Bor aldrig där mer. Inget service-tänk när man ger feedback heller. Väldigt hård madrass. En skam.

Dåligt bemötande, endast städpersonalen närvarande.

Det finns ett telefonnummer man kan ringa vid frågor. Det svarar aldrig någon. Har haft anledning att ringa och gjort det vid olika tillfällen och tidpunkter, - aldrig något svar eller någon hänvisning. De utnyttjar detta då ungdomar bokar till ett lågt pris. Mycket dåliga madrasser. Hemskt.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht aufgrund der fehlenden Erreichbarkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft.

gute Lage

Ich buchte die Unterkunft für eine Woche. Ich habe im Vorhinein sehr oft anrufen müssen, um Bettwäsche am Anreisetag zu bekommen, nachdem auf meine schriftliche Nachrichten nicht reagiert wurde. Am Anreisetag bekam ich keine Nachricht mit dem Türcode und Infos, wo der Schlüssel ist. Telefonisch konnte ich niemanden erreichen. Um halb zwölf Uhr nach Ankunft mit der Fähre in der Nacht musste ich mir ein Hotel suchen, da dort noch jemand an der Rezeption war. Am nächsten Tag ging ich zum Hostel. Weil andere da waren, konnte ich rein, fand den Schlüssel und schaute mir mein Zimmer an. Die bestellte Bettwäsche war nicht da. Selbst wenn ich es am Vorabend wegen anderer Gäste reingeschafft hätte, hätte ich dort also nicht schlafen können. Ich fand dann Personal. Der Mann rief jemanden an, der meinte, mir die Nachricht mit dem Türcode geschickt zu haben. Wie sich herausstellte, hat er die Ländervorwahl doppelt eingetippt. In booking.com ist meine Handynummer nämlich richtig drin. Der Mann meinte, ich sollte mich an booking.com wenden. Der Kundenservice teilte mir mit, dass sich das Hostel bei ihnen nicht zurückmeldet, und booking.com gab mir eine kleine Entschädigung, was wirklich nett war. Ich hätte vom Hostel gerne den Preis der ersten Nacht entschädigt bekommen, auch wenn das Hotel für die eine Nacht schon fast so viel kostete wie die gesamte gebuchte Hostelwoche. Ich habe mir aufgrund der Enttäuschung für die Woche dann eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Das Hostel war wirklich billig und sah innen nett aus, aber wenn kein Personal zu erreichen ist, gebe ich lieber mehr Geld aus und bekomme dafür Hilfe.

En total besvikelse. Vi har aldrig bott på ett sådant sunkigt ställe. Hur får vi kompensation?

Läget. Möbleringen i allrummet på våning 2

Oprofessionellt intryck av personalen. Smutsigt på alla utomhusmöbler så vi var själva tvungna att tvätta av dem för att kunna sitta där ö.h.t. Mycket lyhört. En TV för hela stället, vilken var upptagen av fotbollstittare hela veckan. Radio fanns inte heller. Uruselt då det gäller grundstädning. Lådorna i köket var inte städade eller iordninggjorda på flera år. Utrustning i köket var urdåligt. Grytor, durkslag, smörknivar m.m. fanns inte som var användbara. För lite porslin så man fick vänta på att kunna äta. Det stod faktiskt i reklamen att köken var fullt utrustade. Tvättstugan var en katastrof och gick inte att ta sig in till p.gr.a. bråte. Bla. spikar på en gammal säng som gjorde att min klänning revs sönder. Spegel saknades på rummet. Hela stället behöver fräschas upp. Målas om även i duschrummen och dess dörrar och lister.

Läget och billigt.

Dåliga madrasser, kuddar, sunkiga toaletter, duschar. Trasiga utemöbler. Det finns en oerhörd potential i detta boende om man bara städade upp runt omkring fixade utemöbler och lite målarfärg.

Jeg manglede en tegning over, hvor jeg skulle finde min lejlighed. Kom kl ca 2330, fandt nemt nøglen efter anvisningen, men måtte lede og lede efter min lejlighed. Jeg fandt den dog til sidst.

Eftersatt städning, köket var ej tillfredsställande det saknades saker. Toaletterna sitsar lösa. Vi blev bestulna på en vinflaska ifrån det gemensamma kylskåpet.

Over all, it was not a good experience

We just like the location and the bed sheets we got.

There was no proper kitchen facility. No information regarding where to cook and where to get water to drink. Had to walk long to get water or to the bathroom.

Very good

It felt so homily, everyone staying at be the hotel are really social. It felt like I am part of the family. The location of the hotel is incredible. The ferry is close by, there's a ICA in 5 min walk.

The bed and mattress could be more comfortable.

Staff was almost impossible to reach – which is a real pity, as the place itself is quite OK.

The location is perfect. Rooms are OK. Shared bathroom and toilet works nice, not to many rooms sharing.

Really difficult to get in touch with the staff. Took three-four days for them to reply to a message. I asked for a confirmation on towels and linnen, which one has to order extra at a small cost. As the message was not read in time, I had to spend the first night in a small, not very comfortable sleeping bag that I brought with me in fear of this bad follow-up from the hotel. Also very difficult to get a hold of the staff during the stay, as the reception was not manned at the times it should have been, and staff most of the time was not reachable by phone. This really ruined my experience.

Value for money and best location

Location and the crowd in stuga!

There was no one at reception at late night when we arrived so it was extremely difficult to find our room as there are cell, stuga and one more area with same room numbers. Our was stuga 5 and I was trying to find it in the hostel cell 5. There was no one to show direction to stuga 5. We were roaming around the hostel to find our place. There should be more clear direction to the room in the key envelope if someone is arriving late in night.

Superb

Very convenient location - 6 minutes from ferry and right outside of the old town of visby. It has an interesting history and deserve to tour around. We didn't get chance to encounter the staff. It's a nice stay overall and very good price for the island.

I think the floors and bathrooms were cleaned everyday and it was nice that no cleaning was required before leaving (I think).

The wifi was so bad, I had to buy extra data for 200 kr to be able to do my work. I think that's false advertisement and should change it to "no wifi". The room is cold in the autumn, the airflow was bad and there were no curtains so it got too bright if you need a nap during the day. Too many people sharing one fridge, I don't recommend for a longer stay. The doors always slammed really loudly which could be heard from inside the rooms. The bathrooms were booths, so you can hear everything...

satisfied, i hope they maintain the one person per room for solo travelers specially for a more the three days stay in v

a historic building that is well maintained, minor renovations is needed for aesthetics such as the kitchen area and sound proofing of rooms.

at my second night there was a group of people that checked in and the noise was barely tolerable. the noise only stoped when they left the hostel after two days.

cheap.super excited and unique experience to stay in historical building.the staff majit was really kind! he cared me so much and guided the prison during i was waiting for a flight after checking out. thankyou majit!!! you made my day!!

no wifi in my room.since i chose airplane , it was far(if going by a ferry, itd be just next to the hotel:D).i asked by messege if i can pay for only bedding sheet ,but there was no answer and charged price included towel.(but majit will help me to modify :D)
