We thought this location was great and enjoyed the hot tub! The condo itself needs updates and some attention. It also needs to be gone through and supplies updated or added. Slider door upstairs basically could not be opened and used, maintenance did look at it but something needs to be replaced.

Overall, my family and I had a decent, comfortable and peaceful stay at this condo. If you just want to have a good time at a relatively affordable place, you should be fine staying here. This condo had all essentials and decent amenities. However, there are a few caveats. The property has 2 full bedrooms but only one is available, while the other is off limits. If you're staying with a group of 5 or less guests, you should be fine and have enough space. Our family consisted of 7 guests, all adults. It was inconvenient for all of us to share one full bathroom/shower. The bunk bend, queen bed in the bedroom, and sofa bed in the living room were not enough to accommodate all of us. We had to use an inflatable mattress. We also had a significant issue with visitor parking. We had unexpected visitors for a few hours who parked in the visitor's parking. Their car was towed after only 1 hour of being parked there, for not having a visitor's parking permit. Our visitors had to pay almost $300 to get their car back. The owner does not provide a parking permit for visitors. We were not aware that we needed one, as the listing does not mention it anywhere. Yes, we did not have any urgent issues related to safety. You can still have a good time there. But those 2 caveats affected our overall experience, the comfort of the stay, and left a bad taste in our mouths. There needs to be better communication and advertising by the owner/manager related to amenities.
