Ok stay the staff work really hard

The staff were really good especially marco on the Nightshift he was a very pleasant man and always helped us when we needed help thankyou Marco 🥰

The room was not that good Aircon was leaking and you could not feel like it was working the tap in the kitchen didn't work and the hairdryer blew up but that was fixed within the hour apart from that not to bad .

Bon séjour !

La chambre est très spacieuse, le lit très confortable. Le personnel agréable et gentil. Les animations du soir sont vraiment sympathiques.

L'hôtel n'est malheureusement pas très bien entretenu, la peinture des murs et plafonds tombe. Nous avons croisé quelques blattes qui se baladaient...

Repito el mes que viene por el gran trato recibido

Voy mucho a Lanzarote de viajes de ocio y esta vez decidí probar en este hotel, las instalaciones muy buenas, acceso directo a la playa, no he escuchado ningún ruido de otras habitaciones o del exterior y he podido descansar muy bien, pero quiero destacar la atención que he recibido por parte de Tatiana, una mujer muy profesional, encantadora y siempre con una sonrisa, de hecho el mes que viene vuelvo a Lanzarote y he hecho la reserva en este mismo hotel por la atención recibida por parte de ella y bueno de los demás empleados, desde los que están en el restaurante, súper agradables y atentos hasta las 2 chicas que me atendieron en recepción, tenía varias dudas y enseguida me las resolvían, me ha encantado el trato recibo y es lo que me ha hecho volver a reservar en este hotel. Las camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio. Calidad precio de 100. Tenéis un gran equipo. Muchísimas gracias

Short Break in Costa Teguise.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Seaview room only gets the sun in the morning. Pool view room might be better for the sun in the afternoon depending on particular preference.

Very windy area but that's not the hotels fault.

Bien en relación calidad/ precio

La ubicación, muy cerca de la playa y las habitaciones no están mal.

Orientado a turismo ingles y alemán. No lo recomendaría a turismo español y mucho menos residentes.

Value for money

Good value and excellent location. It was nice to have a separate access to the beach. And the sea view was amazing . Nice gesture to have a complementary bottle of sparkling wine a fruit plate

I was missing a form of rubbish disposal in the room. There was only a small bin in the bathroom, it would be great to have a bigger bin in the room. The bedroom lightning, strange combination of lights on or off.

Pros, just about everything, clean, breakfast was good, staff good, pool warm . First time there and asked for a room close to the lifts as a solo traveler and that’s what I got with a lovely sea view

All the staff, from the cleaners/maintenance staff to the waiting & bar staff and the staff on the reception are always so helpful and friendly. It makes the hotel the best.

Breakfast very nice, bar staff friendly, good location but very windy on balconies

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Rooms very outdated, beds uncomfortable, took 2 days of repeat asking to get extra pillows. Had to move rooms as first room was very overlooked right into our bedroom and right next to the restaurant so all we could see from our extra priced sea view room was outdoor chairs, tables and umbrellas from the restaurant. Very overpriced for what it is

lovely relaxed with lots to choose from inside and outside hotel.

location, good choice of bars and restaurants in the close surrounding area. not too far from airport and right on the beach.

pool very cold, expected a slightly heated pool themed restaurant no different to food being served in buffet restaurant. booked superior room which was supposed to have tea and coffee making facilities, this was just a kettle! not even cups to drink it from were provided. also stated 2 double beds. don’t be deceived. two three quarter bass at a stretch. definitely not suitable for a family.

very low standard for 4 star. needs a major refurbishment, painting, repairs, sun beds are soo uncomfortable as need repairing, bedding and towels in poor condition, bed not comfortable, wall paper coming off bedroom wall, bar man not overly friendly,

All the staff reception, restaurants, housekeeping , bars and pool staff made it more enjoyable , never a 😞 always a 😀 . congratulations they make the hotel an amazing place to spend a holiday

only the air conditioning in room was not great but fans were given immediately after raising concerns to housekeeper

Loved the location. This was my second stay here for long weekend in 2022..definetly will return for 3rd!

Ok for 4 nights and value for money

Location, big modern room

Poor lighting in room, Air conditioning didn't work, my wife found it awkward to do hair and make up because of lighting and positioning of power sockets. Bed was broken and not very comfortable

Overall nice but needs some updates

There was a kettle but no cups/ mugs spoons etc. Can't see the point in a kitchen when nothing to use with it like pans cutlery or crockery. Beds old and uncomfortable. Sunbeds and umbrellas in a shocking state and all broken and sagging. Flaking paint all over the floors in stairwell areas. No parking available close to hotel Pointless having kettle with no cups, we had to buy some also would prefer complementary tea and coffee to the cava and cakes.

Reception staff were especially helpful. Maintenance staff were friendly. I had breakfast in the Pool Bar because the Maoist restaurant was not accessible. But the food was good.

I have a disability and asked for a ground floor room or to be near a lift. Neither of these were possible because the hotel was full. Air Con did not work.

Nice hotel and staff but probably will not return.

Breakfast was varied although unfortunately could be cold due to being buffet style. However good choice. Other meals were the same, quite good but often cold or shall we say Luke warm. Entertainment in the hotel was good. We enjoyed a couple of very good singers. There were other acts as well. The staff were excellent. Worked very hard and were always helpful and friendly. Probably would not return but if I did it would be in a B&B basis only as the location was great.

Unfortunately due to not enough info on bookings.com website which we always use we booked an AI standard room (which was very nice) but unbeknown to us only served local brand drinks. I drink Smirnoff and my husband Bacardi both of which were not included. Their excuse for a cocktail on this basis was disgraceful and consisted of juice and lots of ice. If it had alcohol in it I did not notice. Definitely something I would not drink. In my opinion they made no attempt,to make it even look like a daiquiri even using local cheap brands. During our 10 day holiday we never once managed to get a bed by the pool. Beds were all covered in towels from very early morning and Although the policy of the hotel said no towels before 9 am nobody took any notice. The staff were supposed to remove towels from prebooked beds but this never happened..
