Villa Hestia is a 3 bedroom villa with a swimming pool situated in the heart of Coral Bay. It is fully furnished and sleeps up to 7 guests. The landscaped garden surrounds the pool and there is plenty of outdoor furniture to relax upon including dining & lounge areas overlooking the pool, equipped with tables & chairs, sun loungers, parasol and a BBQ. The villa has an open plan living on the ground floor with a lounge, dining and kitchen area, all cooking facilities are provided at the villa for those guests wishing to relax day and night. Philippos is the local supermarket stocking a wide range of food and drink, they offer a drop-back service bringing you and your shopping to the villa. The villa appeals to families and guests who are looking for an excellent villa holiday within a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Coral Bay. The local restaurants, bars and supermarkets are very close and convenient, restaurants include Italian, greek, Chinese, Mexican, Japanese and many more. Coral Bay beach is approximately a 10 minute walk from the Villa, it is the only sandy beach on the west side of the island and you will find all the usual water sports expected on a holiday resort. Latchi and Paphos are both available to visit via bus from Coral Bay which offer both elements of relaxation, fin and history. Paphos waterpark, Paphos Harbour, Latchi Harbour, Tomb of the kings and Adonis Baths are all worth a visit. Having owned Villa Hestia from new we take pride in the appearance and maintenance, our management team alongside the pool maintenance, gardeners and cleaners provide an excellence service to all guests. Absolutely perfect holiday, from start to finish! The villa was beautifully clean and well presented and the location was fab - just a short walk from the bars and restaurants. The pool was just what we needed with the hot weather! Spent most of our days there! Also loved the cats who visited us, was my son’s highlight!
Communication between the villa owner and management company was very quick and easy.
Thank you so much for an amazing 10 days! We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely lovely Villa. Could not fault anything. Carrie from property Management called the day after our arrival to introduce herself and to make sure everything was ok, which it was. The location of the Villa was perfect for Coral Bay Strip, with all its bars, restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend eating at Les Amis and Rio Grande - they are owned by 3 brothers, who were very welcoming. We ate there lots of times as the food in both are excellent.

Very nice Villa close to all restaurants and a short 10 minute walk to the beach.
Pool area was very relaxing, shared with the cats. Plenty of shade if needed and a large balcony for a few drinks in the evening.
You dont really need a car as close to some great restaurants and the bus on thd main strip takes you in to Paphos. Change there for the Waterpark and also Paphos Old Town, well worth a visit.
Would visit again without hesitation...

The villa itself can’t be faulted and pool were great. However it’s location is very close to Main Street which was very noisy at the weekends, until 2 am in the morning, and also very rundown . There is a quad bike hire shop at rear of property which from 7.30am onwards you were deafened by motor bikes starting up and revving continuously. Persons should be made aware of the cats that freely roam the grounds of villa. A window in villa had been left unlocked by cleaners but hidden behind a closed blind , which we were unaware of, as we did not use this window and had no reason to check it as it states in villa manual that all windows and doors should be locked after leaving. This resulted in the villa getting broken into when we were asleep upstairs in the early hours of third night and had our cash stolen. I reported this to owner and management company who both seemed blasé about matter. This unfortunately ruined the rest of our holiday.

Villa Hestia is a beautiful villa and the pool is large . We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it highly .. easy walk to restaurants ,bars, supermarkets .. very quiet cul de sac .. Nice welcome pack on arrival and very comfortable bed. 😀👍

the villa was lovely it was clean we had a very nice welcome it is well situated but I think it could do with some oven baking trays and dishes and also a water cooler but in all a lovely holiday and would definitely book again

Great Villa and Location
Firstly the Owner Chris is great and very communicative.
The Villa is great with a good size pool and is located very close to Coral Bay Strip. The only downside is the Air con has a 2hr shut off timer (common in many holiday rentals) so you can wake up feeling hot during summer peak times.

Great Villa
Fantastic villa with all the facilities you could want. As children were with us, they can take a nap when required while you relax around the pool. Very close to great restaurants and shops. Everyone was really friendly. Tiny criticisism.... would have appreciated more cleaning products, cloths etc to clean throughout stay. Very helpful owner and everyone we met, cleaning pool etc. Would definitely use again or recommend 😀�

Villa Hestia - AMAZING PLACE
When we landed in Paphos we were greeted by Matteus our taxi driver which was arranged through Chris and the management team we had a very comfortable journey to Coral Bay on arrival at the villa the first things we noticed was the amazing location, HUGE pool and back garden and how clean the whole villa was!
We fell in love with the 4 cats including 2 kittens named by the previous holiday makers Ronnie and Reggie (we did leave a little note to say please feed them to the next holiday makers we hope you got our message)
All the restuarants in Coral Bay were amazing but we loved Samisen Japanese Tepanyaki the chefs were hilarious! The villa was in the perfect location!
Thank you so much Chris for letting us stay in your beautiful villa we couldnt have asked for a better holiday and thank you Roca for helping us while we were there with places to eat and sorting our transfers.
We will 100% be returing to this villa!

Wonderful villa in great location
We stopped here for the first week of October, Cyprus still being very hot at this time of year. Chris had arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and deliver us to the front door of this amazing villa. There was only the two of us for this visit but you would have had plenty of room if there were six or seven as there are three good size bedrooms and a huge outside area which has quality furniture for dining, chilling or roasting yourself in the Cypriot sun. There's also a very good BBQ that's great if you fancy a night in by the illuminated pool area stuffing your face and getting tipsy (as we did) Although the location is very peaceful and you would think you were quite out of the way of things, you can leave via the handy back gate and be at the doors of a dozen or so very good bars and restaurants within two minutes. The bus to Paphos also leaves this bar street every twenty minutes or so and it's worth visiting the harbour and old town. We have had such a great time and can't thank Chris enough for the use of his home for the week. We have already recommended Villa Hestia to a friend who has contacted Chris to make a booking.

Fab holiday
We shared this villa with friends , who's daughter was getting married in Paphos so it's was just a short drive away. Don't know where to start this villa was amazing, it did exactly what it said on the tin and more , we have recommended it to all our friends and family. Thank you so much to the owners for making the process of renting there villa so easy from start to finish .

arrived at this villa to stay for a week as our daughter was getting married in Cyprus what can I say it looked exactly like it did on the website had a wonderful stay very close to all amenities and the staff that look after the villa are great overall I loved every minute of our stay would highly recommend this villa
