About this bed and breakfast

Complimentary bubbly and 1 breakfast with your booking!! Our newly constructed kitchen and bathroom are very efficient and fun with full sized appliances, bluetooth speakers in the ceiling can lights, and granite countertops.The main suite is 320 sq ft. It includes a 40 inch Roku T.V. with Amazon prime, Netflix, and surround sound speakers, barnwood accent walls, granite topped end tables and coffee table. The bathroom has a granite counter, 16 square inch rainshower, and bluetooth speaker in can light. Dont forget about the shared backyard with a hot tub and commercial string lights for night time activities. Our maximum occupancy,due to fire code, is 4 people. We have an extra twin bed set available upon request.We do not reccomend this. Our rental is perfect for couples.

My daughter and I came to Fredericksburg to celebrate her 40th birthday. We looked at so many VRBO properties, but kept coming back to Isaac's "Champaign Room". It looked quaint and homey, and it did not disappoint! It was in a quiet neighborhood not far from downtown. They thought of everything a guest might need to make their stay convenient and just like home. We felt very special! It was clean, even had a washer and dryer, the decorations were adorable. Isaac was very accommodating to answer any questions we had! My daughter and I both said, This is our next go-to place! I've stayed in many VRBO's over the years, and this one is now at the top of my list for a 2-person getaway. Thank you, Isaac!

The entirety of this space and the host fulfilled every need for the perfect getaway. The bed is memory foam topped and the perfect blend of soft/firm and I have lower back issues as it is. We had a fabulous weekend!! This property couldn’t be more perfect for a couple wanting to explore Fredericksburg and be close to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay in The Champagne Room! It's much more than a room, with everything you could need to cook and clean. The house is very clean and roomy, the shower and bathroom were nice, and it's a good location in town. We would definitely stay again!

We have been visiting Fredericksburg for years and this is by far one of our favorite places to stay. Isaac is very great with communication, they make your stay so comfortable. They have all the little things that you would normally have with you when you travel which makes it so cozy. The cleanliness of the place is amazing, we would definitely be back for sure!

We Had a great time staying in this suite. Nice , clean and very comfortable place . The suite is stocked with just about anything you need in case you forget to bring something. Probably one of the most comfortable beds to ever sleep in . Rain shower in the bathroom is awesome too. Isaac, the owner , messaged a couple of days before to make sure we had all instructions and codes to get in so he’s great with communication as well . Very nice and friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. Wife left her earring when we left and he messaged to let us know and went out of his way to bring it to the coffee shop we were at. Great guy, great place to stay and definitely recommend staying and we would definitely stay again . Thanks again for a good time .

Issac was super responsive and flexible with check in/out times. Best VRBO experience I have ever had. They thought about every ammenity a person would need. Isaac has a really nice large studio that is close to downtown. It has a large, comfortable king bed, nice large bathroom, good kitchen, a good living area, and a single parking spot outside the front door. Even though it’s a studio it’s spacious with everything you need. Clean with nice furtniture and Isaac is very friendly

The Champagne Room is the perfect get-away place without leaving behind the comforts of home. The room is super-comfortable, with a great couch perfect for TV/streaming/movies on the Roku TV. The king-size bed is one of the most comfortable I've experienced. The addition of a full kitchen was a bonus for us because we love to cook, as well as dine out. The rooms were absolutely spotlessly clean. Unexpected and very welcome was the washer/dryer so we could go home with clean clothes rather than have stacks of laundry to do. Isaac and his family were the perfect hosts--attentive and charming, but not intrusive. The location was ideal for us, about a 20-minute walk into the heart of town, giving these old retired folks enough exercise without doing us in! We give the Champagne Room "two thumbs up" and can't wait to stay here again.
