It was very clean but very sparse. There was no dishwasher. No coffee maker/cafetiere. Not enough seats to sit in the sitting room/kitchen. No pictures or artefacts. Nice bedrooms and shower room

Excellent communication from James from initial enquiry and all the way through our stay. Extremely helpful and even replaced an item and provided an additional dining chair on Christmas morning. Beautiful cottage, exceptionally clean and with absolutely everything we needed. Well located for both Leeds and York. Would definitely recommend.
