Bez naprawdę poważnych zastrzeżeń, hotel wart polecenia na jednodniowe pobyty.

Lokalizacja w samym centrum, darmowy parking, wybitne jak na hotel ekonomiczny śniadanie (!), 24h recepcja, przyzwoita wielkość pokoju. Dobre i niedrogie gruzińskie bistro po drugiej stronie ulicy.

Winda (brrr!), w pokoju czuć dym papierosowy - pomimo zakazu, dość sfatygowane wyposażenie (np. materac).

Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości! Gorąco polecam.

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, bardzo blisko dworca PKP oraz sklepów. Sam pokój bardzo ładnie urządzony. Dwa duże łóżka, przestronne wnętrze. Bardzo duży plus za zrealizowanie prośby oraz rozwiązanie małego problemu technicznego z zamkiem ;) Bardzo polecam, szczególnie jako miejsce wypadowe do dłuższych wycieczek.

Kabina prysznicowa w łazience aż prosi się o wymianę. Winda hotelowa jest malutka i ledwo zmieści dwie osoby, o większym bagażu nie wspominam.

Nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience Brak wody w pokoju, brak kubków czy szklanek w pokoju, pajęczyny w pokoju, śniadanie to jakieś komedia ..przygotowane tacę stoją i czekają na gościa …nie są niczym przykryte i nie wiadomo kiedy zostały zrobione co za tym idzie wędlina sery i warzywa zaczynają obsychać, pierwszy raz z czymś taki się spotkałem w hotelu

Tani hotel, nie ma co się spodziewać cudów

Lokalizacja, obsługa, cena, śniadanie znośne , bezpłatny parking

A więc po kolei. Drzwi do pokoju ze śladami włamywania ( wybity zamek, skręcone na śruby), podłoga nowa, ale tania i czuć jak faluje, łazienka po remoncie, ale kabina prysznicowa jest najtańsza, buja się i wygina się. najgorsze są łóżka - materace najtańsza sprężynowe a stelaże połamane po środku - podparte kawałkami drewna o podłogę, żeby utrzymać poziom. Wieczorem słychać było muzykę z innego piętra , a mianowicie dudnienie basu, co bardzo przeszkadzało.

Nice place with a good location and good price.

For some reason the bed didn't have any plug next to it or even close, so I had to rearrange the furniture in order to keep my phone charging during the night and keep it close.

Great location, great breakfast/variety, parking on-site, as others have mentioned the 24/7 availability of coffee, tea, and water was really nice. Common areas of the hotel were well maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable. All in all a good stay

Can be a bit noisy in the street front rooms. Room was clean but some dust in the corners, along the edges.

Would book again in the future

Hotel was nice and staff were very friendly. Would stay there again. Breakfast costs 29zl per day if you don’t purchase it with the room. Stayed on the 4th floor but had a lift! ( more for 1 person with bags or 2 people without bags)

There was dust in the room and bathroom. Shower ( hot water ) didn’t work 3 times during our stay but that was due to some fault ,apart from that the shower pressure was good.

Good location. Below average stay.

The location of the hotel is just a few steps from the main square. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and the food was tasty.

The room configuration is weird. The rooms are long and skinny and one side of the bed is up against the wall. The headboard is fabric and one can only wonder what is growing in the button tabs. You have to step up at least 15 inches to get into and out of the shower. I was terrified that I would fall. And, the shower was tiny, even for an average sized person. One of the tv's did not have a remote and when I told the front desk they said the TV was broken. Thanks for giving me a room knowing something was broken, and not telling me. Finally, why have pictures of San Francisco and other US cities hanging in the hotel when Świdnica has such interesting history and buildings?

Don't stay here. Point.

The room was DIRTY and the whole property shows a lack of maintenance. The shower was tiny and not cleaned properly. The materials and equipment used everywhere in the facility are not hotel quality, they are the cheapest one can get. Hotel has no key card system, so anyone can have a physical key to your room. Parking is small and hard to navigate after dark. Elevator is old, only fits one person and lacks mandatory technical revision (at least I have not seen it). There is no sockets close to the bed. No aircon, ventilator was extremely dirty. Laminate floor was falling apart. No personnel spoke English nor any other foreign languages (except Ukrainian). The TV installation looked dodgy and the TV had no international stations. Overall, the worst hotel I have stayed in for many many years. Insulting for other hotels that this place calls itself a hotel!
