About this apartment rental

Park Santiago 1: one of the most prestigious apartment complexes in Tenerife, with tropical garden of plants and flowers, apartment on 2 levels. Renovated in February 2018.
A few meters from the sea and the famous seaside promenade, the complex has an incredible and enviable position with a large swimming pool (heated in the months from October to April) for both adults and children with a large relaxation area with a sunbed and umbrella that can be rented on site. Service of bathers, bar and diner.
Michel supermarket open Monday-Saturday 08.00 - 21.30 and Sunday 09.00 - 20.00
To see: Mount Teide, the highest point in Spain, the characteristic north coast and Loro Parque; tourist cities of Los Cristianos and Las Americas for boat excursions, Golf, SIAM PARK water park, you can rent cars (private parking in the complex) for a complete tour of the island.

On request extra cleaning to be paid locally € 30.00.
Security deposit to be paid € 200.00 which will be returned at the end of the stay.

Good location clean quite good part of town. Minus dated tires furnishing sleep four but didn’t make it clear that family should be two adults and two children (small not suitable for four adults .

The second bedroom was no bigger than a walk in wardrobe with a porthole size window and is only accessible via the main bedroom, which in turn connects to the bathroom, so anyone using the second bedroom has to cross the main bedroom to use the bathroom, this would be ok for a young family but not for four adults.

We have just returned from tenerife and we stayed at this apartment. It was spotless and in a fabulous position in pdla. It had everything we could possibly need, a fantastically comfy bed and pillows and a south facing balcony so sun all day. Would highly recommend and would return! 👌👍🥰xx

We had a great stay the balcony is a sun trap and you get to enjoy a great view of what’s going on without being disturbed everything was in the room it’s a lovely apartment

Fantastic pool. The apartment is situated so centrally. We have always stayed at Parque Santiago 1 or 2 for the last 18 visits to Tenerife. This apartment is ideal for a couple or a family. The balcony gets the sun the whole day. It was clean and tidy and supplied loads of towels. I would definitely book this again

Nice flat in good location. Didn’t realise there was no maid service but had plenty of towels and linen and washing machine was a help. Check in and out was very smooth. We enjoyed it very much.

We had a lovely time here, the two levels meant that my children could have chill time while me and my wife enjoyed the balcony, very approachable and tentative owner with a very helpful local contact should any matters arise, definitely recommended

Good location and price, however quite compact and stuffy, and uncomfortable

when we first booked the apartment we were drawn to the location and price which seemed good value for money. The location was excellent and the south facing balcony was a great sun trap. However unfortunately the pictures made the property look bigger than what it actually is. The double bedroom is open to the staircase on a mezzanine level, providing no privacy to the person sleeping there. The second "bedroom" feels like it has been converted from the eaves in the attic and provides very limited height; causing me to bang my head on numerous occasions. This room is really just two very uncomfortable single beds crammed in along with a chest of drawers; and is really only suitable for two small children. Thankfully I brought my own fan and placed it in this room as even in November it was very stuffy and humid. Because the room was so small this mean my other friend had to spend the week sleeping on the sofa, which he deemed to be the most comfortable bed in the apartment. It was also very disappointing that when we arrived there was no sheets on the mattresses in the smaller bedroom, meaning we had to start making beds; not the best start to our holiday!

Great location near safari with all the nice bars and restaurants and near sea front . A shop is st the bottom of the block and the hotel is opposite la siesta so you can use their spa if you wish. Roberta is a great host and any thing you need is swiftly dealt with by her right hand man , Marcelo who is great. The restaurant by the pool is fantastic - great service by the staff and all for 3.40 Euro. Only word of caution , the annex has a sloping ceiling and the beds are small so suited for children moreso than adults . Overall a great stay - thank you Roberta

The property is extremely well equipped with everything you could need. The decor is old fashioned but this is just a matter of taste. There is just a little roof window in the 2nd bedroom which you need to leave open for air and as a result it was a bit noisy at night time.

The worst apartment we have ever rented. Cramped kitchen years of dust above doors and light fittings old fashioned furniture cracked floor tiles.shower a was a nightmare to work drain on balcony gave off a horrible smell which wofted into the apartment the only good thing I can say about it is in a central location as for WiFi in room there isn't any.

Everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. South facing balcony was a bonus for sunbathing while the children had shade in the lounge area when it was too hot for them. Plenty of towels and clean comfortable beds. Would stay here again.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable and Marcelo looked after us very well. It was very central for shops, restaurants, beach and walking along promenade to Los Christianos. As a 4-member family we enjoyed our 8-night staying at Roberta's place. Location is perfect, close to everything we needed and sea is just behind the corner. Even in case of need there is a local supermarket downstairs (opened every day). Prior to arrival, Roberta communicated quickly and was very patient and always at disposal for all of our detailed questions. Thanks Roberta! We didn't meet her personally, but she managed to gather other people that welcomed us and took care about us. Everybody was very nice and willing to help despite the language barrier... We were given also a key to private parking area, which was very comfortable as we had a rented car. Pictures of accomodation correspond to reality, despite it is difficult to fully realize the room/place dispositions. But 4 adults can sleep there easily. One weak point is the wifi signal there. I don't think Roberta can influence it, but there was a bad connection to complex wifi line from apartment, which was the only unpleasant thing since we needed to check some things online to help us plan travelling and trips better during our staying on daily basis. It worked only occasionally and the best connection was only close to the swimming pool in the central part of complex. Anyway we manage it somehow. All in all, it was good and I can recommend it, moreover for the great price.

Very clean apartment but dated as shown in the photographs. Ideal for couples. Oven is a tiny table top model and there was no kettle. Complex is beautifully kept and well maintained. Very peaceful but with everything within walking distance. 2 Pool sunbed and umbrella hire cost £6.50 a day. Pool bar food is very good and very competitively priced.
