About this bed and breakfast

Covid-19: to protect you, your family, and ourselves, we have implemented additional sanitizing /disinfecting steps to our regular housekeeping by following CDC's guideline of Cleaning and Disinfection for households, using approved disinfectants. We use 70% isopropyl and / or bleach to disinfect the place, including door handles, TV controls, surface of furnitures, floor, bathroom, kitchen, etc. All the bedding sheets are washed using hot / warm water. Blankets and pillows are sanitized using high heat of dryer. We maintain social distancing.

Peaceful and private, the guest suite is located in a safe, wooded neighborhood in the Hayward Hills, centrally locates to Marine, San Francisco, Oakland and Silicon Valley.

The guest suite is at the low deck of the house. It is physically locked off from the rest of the house with its own private entrance.

Two nights minimum stay. Two guests maximum. There is one queen bed for two guests only.

Kitchen: Induction Cook Top, Multi-Use Pressure
Cooker Instant Pot, microwave, fridge, toaster,
water kettle, coffee maker. coffee. Toaster oven
is available upon request.

Private guest suite including one living room, one bed room, and one full bathroom. It is about 680+ sf with private entrance and a private large deck. It is locked off from the rest of the main house. The house is near a nice parks and surrounding by trees, very private!

Private laundry (washer and dryer) is set up for the guests’s use.

It is about 3 miles to Cal State East Bay, two Bart stations nearby, easy access to 580 and 880, and minutes walking to a bus stop.

Your space:
You have the entire space of the guest suite (not the rest of the house). A kitchenette includes kitchen sink, refrigerator, microwave, toast oven, toaster, 12- function cooker, and washer and dryer inside the guest suite. No stove. It is about 680+ sf with a private entrance.

This unit is ideal for a solo traveler. It looks out onto a green belt with wild turkeys, squirrels and deer walking by. The kitchen is tiny and sparse and bathroom is quite small but big enough for one person. Initially, I had WiFi connection issues but Cindy, the property owner, fixed it quickly. She is very responsive.

I had an awesome stay at this VRBO. It’s exactly how it’s listed. You actually feel like you’re in the country when you look out the windows or off the back deck. This is an awesome and very clean place! I’m in an elite status with a couple hotel chains and the bay are has gotten too expensive for me to afford. I would most definitely and will stay here again.

I enjoyed a nice stay in this beautiful neighborhood with plenty of privacy. The owner was very attentive and would check in once in a while via text. It was a good experience.
