The house is on a 3rd floor with no lift, please consider that in case of any mobility issue.
3 mins by train from the heart of the city centre, train station, bus stops at a few mt. - Many Food shops at a walking distance and a big Retail Park, with a 24/7 Tesco and Shopping Centre.

DESCRIPTION:
The house is split into 2 levels:
Level 0: there is the hallway, 2 utility rooms, big kitchen fully equipped, very big living-dining room, big table and chairs, 3 modern sofa beds, coffee tables and 42"LED TV.
Level 1: 2 newly fitted modern shower rooms - 4 bedrooms of which: 1 double room, 1 triple room with 3 single beds, 1 twin room with one single bed + 1 double bed, 1 twin room with 2 single beds in which can be added a 3 bed.
There is a 32" led tv in each bedroom. On this level, there is a 3rd utility room

• DO NOT SMOKE AT HOME, EVEN NOT AT THE WINDOWS - THERE IS PLENTY OF SPACE OUTSIDE ON THE BALCONY SO YOU CAN SMOKE THERE.
• DO NOT ACCOMMODATE EXTRA GUESTS WHO ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING
• ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES
• NO PETS
• DO NOT THROW PAPER TOWELS, COTTON BUDS, TAMPONS, OR ANY STRONG PAPER AND ANYTHING EXCEPT TOILET PAPER, IN THE TOILET PAN TO AVOID ANY CLOG.
IF THE TOILET DRAIN PIPES WILL BE CLOGGED, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING £ 200.00 OR MORE TO REPAIR IT.
• TAKE OFF SHOES AT THE ENTRY OF THE APARTMENT, THERE IS THE CUPBOARD WHERE TO PLACE ALL YOUR SHOES
• DO NOT BE NOISY AND BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBOURS
• SWITCH OFF THE LIGHTS BEFORE GOING AWAY
