We returned to Mary's beautiful flat in Estepona, and like the previous stay, everything was spotless and perfect: the communication, the booking, the check-in and checkout, the kind availability of Mary and Dawn.
The installations are superb, exactly as advertised.
The location is great for us, close to the beach (we walked), but in a residential area, so it's rather calm and soothing.

The apartment is bright and airy and very comfortable, with a very well stocked kitchen including coffee machine. It’s well located to explore Estapona on foot, being easy to walk to the Port and Old town. It’s easy to get to and from the main road/motorway for exploring further a field. There are supermarkets 10 mins walk away. Mary and Dawn are very easy to contact and super helpful. Would recommend

This apartment has all you need for a holiday stay. I liked the fact that there were plenty of (non edible) provisions such as kitchen towel, washing up liquid, foil, coffee etc. very clean and it was great to have all the English channels including sky sports + golf channel. The area is safe, 10 minute walk to the Marina and 20 mins walk to town. The marina had some great restaurants (recommend El Cazador) and also has a Sunday Market. Just 5 mins from the apartment there is a great Wednesday Market.

We had a fabulous week in this apartment. Centrally located, and very close to a lovely communal pool which we had to ourselves often! A very comfortable apartment with plenty of space. Would thoroughly recommend, and will certainly be rebooking in the future. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have had.

We loved everything in Mary’s apartment: the location, close to downtown, the paseo maritimo, and the port / marina, and also close to two supermarkets. The underground parking and the swimming pool are two big plusses. As for the flat itself, it is exactly as advertised: lovely residence in a quiet neighborhood, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen, like at home. Mary and Dawn were available and responded promptly to our requests. We were very lucky to be able to rent the apartment.

The apartment was amazing everything you would need even down to a sewing kit,firstaid box variety of tv programs. Views of the sea,underground parking lift to apartment which was really good as I took my elderly mum. Good communication with owner , and the lady who showed us around the apartment, thank you

A winter break in Estepona
We have spent a very pleasant two months in Estepona. The apartment was very comfortable and in a very good position allowing us to walk to the harbour, beach and the Old Town.
Dawn was extremely helpful with everything and she was there if we needed.

Great place to stay
Everything was fantasticly easy from booking the apartment, the payments and communications from the owner. Mary provided great accommodation in a wonderful location and even supplied a meet and greet service on the day of arrival. This is how all private lettings should be managed.

Lovely apartment
Lovely, well equipped apartment. The pool are was also clean and well maintained. Supermarkets within walking distance. Dawn met us and was very welcoming. She also responded very quickly when we had a minor issue with changing the gad cylinder. The only drawback was the very hilly nature of Estepona. Although the beach and port were not that far away the homeward journey involved some quite steep hills. However, it kept us fit. Thanks to Dawn and Mary.

A very pleasant, sunny apartment
We spent 9 weeks in this apartment. On arrival it was very clean and tidy. All your requirements were catered for, well equipped kitchen, good size living room and bedrooms. The apartment had bars/restaurants close by, the port was a 10-15 mins walk, as was the old town.
Dawn was always on hand if any queries occurred, and was most helpful.
We had a very pleasant stay, and would certainly stay again.

Excellent apartment
This apartment was perfect for our holiday. It had everything we needed to make our holiday enjoyable. It was very clean and well presented. With having a baby and two teenagers it was great to have the laundry facilities and the equipment we needed for the baby. The location is great with a 5 min drive to the beach and local restaurants and Estepona is such a beautiful place. I would highly recommend and will definitely be going back again.

Lovely apartment in a quite residential area all needs well catered for including sunbeds and beach towels .swimming pool at the rear of the block of flats for a quick dip in the evening

Beach and centre a good 10/15min walk away has a good selection of shops and restaurants
Beaches lovely and spotless and not packed sunbeds and umbrellas only 5 euro a day pp

I stayed with my husband in this apartment for five nights and we found it to be homely, clean and comfortable. It is easily accessible from the garage or ground floor via stairs or a lift. Although facing a road it was quiet and we had no problems with traffic noise. The location is good, being within easy walking distance from the lovely old town and the port. It is slightly downhill to get to both, therefore it takes a couple of minutes longer to walk back. We are in our seventies and had no problem. Lidl supermarket is a handy five minutes’ walk away. Communication with Mary, the owner, was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic property with everything you need and more
We had an amazing family holiday in Estepona with out 2 children (aged 4 and 2). The apartment was generously equipped with everything you could need and more, and the location was great. The communal pool was a great hit with the children, and we'd definitely recommend Playa del Cristo if you have children. We walked this most days with 2 buggies which took about half an hour, but there is plenty of parking there if you've got a car. Would definitely recommend this apparatment and area for couples and families alike. Thanks very much for a wonderful holiday stay!

