Apartment entirely renovated in May 2022, with one bedroom, 1 bathroom with large shower, a nice and large livingroom with kitchen and sofa area and a nice terrace ideal to relax or eat outside (no barbecue)
The apartment is suitable for 2 to max 4 persons (2 persons in the main bedroom and 2 persons in the livingroom).
(Please in case of 2 couples, just note that the bathroom is accessible only through the bedroom)

The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated building with 2 floors, has no lift, and is located in a central area considered the best in town. Just 80 meter from the sea and the sea promenade and sea boulevard, with the nearest rocky beach just 100 meter away. The old town is located just 400 meters away or 5 minutes walking.
The lovely rocky beach closeby ("beach of the Riservato") has a wonderful blue cristal clear color, and the beach is equipped with rental of sunbeds with toilette and a beach kiosk for snacks and drinks. It is a lovely place, especially during sunset happening in front of the beach.
200 meter away a free little sandy and rocky beach is present.
At just 100 meter there is also the stop for the Beach Bus which brings to all the 15 beaches of Alghero.
Supermarket, bakery, pizzeria and or restaurants , pharmacy, park with tennis courts, are all within few hundreds meters.
Hotel nearby allows external guests to use the swimming pool by buying entrance fee or buy buying drinks or snacks.

The apartment was lovely more than we could have hoped for everything you could require was there. All information was available in regards to the area restaurants, trips out etc a lovely gesture was a bottle of wine which we enjoyed on the lovely patio area. There was a supermarket within 5 min walk.we would most certainly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying again.

We have enjoyed the apartment for a whole month and we were delighted with our stay. The place is cozy. The location is perfect; it is walking distance to restaurants, historical center, lungomare. The hosts were absolutely lovely, responsive, gave great recommendations and made sure that our stay was comfortable at all time.

We stayed in Gabri's and Terry's apartment from May 5 to 12. Both Gabri and Terry were excellent hosts before and during our stay. They provided so much useful information that we basically followed their suggestions for the week. The apartment was exceptionally clean and recently renovated. The small terrace was a delight to use in the afternoon while enjoying a glass of wine. The apartment is just outside the walls of the old city and walking into the city was no more than 10 minutes. Their street basically took you into the middle of the old town. A large supermarket is just across the street and around the corner. The old city is pedestrianized so this apt is close enough but still allows you to park on the streets around the apartment or if it's available Terry has a private spot. Both Terry and Gabri were very responsive during our stay and ready to be if any assistance. Hope to stay there again on a future visit to beautiful Alghero! Vince

We had a fantastic stay. Gabri and her Mother Terry were both extremely helpful and ensured that we had everything that we needed. Info was provided about the best beaches, restaurants and activities in Alghero. Airport transfers were also arranged for us. The apartment was really clean and had fully equipped. Good size rooms and modern throughout.
10mins walk into the town and about ½ walk to the nearest large sandy beach. The beach bus was easy and took us to all the lovely beaches outside Alghero. Beautiful old town with many shops and bars and restaurants that catered for all ages and families.
All in all a fantastic holiday!

The property was as described. Location was ideal, short walk to the old town, even shorter wall to the sea and seaside bars and restaurants. Apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. The furniture was up to date and comfortable (the bed in particular was very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipt.

Beautiful and conveniently located apartment in Alghero that has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The apartment is a 10 minute stroll along the seafront from the Old town area, and close to a small beach used by locals and away from the tourist beach areas.
Gabbi and Terry were really helpful and friendly before and during our stay, with lots of helpful advice to make the most of our holiday.

Sensationell
Gabri und Terry sind wunderbare, höfliche und professionelle Gastgeber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Ein Auto ist allenfalls für die Strandtage erforderlich. Der Aufenthalt war sensationell; wir kommen wieder. Die Wohnungsausstattung läßt auch für Selbstversorger nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Super verblijf!
Wij hebben hier 4 nachten geslapen. Het is een mooi, ruim, net en super schoon appartement. Het ontvangst was heel netjes (met oa een flesje wijn) en aan alle details is gedacht. Denk aan; tips om naar toe te gaan, benodigdheden voor in de keuken etc. Ook was de communicatie met de host vlpt en vriendelijk. Prijs/ kwaliteit is dik op orde! Zeker een aanrader dit Apt!

Eine zentral gelegene sehr, sehr saubere moderne Ferienwohnung, mit allem was benötigt wird.
Wir hatten sehr nette und wirklich aufmerksame Gastgeber, die sich sehr schnell und unaufdringlich um die Belange ihrer Gäste kümmern.
Alleine das parken in dieser wunderschönen Altstadt ist zumindest im August ein Problem, ansonsten ist diese Wohnung für Abendliche Spaziergänge am Meer ideal, und nach hinten zu den Schlaf/ Wohnbereich ruhig gelegen.
Fünf Sterne für die Gastgeber und die sehr hübsche Wohnung, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Le chiavi di Alghero
Siamo stati benissimo in questo appartamento, nuovo, pulito, funzionale e a due passo dal centro storico. La posizione è strategica x accedere al lungomare, al centro e a tutto ciò che è necessario (negozi, mercato e supermercato), residenziale e comoda.
La Signora è squisita e gentilissima e molto attenta alle richieste degli ospiti.
Abbiamo passato una settimana da (quasi) veri Algheresi

