Complessivamente siamo stati bene.

La posizione centrale era comodissima, l’appartamento ben arredato molto carino, le ragazze quando presenti sono state molto gentili.

Ammetto di avere standard molto alti, avrei preferito maggiore attenzione alla pulizia ed alla dotazione dell’appartamento (per quanto riguarda la cucina)

Una bella esperienza, consigliatissimo

La posizione, l' insonorizzazione delle camere, l' aria condizionata, la presenza di una sauna, palestra e Jacuzzi in terrazza e la colazione (le marmellate genuine erano buonissime). Infine (ma non perché meno importante) il personale: disponibile, simpatico; io sono intollerante al lattosio e fin da subito si sono prodigati per farmi avere dello yogurt delattosato per la colazione.

In vielerlei Hinsicht enttäuschend

Die Lage in der Altstadt wäre ganz nett. Anonymer Checkin mit zwei verschiedenen Codes hat soweit funktioniert, aber mega umständlich.

Frühstück völlig unflexibel erst ab 8:00. Es ist unangenehm überhaupt niemand zu treffen. Die Gänge sind extrem laut und bei jeder Türöffnung im Haus rappelt die eigene Tür. Die Dusche ist extrem klein, man kann der Regenbrause praktisch nicht ausweichen. Sehr grau eingerichtet. Das Haus hat überhaupt nichts schönes, das man fotografieren würde.

Clean and easy

Well located, easy to get in, clean and exactly what was expected and advertised. Has a rooftop and a tiny gym. Lovely staff!

Note to travelers with large luggage: there was no elevator.

Cute - smart - boutique B&B in the middle of Follonica

modern , clean touch - cute little features I.e little sauna (but VERY good), whirlpool on top terrace,small fitness area

nothing - but be aware that you are in the middle of a vibrant city I.e. street cleaning (leaf blower - Soffiatore per foglie) at 05:50 am - but that is not the hotels fault

It was a perfect vacations

It was a perfect! This place goes beyond my expectation! Staff, location, breakfast, room, cleaning, services - everything was super great! The online receptions Antonella was amazing, helpful and super hospitality! She sent us a lot of information about city, restaurant and help us to find a veterinarian in the case of emergency! Thanks a lot for all recommendation! The girls in the hotel was so nice. The room was modern and well equipment. We taken a free bike and had in this hotel one of the best our vacations. I hope we will come again in this hotel!

In our room in the shower drain was a little bit stuck.

A new way to handle hotel management

In the start we had problems with the contact per mobile. But they have been helpful getting into the hotel without personal contact. The hotel is very modern and very clean. The breakfast is normal standard. The way to the beach and promenade is short. The price is acceptable.

We prefer personal contact. To see nobody when entering a new hotel was a bit strange. Even due to the Corona crisis this is not how you manage a hotel.