Home from Home in Estepona
The apartment was easy to find and clean and tidy when we arrived. It had everything you need for a long stay in the winter. Small balcony which had the sun until evening and lovely views over Estepona and towards the sea. The apartment was situated 10 minutes walking from the town and the harbour while the weekly market was right outside. We had an excellent stay and were well looked after by Catherine. We will definitely use it again it was a very comfortable home in Estepona

Wonderful apt well situated
What a lovely apt so well situated for the beaches or the restaurants in the old town or the shopping area, Due to a 2 hour delay at Bristol airport we arrived very late in the early hours of the morning, but this did not phase Catherine who did our meet and greet . Helpful and cheerful she was a great asset . The apt is well furnished and equipped very well located and the lift and the underground car parking are a bonus . The owners were very helpful before our trip and whilst we were there , Thank you so much to Mary and Brian for making our holiday in Estepona so enjoyable.

We loved it! The apartment was so comfortable (& clean!) & had everything we needed to make our stay complete. Plus every day we were mesmerized by the view. Great apartment in Estepona
Susan and I had an excellent holiday at the apartment in Estepona. The owners, Brian and Mary were great to deal with and all relevant information was relayed to us seamlessly. And Catherine, the lady who met us at the apartment with the keys was first class also. We were delighted to that the flat was absolutely immaculate. The property is very large and well furnished. It's on the fourth floor, and the underground garage was a boon for parking the rental car, as Estepona is a very busy place, and parking is sometimes difficult on the streets. The Internet TV box was great as all the UK channels are available, including the full Sky Movies and Sports packages. The weather for the whole week was great for us - averaging around 22 Celsius, which is comfortable enough for us, as we can't be bothered with searing summer heat any more, hence avoiding Spain in the height of summer. So no requirement for the Air Conditioning at all.
The drive from the airport at Malaga took us around 50 minutes - we intentionally used the A7 road, and stayed off the motorway toll road (AP7) which is a bit quicker, but this costs around 15 Euros both ways, so it's up to yourself.
The kitchen had every mod con you will need - a proper home from home. There's a Lidl supermarket a couple of hundred yards down the road which was handy also. We went to Gibraltar on the Sunday and any misapprehensions about queuing in to and out of Gib were pleasantly allayed with no problems encountered. Also, another must see place is Ronda, around an hour's drive inland up the mountain roads. All in all, a very satisfactory trip which was thoroughly enjoyed by us both. I'll be contacting Brian and Mary later in the year to see if there is availability for a winter week back there. In summary, we would highly recommend this property if you fancy a look at Estepona....

Great apartment in a ideal location
This is our second time staying at this apartment and it certainly will not be our last. The apartment itself has everything you need and so much more for a great base for a family holiday. Inside the apartment there is plenty of room for a family of four and everything from the beds, sofa's and air conditioning is of first class quality. The owners have certainly made sure that the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
As a family we made much use of the excellent swimming pool and enjoyed many hours soaking up the Spanish sun.
The actual location of the apartment is excellent with shops, restaurants, markets, beach and the marina all within walking distance. There are so many things to do in and around Estepona for people of all ages and interests.

Fab Apartment, Perfect Location
This is a lovely apartment in a perfect location. The apartment was within 10 mins walk to either the marina, promenade, beach or old town, all with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Plenty to do of an evening. Great location for going out and exploring surrounding areas too.
The apartment itself was modern, very clean and provided everything that we needed. The communal pool was very well maintained and a great opportunity for our children to make new friends.
We had a lovely welcome from Catherine on our arrival who advised us where the local shops, beaches etc were.
The whole experience from booking through to arrival and then departure was easy, friendly and hassle free. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families or couples.
