About this apartment rental

Located in a beautiful location in Corso Europa in front of Finalpia’s dock and close to the beaches and the district of Finalpia, cozy apartment with sea view newly renovated and furnished with care.
The modern apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building (with elevator) and offers all the comforts and services needed to make your stay pleasant and memorable.
The house is spacious and practical, very bright thanks to the double exposition and three balconies.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
The apartment is for max. 5 people and consists of:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a balcony
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, an armchair bed and a balcony with sea view
- 2 bathrooms each with toilets and shower
The living area consists on a large bright area overlooking the terrace with sea view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher. In the living area there is a dining table for 4-6 people.
We recommend this property for the proximity to the beaches and the walking distance with the center of Finale (5 minutes walking).
The apartment is located in a silent and privacy contest due to the internal courtyard that guarantees peace and relax to our guests.
The apartment has a washing machine.
We will provide bed linen and bath towels. New linen for bed and bath on request by payment.
We have cot and highchair for babies.
A cellar space is available to leave bikes or strollers.
We provide a free space equipped with double security gate for your bicycles during your stay, shared with other guests of our apartments.
THEREFORE WE REMIND YOU THAT IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO BRING BICYCLES INSIDE THE APARTMENT.

Das Appartement liegt wunderbar nah zum Strand und ist ebenso ein prima Ausgangsort für Biken und Klettertouren. Schlüsselübergabe und Erklärung lief sehr nett und unproblematisch ab. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und mit 2 Bädern sehr angenehm für 4 Erwachsene oder eine Familie mit zwei TeenagerMädchen! Die Wohnküche fanden wir sehr gemütlich und praktisch und es fehlte an Nichts. Als das WLAN ausfiel, wurde uns sofort per whats app geholfen. Die Parksituation ist nicht ganz leicht, aber es gibt einen Straßenplan, der uns besonders am ersten Tag sehr geholfen hat. Danke! Außer am Wochenende hatten wir dann auch keine Probleme auf den freien Flächen einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Der große Kellerraum ist prima für Fahrräder. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Very impressed

On arrival Federico kindly drove us from the train station to the lovely spotless very clean and well furnished apartment. It is in easy walking distance to the waterfront and a 10 minute walk to the town amenities. Nearby (round the back) there are suitable shops for provisions. There are also restaurants round the back and on the way to town.Had a lovely time.

Wir waren in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung mit vier Erwachsenen und einem kleinen Kind und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Milena hat uns herzlich empfangen und es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr nah zum Strand und in die schöne Fußgängerzone. Drei Balkone. Betten bequem, großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Einziger Nachteil: Manchmal war es schwer einen nahegelegenen Parkplatz zu finden. Diese waren aber zumindest kostenlos. Würden wieder kommen.

Das Apartment ist sehr nah am Meer! Vom Balkon aus hat man Meerblick! Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, hübsch eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht! Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Alles in allem ein super toller Urlaub! Würde jederzeit wieder dort hingehen!

Die FW ist toll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat einen großen Balkon. Unbedingt den Wohnzimmertisch nach draußen stellen und Frühstück mit Meerblick genießen.

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location right in the center of town & the beach. There are many good cafes & pizzerias close by. Vittoria was very helpful & the checkin was easy. They have a large, secure location to keep bicycles which was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this for your stay. Thanks so much Vittoria & Marcela.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in augustus 2016. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en de 3 balkons waren heerlijk. Ook kan je vanuit het balkon bij de woonkamer de zee zien. De communicatie verliep redelijk, aangezien de gastvrouwen niet heel goed Engels spraken, maar ze legden alles heel goed en gaven met veel enthousiasme antwoord op onze vragen. Ook kregen we een leuk presentje voor we weggingen. Het enige minpuntje is dat er geen airco aanwezig is. We raden dit appartement aan iedereen aan!

Sehr empfehlenswerte neu eingerichtete, modern und freundlich gestaltete Ferienwohnung 3 Minuten von Strand und palmengesäumter Promenade entfernt, in der es an nichts fehlt. Auf Toaster und Filtermaschine verzichtet man gerne wegen der zahlreichen Strandcafès, wo Latte Macchiato und Brioche Chioccolato locken. Auch die Klimaanlage vermisst man nicht, da sich die 3 Balkone mit Rollos und Markisen gut beschatten lassen. Bei geöffnetem Fenster sind die Vespas und Piaggios in den umliegenden Gassen deutlich zu hören, aber darum sind wir ja in Italien - oder?

This appartement was great! Very modern facilities, everything clean and we had a great equipment for the kitchen. The location is close to a supermarket and just a few meters to the sea and the promenade. Very nice woman who owns the flat. Absolutely great!

We were met at the apartment and shown around. The apartment was lovely. Spotless clean. Very quiet and in a good position for the beach, town centre, shops and restaurants. The bed was possibly the most comfortable bed that I have slept in except my own. The only negatives were, we like to have 2 pillows each and there was only 1 spare, also as we flew to Italy, it would have been useful to have had a few essentials in the flat i.e. washing up liquid, tea bags, sugar, salt and pepper. It would also have been useful to have a microwave. Other wise the flat was excellent and I would definitely stay again if I visit Finale. Would recommend a lovely Pizzeria at the back of the apartment complex about 50 yards up a little side street called Via Molinetti, ate there most nights and also on a previous visit to Finale, the food and staff are excellent and very reasonably priced.
