House stocked with breakfast, very very easy check in and very friendly staff. Helped me out in a desperate situation and was very happy and accommodating to us. Room was very nice and spacious and facilities are clean.

The price was a little steep, but it was booked last minute.

the shower cubicle in the bedroom. shared toilet. lack of tea making facilities in the room. felt like a student shared house

Next time if I need a place for my visitors I’ll contact you first

Location is good but only one thing I didn’t like was the sharing bathroom. Apart from that everything else is okay

Host was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Even personally came to greet me I would definitely use again for any future business trips. Cosy layout

Just very minor, the heating was a little confusing to get to grips with but I'm not great with modern technology i like it the old school way but that's just personal preference. Apart from that excellent

Warm, welcoming, clean, light and bright and well equipped for comfort. A+++

The house was extremely comfortable to be in - very spacious, clean and well equipped. The room I had was lovely, with plenty of space, comfortable large bed and a very nice ensuite bathroom. The laundry facilities were a big bonus as I was staying for a month.

I literally have no complaints at all! The host was very friendly, room perfect, easy to park. Could not have been better!

Spotlessly clean and helpful owner. Facilities of the house were very good, everything you'd need for a s/c stay were available.

Constant dripping outside my room (after rain) kept me awake much of the night and was extremely annoying

Very modern very clean. Lovely bed. Shower in room. Smart tv Digital radiator good wifi. Very quiet.

Heating went off during night. Woke up cold Distance from town. Not much nearby.

My first time in Northampton for a leisure visit and the stay really nice. Beautiful pleasant place despite that i checked in really late, a very warm welcome by Paul and had a good night's sleep. Very clean and cool self service breakfast with some compliments to go with it. Such a shame i had booked for a single night havinh fancied to stay abit longer but Sage House stays on my list. Highly recommend🌟🌟❤
