About this house rental

We have two separate rental rooms available. Each have their own private entrance from the outside of the residence as well as their own private full baths. Both rooms have a mini-frig, microwave, and coffeepot. Internet access is provided and television has Netflix and Hulu provided.

We are located within walking distance of the famous Carolina Beach Boardwalk where there are many restaurants, Bars, Charter Boats, and many other attractions. There is always lots of live entertainment and we will be happy to make suggestions based on your food and music taste.

We also own a charter fishing business called Southern Sportfishing. We have 1/2 day, 3/4 day, and Full day offshore trips available.

Other nearby attractions include Kure Beach, Fort Fisher Aquarium, Civil War Museum, and the Fort Fisher Ferry which travels to Southport and Bald Head Island numerous times daily.

If you are interested in Kayaking, Bike rentals, Surf lessons, Paddle Boarding, or Golf Cart rentals we can help you with your arrangements.

FYI : We have a dog on premises. He stays inside our home but is never allowed in the rental rooms.

I really appreciated the hospitality of the property owner. My husband & I traveled to Carolina Beach for a wedding. We did not need an ocean front room. The room at this VRBO was very clean and well kept. I appreciated the extras he had in the room like the coffee bar, mini fridge and water. The room was very clean and comfortable. When we travel back to Carolina Beach we will be staying here!

Andy and his wife made our stay one of the best we ever had. My wife and I were on our 13th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. We stayed 2 nights and everything was wonderful. Extremely clean and location is perfect. Grocery stores , gas stations and restaurants are within 5 minute drive. The beach and Boardwalk are just 5 minutes away as well very convenient. We will stay again next time we plan a trip to Carolina Beach.

The room was essentially a bedroom with attached full bathroom. It was clean and served our purposes. It is only one mile to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. Nice and peaceful neighborhood. The owner/manager was wonderful. He contacted us after we left a phone charger plugged into the wall and offered to mail it to us. Luckily, we were still in town.

The property is a renovated upstairs of a beach house that resembles a nice hotel room, the property owners are very kind and have great communication and hospitality. It’s a short drive or a long walk to the beach/board walk but a pretty quiet neighborhood.
