Welcome to our newly refurbished Gorgeous Cozy Cabin (and Tree House)! A spacious, tranquil haven to play, relax, unwind, escape, and explore the Texas Hill Country! Only a 5-minute drive from the best swimming spot on Canyon Lake (and 1 minute from Canyon Lake Dam and boat launch). This is THE PERFECT GETAWAY for singles, couples, and families!

Cozy Cabin is tucked away at one side of our 4-acre property and right in the middle of all the action in the Texas Hill Country! It comes with all the basic amenities, including a full-size refrigerator, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor showers, towels, etc. We are only 4 miles from the famous "Whitewater Amphitheater" and "Tubing at the Horseshoe," and located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, nestled amongst the trees and unnoticeable from the main road making it private and tranquil.

You have two small deck areas, plus a gorgeous yard space (shared with other guests) that comes with picnic tables, a propane BBQ/Smoker, a TREE HOUSE, and a cute OUTDOOR SHOWER with hot and cold water! We have parking for up to 2 vehicles right next to your cabin and potential parking for truck and boat trailers close by (please contact us for more info on extra parking).

We have other vacation rental cabins on our property (as well as our private homes), each of which has its own private area. We ensure that our guests have adequate personal space and privacy to enjoy the peacefulness of this magical property and all the wildlife that comes with it!

We are very close to the Canyon Lake Dam (only a 1-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away). Visitors come from all over to walk, cycle, and run across this 1-mile long dam. The views are spectacular, and the best swimming spot on the lake is at the far side of the dam!

This cabin was so comfortable to hang out in and very clean. The arrival directions provided by the hosts ensured that we had no difficulties locating the property and the check-in process was simple. Everything in the cabin worked well, especially the A/C which is always my main concern. We stayed here to be close to an event at Whitewater Ampitheatre and we will definitely stay here again if we come back for another concert. Thank you!

We had a great time at this rental, and the owners were great hosts. The location was convenient as well. We enjoyed the hiking trails and restaurants around there, and we look forward to coming back again sometime.

It was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. It’s very close to Canyon Lake and the Guadalupe River. Also easy drive to nearby towns such as Blanco, Johnson City, Dripping Springs, Wimberley and Gruene.

Me and my my newly wedded wife stayed at this cabin for our honeymoon. The owner was supper lesbians on the check in time and was supper nice. When we got to the cabin and opened the door it looked just like the photos. Nice, clean, and cozy. It was perfect! Now the only issues we did have were with the sink and two lamps. The sink is on its last leg and so are the lamps (one in the living room and the other in the bedroom on the side table) we ended up unplugging them because they wouldn’t turn off, but even though those 3 things were a bummer it didn’t effect our stay. Like I said amazing cabin and would definitely stay here again!

One precaution I might mention, I am 6 ft tall. I think if someone 6' 2", their head might hit the ceiling fan blades in the bedroom. Else, place was nice. Tim

Was looking for a clean low cost place to stay for a couple days before we moved to another larger BNB on San Antonio.. It served us well. Only downside is when you pull into location you start to have your doubts.. once inside all is good.

Our 3rd visit to this property but first time in the Cozy Cabin and everything was perfect! So comfortable and the perfect spot to sit back and relax after a day at the lake or hanging out in Gruene! By far our favorite vacation rental spot! You can’t go wrong with any of the cottages on this property!!

This is a cute cabin. The decor was confusing but homey. There was a few things that were off, like the microwave on top of fridge? The shower was so small and the shower head was directly in our eyes (tallest person in our family is 5’5”). Parking was odd because of all the other residents and rentals right next to you. You can’t have a camp fire either. However the owners were super quick to help and answer emails/messages. Does not leave 24 hours open between bookings. Cabin has been booked solid all of July according to the guest book dates. Not as advertised for Covid protocols.

The location is ideal for the budget friendly price of this rental. It really was spotless and a comfortable stay. To be extra picky I would have liked curtains in the bedroom, so bring a face mask if you are light sensitive sleeper like me. If any issues in the cabin occur do not hesitate to text the host and I am sure they will go above and beyond to correct it and provide excellent communication. Overall a great stay and would come again. Already miss Canyon Lake!

Been a long time since I have taken a vacation and same with my girlfriend. Been together just under 2 years and our first vacation together and I can say it did not disappoint. Jens Zen Cabin was amazing and a good spot to be. Very nice and cozy and had everything we needed to stay the week. We picked canyon lake as a last minute idea and we're glad we did and can't wait to come back and enjoy all new experiences.

I spent an evening here for rest and relaxation and the property did not disappoint! It was very clean with all of the amenities you might need. The decorations are cute, the bed and linens were comfortable, the shower was hot, and there were some nice outdoor seating areas. The hosts were very nice!!! I would definitely stay here again and hope to do so in the future.
