Disturbing by construction works

Very nice and silent place

Loud noise from construction works, because building new apartments until 2026 starting from 7:15-7:40 also on saturday from 8:15. The hotel did not inform before you book and neither on the reception at aaivel and check in, you just got realised at 7:15 in the next morning when you were waken up by loud noise even if you had windows closed. And parking is not free of charge, you pay additional 9,5 Eur per day

It is indeed not a cheap place, but it is great in all aspects! Pets are also welcomed.

We loved everything: the apartment, see view, the sea, food. The place is quite at the higher end of value, but it is worth it.

The beaches could be improved further...

Very quite ok for a couple of nights. Need a car

The room was clean well maintained and had all the facilities you need.

We were still a little off season end of May, so not everything was open. No supermarket on or near site which was a shame. No cafe or bakery open.

Disappointed, waste of holiday

Room size was bigger than expectations, clean, sea view. Marko was helpful and friendly.

Very poor in kitchen facilities no kettle or a mug for coffee, just smalls cups. No trash bag, there was just one which wasn't enough because we had no room service and the trash beans were full. No welcoming water and as we came and open the tape the water was brown, not drinkable at all. The worst part was not having the warm water for taking shower. Specially in the mornings you should forget to get any warm water. No wifi in the balcony. Worst restaurants that you can imagine, the costs are insane we ordered medium rare steak in Planika which was completely done and dry, they forgot the Pommes and after eating we both had belly pain and feeling of getting poisoned. In Bracera the woman as waitress had football t-shirt on, had a bad attitude, not welcoming at all, you have this feeling that you are getting ripped off, small portions insane prices. No bar, the Fortis bar was closed we visited two times during the day, the hideout bar was closed at 21:00! We had feeling of being in a prison or in an island without having access to anywhere; there was another bistro bar near to the complex, bistro bar Zanzibar even that one was closed at 08:00 PM. In compare to other falkensteiner hotels this one was like a joke. Stay away. The supermarket was far away and even the kitchen didn't have salt. If the hotel doesn't have a restaurant and breakfast please provide a Minibar or water or two capsuls of coffee, we don't expect it for free. The distance between receptionist till our room was around ten minutes. So disappointing. Didn't worth the money at all.

I would come back here !

The location is really really nice, it's the perfect location if you want to relax after a day in Zadar or excursions. You have a lot of facilities on place but some of them might be closed if you are staying too off high peak season. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Accommodation for exacting customer

Excellent private accommodation in the huge complex of hotel, apartments, restaurants, pools, healthy and fitness area etc. The room was very big with kitchen (with basic cook equipment), WC, shower and bedroom and big terrace with sea view. Everything was clear and disinfected and comfortable. Ideal for holiday with well big budget!

From my point of view the price for parking fee for one night is unimaginably 9,50 Euro/car.

Lack of mini bar or at least some complementary coffie and tea. Fact that I was not informed that parking is paid separately, also possibility to have pets is too expensive.

Business stay in Senia Apartments

The location is close to the city of Zadar with a great view towards the sea. The apartment is spacious enough to everyones pleasure.

The lack of room service and the lack of room slippers due the colder floors.

Exceptional

For us already the third stay in Senia apartments and again nothing to complain about. We love it there, the apartments are really nice and comfortable with great beds and air conditioning, the beaches are very close and not crowded at all. The place is very well taken care of, everything clean, the gardens green.

I think it is a really pity that there is no shop at the premises. The apartments allow you cooking, most of the guests in Senia apartmens are preparing their breakfasts but you have nowhere to do your shopping, the closest shop is the Petrčane not very good supermarket 2 kilometers away. It does not make sense, there should be at least a small shop where you can buy basic things for breakfast. Also this year, none of the beach bars was offering any snacks or small meals, the only possibility was to have a regular meal in one of the hotel restaurants. But I think a lot of people want to grab something small and quick on the beach during the day and then have a proper meal in the evening.

No cleaning during stay ( however we didn't mind that, but some people might want it) A bit pricey
