were very pleased with this home. It was spacious, well-maintained and well-equipped. There was only one glitch -- we couldn't get the oven to heat. We called property management for help. The person who responded did not know how to solve our problem, and we didn't get a call back until the next morning. Fortunately, one of our own party looked up the solution on the internet so we could use the oven. Everything else was very satisfactory.
