Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin am Empfang. Das Frühstück war gut. Günstig ist auch die Nähe zum Zentrum.

Top acomodation on top floor

Fantastic place in the town. nice single room at top floor. All nite and tidy. Staf working there are just fantastic, helpful and soooo positive girls!!!

I'm satisfied :)

Really nice accomodation for night. Quiet place, nice servce. If you expect comfort and visual effectf like in Sheraton then You will be dissapointed. But if You are looking just for nice place to spend night for good price then it's for You.

I saw somehere addvertisement of wooden panel floors... i think this wooden floor would fit better to this rooms than this carpet :)

Absolutely horrible but shockingly expensive hotel - something between a student dorm and a detention camp. Really old furniture that falls apart, smelly, loud and dirty rooms, stains on the carpet, flash water kept running the whole night at the toilet, crazy receptionist. I got a single bed for 171 eur per night! To avoid!!

Nice place, nice location , nice price!

The location is fantastic, the staff working there is absolutely fantastic (there was also a young woman that was speaking my language - Croatian-Serbian), and cleaner ladies were also of great help (speaking Greek). I am going again to the same place this Thursday.

Maybe, just one thing, breakfast could be a bit better. Just maybe, do not say it has to. Even last time I didn't take one, but I joined my friend who did, for a company. But this time it is included in the price so I will take one deffo. Not saying it was bad or anything like that, just think the offer could be a bit better, to look richer.

it is a spacious and comfortable place with kind staff plus near stores and a 24hr gas station phenomenal for travelers

it was inexpensive and the rooms where a decent size super nice staff and exceptional service!

little bit older but it was super quiet and had a lot of channels for the tv

Trip Inn smile on way out.

Central for trains, busses and trams. Rewe supermarket next door. Breakfast everything to hand. Joanne, in breakfast room. Helpful and kind.

All good. No coffee making facility in the room but defo not a problem.

Room was clean but with only a TV, and an one person bed inisde, no fridge, no minibar and no option to have breakfast because og corona so don't book the stay with breakfast.

Reception wasn't open 24 hours , ony a few hours a day. I arrived at 21:00 and had to take my keys from a key box.

The hotel has an antique structure, it’s well located and offer reasonable value over money.

the walls of the room are too thin so you could listen to other people snoring in the adjacent rooms.

Disappointing

Inllli choose the Hotel because of the Parking, as I went there the Carage door didn't work and the employee was so mean and gave me no solution. I could find only 1km away from Hotel a place to parking

Can not recommend it, I have stayed in some hotels now in Krefeld and this is the worse value $.

Staff is very unfriendly, location is okay. The rooms are old and uncomfy very poor value to money.

Cheap and okay

It was super cheap, and except for the shower was okay for such a cheap price.

The shower was old and leaky, when i tried to adjust the angle of the shower head, it came loose in my hand. There was supposed to be a breakfast available to purchase but there were no staff in the hotel in the morning so I had to get breakfast from the supermarket next door.

Good communication with the staff through this app.

It’s been a long time since this hotel deserved 3 stars. It’s old and all the rugs/carpets would need a good cleaning as they have a lot of stains. The ventilation in the room was bad. The bed linen were nice and clean, but for instance the actual pillow itself smelled of sweat. I thought the beds were ok but my girlfriend thought they were very hard. I won’t stay there again and rather spend some more money at another hotel where I feel more comfortable.

The room was in very old furniture, i asked for a queen bed and first they said Ok but when i arrived there were two single beds put togother,we couldn't sleep all night because the gap in between. The window was with spider nets all over it und the noise isolation was so bad that we could hear every person passing by the road 2 flors below.
