Welcome to Beachy Keen, an adorable coastal cottage with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. This home is a short walk from the pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches and just a block from the nearest AMI free trolley stop that can take you and your guests anywhere you like on this coastal 7-mile island. Soak up the Florida sunshine from the comfort of the private backyard that features a private pool and in-ground spa!

Walking inside, you’re welcomed into an open living space with a large sliding glass door leading to the tropically landscaped backyard boasting a beautiful view, a fully equipped kitchen, a chic dining table, and a comfy seating area with two sofas and a TV.

The primary bedroom has high-end furnishings, crisp linens, a walk-in closet, and a stunning ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a shower. There are three King bedrooms with luxury bedding, TVs, and plenty of storage space, and one has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The fifth bedroom is appointed with a bunk bed, and just outside this room is an additional three-tiered bunk bed. There are two updated hall baths with walk-in showers.

4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
