comodo e accogliente

Ottima posizione , Stanza basica ma accogliente nonostante il bagno in comune i servizi igienici sono stati impeccabili .Staff molto gentile

Avrei preferito un materasso matrimoniale e non due singoli uniti , magari un topper avrebbe aiutato

La posizione , Zona centrale , facili gli spostamenti

....mi sarebbe piaciuto dormire!! Letti che cigolavano ad ogni movimento Rumori dei motori dei condizionatori o altro che si attaccavano e perduravano. Praticamente in bagno mancavano i porta asciugamani.... insomma qualcosina da correggere

Posizione, self check-in

Letti con lenzuola bucate ed usurate, cuscini gialli e un letto privo di lenzuola, c'era solo il materasso e il piumone. Servizio scadente e deludente.

it was okay, BUT

Mixed feelings about the place. We had to call the owner to send us the check in details and he sent us just before we arrived. The location is really good, a few minutes walking to the city centre. The room itself was good, BUT I’d like to say that the staff was friendly and helpful, but we saw the lady once in 3 days when we checked in. She helped with towels, iron and the hair dryer though. Overall the experience was nice for that money, but the administrators should take care of the place more

You cannot feel safe there. Anyone can easily enter the place and the only protection you have is the lock of your room. Shared bathroom is a mess. Doors of the shower are broken and are literally falling down on you. Once at night the lights went off and there was nobody at the hotel to fix this and we were the only guests. Owner didn’t answer the call at first, but then told us to fix it by ourselves because the staff can come only in a couple of hours 🤣 Just imagine, 2 girls alone at the hotel where anyone can enter are trying to fix the light in darkness. No sound isolation. We were at the time marines arrived at the hotel, they were screaming, shouting and we could hear everything they talked.

Sábanas usadas, toallas rotas y en general las instalaciones(tirador persiana medio roto). Lo peor de todo es que no pudimos usar la ducha porque por la noche se nos presentaron 2 hombres que nos dijeron que había una fuga en la terraza y que tenían que cortar el calentador hasta el día en que nos tuvimos que ir.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cette chambre située dans un immeuble historique du centre ville. Quartier calme avec places de parking, chambre propre, lit confortable, wc et salle de bain privée située dans le couloir. Accueil très chaleureux.

Superb

We had a wonderful room with a balcony with a great view. The kitchenette had a small fridge and an electric burner and sink. It was really an enjoyable stay and good value for the money.

Really good price-quality relation. The room was spacious, the beds were spacious and the air conditioner was working. The staff was super nice and helpful and the location was great.

Rooms clean and confortable with all you need for a short stay in Cagliari. Towels were provided, I would suggest to put something in the room where you can hang the towels after use :) The girl that received us were really nice and helpfull!!

Cold water if you took showers all at the same time and the mini fridge of our room in the last night made a lot of noise.

Very good

It is a rather simple guesthouse but good for a short stay. I was lucky to get a room next to wifi router so the internet was fast. Yes, the walls are thin but nothing of too much of an inconvenience. There is no kitchen available, however, the room is equipped with a small fridge to store food.

It'd be nice if there were a kettle available to boil some water for tea or instant coffee.

Great value for money. Very clean and good location.

The check in was kind of confusing since we checked in after the desk closed at 6:30 but it was fine once we figured it out.
