About this apartment rental

Rose's cottage is located in one of the most beautiful districts of Mondello, just 800 meters from the beach and its main square.
It has an independent entrance from the rest of the villa, where the owners live. The cottage offers its guests a space of 55sqm indoors plus another 100sqm outdoors. The external part is equipped with a solarium (deck chairs and tables) with external shower, a sitting area completely covered by a cannucciato roof, and by a very large table to taste the meals of the day in the open air. The internal structure has a double bedroom which doubles as a living room with air conditioning included, 32 "full led hd tv, table for daily meals, and a small sofa where you can relax in the hot hours of the (hidden email) home. equipped with wifi connection (6 Mbps). The kitchen offers all possible comforts for a stay at maximum expectations which includes: refrigerator, microwave oven, complete set of dishes, glasses and cutlery, hob, washing machine and everything you need for any need. It also has a bedroom with single bed and large wardrobe (plus an addition of a fourth single bed on request), and a bathroom with shower, hair dryer and a set of towels.

Ospitalità eccellente

Siamo stati accolti in modo eccellente per una settimana. L’appartamento ci ha soddisfatto in tutto e per tutto. Purtroppo il tempo non è stato clemente, temporali con pioggia e allagamenti tutti i giorni. Da tenere in considerazione per i futuri viaggi in Sicilia.

Massimiliano is a very friendly host and offered us (Family with two daughters) a little apartment with a big terrace in a huge garden. We hope to come back in the next holidays again :-)

Very nice quiet situated garden bungalow

Massimiliano was a very friendly and gentle host. Because of filling the frigerator and offering fruits and drinks we felt like coming into a family. When we had questions, we got an answer very fast. We hope very much to come again. The apartment is best for a couple and two younger children.

Ottima sistemazione!

Ottima sistemazione!

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana alloggiati nel cottage ( 2 adulti e un bambino). Il proprietario Massimiliano e suo padre Marcello sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, pronti a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. L'appartamento era fornito di tutti i generi di prima necessità e altro, come acqua, succhi, merendine, latte, caffè, zucchero, the, due calici con spumante e ananas. Bagno fornito anche di bagno schiuma oltre alla biancheria. L'appartamento è perfettamente climatizzato, pulito, ben tenuto e silenzioso. Dispone di un comodo giardino attrezzato con doccia esterna. Il mare dista a piedi 10 minuti. Bella la spiaggia di sabbia fine e bianca, anche se un po' affollata. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

très agréable location

La maison de Rose est un très beau logement indèpendant,situé au fond d'un petit parc très bien arboré,derrière la maison des propriétaires. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Massimiliano avec,en cadeau de bienvenue,un plateau de délicieuses patisseries siciliennes,de la célèbre patisserie de Palerme,Bar Alba. De plus,des jus de fruits,de l'eau fraiche,des biscottes,des brioches,de la confiture,du café,du thé...nos attendaient dans la cuisine. Le propriétaire est une personne très sympathique,souriant,très serviable en toute occasion. Tout est prévu à la Maison de Rose pour le séjour soit très agréable:chaises longues ,salon de jardin confortable,barbecue,climatisation,belle cuisine,salon bien décoré...à 10 minutes de la plage,à pied. Nous recommandons cette belle location!

posso assicurare che il cottage è ancora più bello visto dal vivo che in foto,l'accoglienza è stata ottima,nel frigo abbiamo trovato pasticceria e frutta fresca,succhi,acqua e quant'altro,nella cucina(attrezzatissima) tutto il necessario per fare colazione,dalle fette biscottate ai biscotti alla nutella ecc..,lo stabile è arredato con cura,i proprietari Massimiliano e suo padre sono persone gentili e disponibili,situato in una zona tranquilla il cottage è una vera oasi di pace e tranquillità,in neanche 5 minuti a piedi sei in spiaggia,insomma lo consiglio vivamente!

Casa perfetta!!

Casa perfetta!!

Ho soggiornato in questa graziosissima casetta dal 9 al 16 di agosto in compagnia della mia ragazza. Mettersi d'accordo con il proprietario, il giovane Massimiliano, è stato molto semplice: gentile, cordiale e disponibilissimo nel venirci incontro. Arrivati a destinazione siamo stati ben accolti da Massimiliano che ci ha fatto strada attraversando il vialotto della villa che porta alla casetta in foto. Nell'area esterna dedicata alla casetta ci sono 2 sdraio, un bel tavolo grande con sedie per pranzi/cene all'aperto, altrettante sedie e tavolino da appoggio (dove abbiamo trovato un ombrellone e 4 stuoie), stendino per i panni, barbecue e doccia esterna. La casetta ha due porte-finestre (con persiana): una accede alla cucina, l'altra alla stanza principale dove ci sono il letto matrimoniale (munito di copriletto e lenzuola pulite e profumatissime), un tavolo con 4 sedie,mobile basso con cassettoni, tv schermo piatto e aria condizionata. Da questa si accede al bagno (attrezzato di tutto:wc,bidet, doccia con bagnosciuma, lavabo con sapone, il tris di asciugamani per 4 e tappetino) che si trova nel mezzo tra la cameretta (con letto ed armadio a ponte) e la cucna che affaccia, appunto, sul davanti; questa è ottimamente attrezzata: c'è praticamente tutto! Non sto a riportarvi l'elenco completo ma vi faccio solo presente che abbiamo trovato addirittura succhi, acqua e yougurt (in frigo) e fette biscottate, nutella,marmellata e cornetti..Tutto rigorosamente sigillato ed offerti da Massimiliano e famiglia. La casa si trova praticamente a 700 metri dalla spiaggia e dalla piazza di Mondello, "lontana" dal caos notturno che non si percepisce stando straiati sulle sdraio del rose's cottage a frescheggiare e a guardare le stelle in dolce compagnia. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata quando ci sono stati offerti, da Massimiliano e famiglia,cannoli e frutta martorana, del famoso Bar Alba, come benvenuto.. venire qui dalla Toscana n'è valsa davvero la pena!!
