Stay was ok , great location , quiet place, restaurants and locations to eat from fish to bakery

Facility and location very good, new , clean , near beach. Beach with some stones and sand but in water after few meters only sand , good depth of water. Not crowded , only 3 apartments in the yard , facilities in room , barbeques and shower outside .

More deposit space in rooms and specially in bathroom . Bigger space for shower or at least a curtain not to make all bath wet.

Nice

Beautiful location and very nice host. There was cold water waiting for us when we arrived. Amazing garden, the photos are accurate. OK parking lot. Very close to the beach. Clean apartment with basic amenities. Very big balcony with great sea view.

Very old bathroom furniture, sink, toilet, faucets. No shower curtain. No shower cabin. Water splashes everywhere. Very old rusty and squeaky bathroom door, you literally have to slam it very hard to close/open it. Mosquito nets have holes. Very old fridge whose door doesn't close properly. AC is working but doesn't cool the rooms as it should. Poor WiFi. Sometimes the owners leave their small dog alone in their apartment for hours in a row and he barks and howls. That makes it very difficult to take a nap or rest.

Good place and a good value for money.

The location. Very close to organized beach, restaurants, shops, bakery. Lovely village to go for walk to the little harbour. Other beaches were in close driving distance. It was quiet, there were mosquito nets on all windows which was great, there was a nice balcony where we could have breakfast/lunch/dinner.

The two beds in the kitchen were not a regular size, at least not both of them. So they might be a problem for older children. There are some small details missing that could give top scores to the room. For example, shower curtain, more hangers for towels and closer to the shower. There was some cutlery missing. The air conditioning was working fine but it seemed that the temperature sensor was not working. In general it felt like the interior of the room was a little outdated.

Beautiful vacation

The house and the garden are very beautiful and the flats are so comfortable. The owners are kind people and they are open to do all necessary for assure the comfort of tourists. The house is near to the beach, max 50 m and also near to the center of Nea Skioni - aprox 350 m - where are the taverns. The kitchen has all you need for prepare the breakfast or other quick food. There is a barbeque in the garden with all the tools (you must buy only the fish and the woods for fire). I recomend for whom a beautiful vacation means a simply and clean place, far away from the noisy, with nice and good people.
