Not happy with room or parking!!!

Breakfast and location were fine

Didn’t know I would have to pay $55 for parking.. ridiculous!!! Toilet was lose, something was leaking in the room and the carpet was soaking wet 2 feet out from the cabinet just inside the door… not sure if it was toilet or fridge leaking??

Amazing place to stay with an excellent location

The location was amazing, very close to all the main attractions and the view from the hotel was incredible. The room was big and comfortable and the breakfast was great. I just loved this place

Not worth the money

The location and the breakfast

It wasn’t clean as it was supposed to be, hair in the shower, stain in the toilet and in the sink. Also I stayed 3 nights and they have not cleaned my room even once.

Brought my son to see a concert & introduce him to Nashville. We made memories.

We did not wake up early enough to have breakfast. Loved the location. Everything was within walking distance.

Could be better.

The property was very well maintained and clean, except for the area near the pool.

I was very upset by the fact that the staff would allow people to drink alcoholic beverages (that were purchased at the pool bar) while people were in the pool. There were empty bottles and dirty dishes all over the pool deck, near the pool.

After staying here 3 different times and this one being for my honeymoon I will probably never return.

The location to downtown

The staff (except the girls at the pool bar!!) the bed was dirty and uncomfortable the room wasn’t clean when we arrived. The refrigerator never worked. The hot tub wasn’t hot. Kids were loud and rude. I love Nashville and have stayed at this hotel 3 times (every time I come to town) this time I was on my honeymoon and it was horrible. I will not be back.

We plan to stay here again. It was so much fun!

The pool had a great atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The rooms did not have trash bags in the trash cans.

A beautiful hotel in a very fun place! Would absolutely stay again!

The property was in close proximity to Broadway and the Gulch within walking distance. It’s a beautiful hotel, staff were very nice and helpful. The rooftop bar had an amazing view, good food, and drinks. The pool and hot tub were great as well.

I would have liked having a vending machine in the floor we were on mainly for water. Or have water bottles in the room and charge guests if they drink them! It seemed water was hard to come by within that vicinity, no quick marts.

All in all the stay was great and I would recommend

We love Springhill suites in general. The room size is really nice. We travel a lot for work and to have that extra room to work and not have my to work around another person is great. The rooms are always clean. The downtown located was perfect to visit broadway and the country music scene. The gentleman that checked us in was great giving us information about the hotel.

I called in advance to find about parking our Sprinter Van and would it accommodate the height. This was not the case and even if it had the larger parking was already taken so we have to park our van across the street and pay to park. That was a pain because the first night it would only allow us to pay for 12 hours so I had to set an alarm and wake up at 4 in the morning to pay again for the parking so we wouldn’t have a boot on our tire. After the first night it did allow us to pay for 24 hours ;however, I still had to wake up at 4 in the morning to pay for another night.

Overall I’m pleased with the experience and staff. Definitely will recommend.

I love the interior design. Rooms are comfortable and design with taste. I love the staff. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Whether a front desk staff, cleaning staff, all great people. Super impressed with valet service. Every single person working as valet at the hotel is outstanding. Great work guys.

Cleaning needs some improvement. It might be that I’m very partial about it. I work in cleaning industry. I own commercial/residential cleaning services business and I saw some misses here and there. It might not be a staff fault. It might be do to their training, time for them to clean the room and equipment they are using.

All in all we had a great time. Free breakfast was Great. Pool was very nice.

How close it was to downtown broadway street & The Gulch. We could walk to everything.

Since we were no more than a 1/2 mile away from downtown broadway. Til about 2:00-3:00 in the morning , you always heard fire engine or ambulances, and people since we were across the street from a parking lot where people parked to head downtown.

Very close to Broadway. Loved that it had the couch in the room as my boys don’t like sharing a bed.

It could be cleaner. The comforter had a stain on it and the sheets had blood stains. They should be thrown away. The mattress cover was also ripped which made it feel a bit unsanitary.

Staff was extremely friendly everywhere we went (registration desk, poolside bar, etc.). The location of the hotel couldn't be better. We were going to a concert at Bridgestone, which you can see right from the hotel itself. Breakfast was nice, the lounge areas are very nice and clean.

The beds are not comfortable at all, which is disappointing given the cost of a one-night stay there. The only other concern we had was the cost of parking. The site for this hotel says they have complimentary on-site parking, which leads us to believe there is no charge. However, when we arrived we were told the parking garage was valet only and it'd be $50 - there was no free parking. We later found out Pink was in town, so I'm not sure if parking is usually free but this weekend happened to be a charge due to the influx of people, or if this is standard. But listing your parking as "complimentary" if it is not is deceiving.
