Tranquillità, accoglienza e mare

B&B situato, dal mio punto di vista, in una posizione strategica all'inizio di Praia a Mare. Abbastanza vicino all'uscita della statale e non molto lontano dal mare (15 minuti a piedi). B&B che sembra aperto da poco, camere curate e pulitissime dotate di quasi tutti in confort, come condizionatore e frigobar, asciugamani e prodotti da bagno e anche un terrazzo davvero grande da cui si vede il mare. Unico appunto sui confort che posso fare è la mancanza del Bidet che un po' mi ha lasciato perplesso ma dovendo fare giusto due notti ho deciso di non far pesare questa mancanza sulla mia recensione. L'accoglienza è ottima con la proprietaria gentilissima che ti fa sentire a casa, ha il posto auto che per me è sempre un plus decisamente importante e offre un ottima colazione con cornetti di pasticceria, caffè fatto al momento e una buona offerta a buffet, forse questa migliorabile nei prodotti ma comunque varia. Non posso che consigliare questo B&B soprattutto alle coppie che vogliono tranquillità e mare. A presto.

Come scritto sopra avrei provato a mettere il bidet che per noi italiani è fondamentale ma forse c'erano problemi "strutturali" nella composizione del bagno e migliorerei la colazione nei prodotti poiché avendo 3 camere si può secondo me offrire qualcosa in meno come quantità e provare ad alzare un po' la qualità dei prodotti a buffet per rendere l'esperienza pressoché perfetta.

Ottima posizione ed ottima gestione

Anche se un pò decentrato dal paese , comodo anche a piedi per spostarsi . Allo stesso tempo posizione strategica anche per spostarsi con la macchina . Camera pulita , cambio e pulizia ogni 3 gg, l'essenziale ben organizzato. Bagno grande e pulito, la nostra camera aveva il bagno finestrato. Una colazione abbondante e varia, a me piace il dolce e qui non mancava niente . Una terrazza comune molto comoda da poter sfruttare anche in altri momenti . Parcheggio privato di facile accesso. Chi gestisce l'attività è attento e premuroso, anche gli accessi , le zone private della casa tutte in ordine e ben tenute.

Un pò da rivedere la gestione della temperatura in camera , forse lo split non è posizionato in modo efficiente. O forse noi non siamo abituati a dormire con l'aria condizionata accesa.

Come essere ospitati da un parente del Sud

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Letto tra i più comodi trovati in vacanza. Posizione super, a pochissimi minuti dal mare, ma in zona tranquilla e rilassante. Colazione prevalentemente dolce, con cornetti freschi di pasticceria. Qualità/prezzo eccezionale, ma il voto più alto va alla Signora Teresa che si occupa di tutto e ci ha fatto sentire come dei nipoti passati a trovarla. Purtroppo siamo stati una sola notte.

I can honestly recommend it! Nice atmosphere and calm place to relax!

The room was very nice, clean and specious with comfortable bed and nice toilet and a private car park, which is important in case of rented car 😁! The accommodation was easy to find and by walking distance to any places e.g. city center, Grotta, the beach! The host was very nice, and his mother Miss Theresa made my stay and breakfast wonderful 😉😘!

a lovely b&b

the host is a very friendly lady. the b&b is beautiful and the atmosphere is lovely. the breakfast is huge and delicious. there is air-con, a tv and a fridge in the room. a nice terrace allows a spectacular seaview. there is a parking space in the private area. overall i recommend this top modern b&b.

Excellent option in Praia a Mare

Very nice place, calm, comfortable, clean. Excellent and complete breakfast. Car parking available for a fair fee. Good hosting, although only Italian speaking.

Excellent choice

Location very good, you can walk to the beach and downtown. Wonderful place, spacious room, everything was like new. Spotless clean throughout, breakfast with lots of choice. Private and safe parking place for the car. The lady was very kind and made us feel welcome. We wish you all the best.

a comfortable stay for visiting Praia a Mare

The room is located on the hill above Praia a Mare, in a fairly steep road that climbs towards the main road. The private parking is not at the house, but about a hundred meters away in a side street. The structure is very clean and equipped with every comfort, with a beautiful terrace that hosts breakfast.

The owner did not show great empathy towards us, taking the opportunity to speak ill of the guests who had previously stayed and to warn us in case we did things she did not like (which we would not have done anyway). In the morning, as she was half an hour late for check-out, she practically came to chase us away.

Teresa, the owner of the place, is lovely and attentive. She received us, showed us the installations and where to park the car in their private parking, and asked us at what time would we wouid like to have breakfast next day. Said breakfast was extremely abundant, with a fresh croissant she buys from a local shop and both sweet and salad options. Everything was in great condition. Thanks for everything.

Spacious rooms, lovely host

- The host was super nice - The rooms are really spacious and clean - Views from the balcony and terrace were amazing

- We had to work for a fair bit of time and the wifi wasn’t strong enough for that. If you’re going on holiday and all you need is use internet for recreational purposes it’s fine - We didn’t mind but it’s worth being aware that you probably need a car to get to the center as it’s a good 20min walk

Best holiday

Ms Teresa is a wonderful woman. Very clean and tidy place and she prepared everything gluten free for me. Really recommend and we will be back the next time we will fly to Italy.
