Location and the place is very quite.

It's not clean the way I used to see some other places.. but what I can advise them is to get a female cleaner to help them with the cleaning.

The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable, the WiFi was great. Love the place it's was my second time booking in RJ.

The early knock out at least they must just move it to 10:00 instead of 9:00 because after nine charges are added.

very comfortable, private, peaceful and unobtrusive. would strongly recommend. Will certainly return.

The daily fresh linen and cleaning of my unit.

The WiFi was not always accessible. The lack of suitable and appropriate kitchenware, especially for a long stay. The restricted availabilty of satellite channels. The toaster was dysfunctional.

It was a good stay overall.

What was missing is the breakfast. Since cooking is not allowed in the rooms, it would be good to make it bed and breakfast rather than bed only.

The room was neat. There were clear instructions / notification of what is allowed or not not allowed and the fines related to it. They may consider providing complementary water at least.

I will definitely go back there,their TV is working properly and cutlery is there,I am going back .

The warmest welcoming in any durban Lodge,everything is there you don't have to call the reception,

Excellent value for the price. Bathroom and facilities very clean. Useful USB plug points. Excellent and well stocked mini bar, with items reasonably priced.

Amazingly awesome stay

The staff is friendly and warm, place is better than the pictures, quiet location with a great fridge stock.

The only thing we were not happy about was the checkout time of 9h00am then having to pay extra per hr after that. Standard checkout should be 10h00am.