Ein absolut toller Urlaub
Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral nahe der Altstadt und unweit vom Meer. Es war groß genug, sauber und verfügt über alles was man im Alltag benötigt. Auch das Badezimmer ist schön und modern. In der Küche war sogar Öl, Essig, Gewürze usw. vorhanden. Stadttechnisch kann man alles problemlos zu Fuß erreichen auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind sehr nah gelegen. Das Parken an der Straße ist manchmal abenteuerlich aber ca. 500 m entfernt haben wir immer einen Parkplatz in einer etwas breiteren Straße gefunden.
Ein paar km entfernt findet man wunderschöne „wilde“ Strände und Buchten. Gabris Tipps waren perfekt, wir haben einige Restaurants ausprobiert und waren begeistert. Auch bei den Stränden waren die Tipps Volltreffer.
Terry ist einfach wundervoll und war für uns immer erreichbar.
Nach Rücksprache konnten wir sogar am Anreisetag früher einchecken und am Abreisetag später auschecken, was uns sehr entgegen kam bzgl. der An- und Abreise mit der Fähre über Nacht.
Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und dafür sind wir dankbar.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit großartigen Vermietern
Wir, eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (5+8), wurden durch Terry pünktlich in Empfang genommen und eingewiesen. Für Rückfragen stand Terry jederzeit zur Verfügung.
Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, groß und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in einem Wohngebiet, was den Vorteil hat, dass es recht ruhig liegt, allerdings den Nachteil, dass man für einen Parkplatz manchmal etwas laufen muss.
Ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind gleich um die Ecke.
Bereits im Vorfeld hatte Gabri und zahlreiche Tipps geschickt und so haben wir einen tollen Urlaub verbracht!

Perfect base for Alghero
Excellent apartment 10 minutes walk from the centre of Alghero with a supermarket 5 minutes away for all your needs. Flat was secure and spotlessly clean and owner was very friendly and helpful throughout the booking and during our stay. There is a double bed with pull out beds for two more and an outer veranda. The kitchen has cooker, fridge and washing machine and the bathroom newly refurbished with shower. Air conditioning is very effective. Alghero is a extremely pretty holiday destination and you can lose yourself for hours in the winding cobbled streets. For lunch recommend focaccias at Bar Milese with an excellent selection of local wines and for dinner pizza in Lu Furat. Bus station is by the Esso garage at the edge of the old town where you can go to Bosa, Castelsardo (via Sassari) and La Pelosa beach. Train station is a bit of a walk so best to get a bus or taxi there. The train goes to Sassari, from where you can change for Cagliari, Oristano or Olbia. Closest sandy beach is the one at the Lido on the edge of town or you can get the bus to Bombarde, Maria Pia or Mugoni beaches.

Vakantie Alghero
We hadden een super fijne vakantie in Alghero. Een mooi appartement, het zag er netjes uit en was goed schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in het appartement aanwezig. Het ligt op loopafstand van alle terrasjes, restaurants en het strand.

Super Urlaub
Wir haben einen super schönen Urlaub gehabt. Gabri hat uns mit vielen nützlichen und wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Seine Mutter Terry war zu jeder Zeit für uns da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühl. Zur Altstatt sind es 5 Minuten der Lido Beach ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Es gibt aber in ca. 100 Metern ein Zugang zum Meer ein kleiner Sandstrand und etwas felsiger was für uns okay war. Ungefähr in 80 Metern fährt ein Busshuttel zu den Stränden bis zur Grotte di Nettuno stündlich bis zum 15.09. danach nur noch 3 mal vormittags und 3 mal nachmittags. Ein Ticket kostet 6 Euro lohnt sich wenn man Strandhopping macht. Der öffentliche Bus fährt leider nicht so weit aber bis zum Pia Maria Strand für 1 Euro. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön.
An der Unterkunft ist nichts aus zu setzen wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Das Schöne an der Lage ist, dass es ruhig ist und man auch ein Parkplatz finden kann. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und auch nette Restaurants und Cafes.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal kommen.

Alloggio bello e confortevole
Alloggio situato in ottima posizione molto vicino al centro storico. Ristoranti e supermercato nelle vicinanze. L’alloggio è appena ristrutturato e corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione, molto pulito e confortevole. Splendida terrazza per piacevoli serate a godersi la brezza marina. Gabriele e la mamma sempre gentili e pronti per qualsiasi esigenza

Lovely, clean and all mod cons... in a great location
We had a fantastic week in Alghero - a lovely town - and the apartment was perfect. Spotlessly clean, with everything you could need, and in a fantastic location less than five minutes from the sea, with a couple of nice beach bars nearby, and just a short walk into the historic town.
The weather was beautiful so the air conditioning was much appreciated (!) and Gabri arranged taxi transfers for us from and to the airport.
We'd highly recommend a stay here and hope to visit again.

Leider kann ich mich den positiven Bewertungen nicht anschließen...
Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Man kommt herein und steht, mangels eines Flurs, direkt im Schlafzimmer. Von diesem geht eine Tür zur Wohnküche ab. Beide Räume haben Terrazzoboden ohne Beläge. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr schlicht, die Elektrogeräte extrem veraltet. Es gibt zwar einen Fernseher aber ohne jede Anleitung, so dass Empfang der gewünschten Sattelitenprogramme (obwohl vorhanden) nicht möglich war. Der große Balkon geht auf lauter Häuser mit Fenstern so dass man auf dem Präsentierteller sitzt. Dort stehen zwei Plastikstühle und ein Plastiktisch mit Sonnenschirm. Keine Liegen o.ä. Das Bad ist schlecht belüftet und hat eine so kleine Duschkabine, dass man sich dort selbst als schlanker Mensch kaum bewegen kann, ohne anzustoßen. Die Klimaanlage ist vorhanden aber ebenfalls sehr altersschwach. Wer einen gewissen Standard gewöhnt ist sollte sich eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Nur zum Schlafen mag es ok sein, eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen war das für mich nicht.

Cozy and close to everything
Second time in Alghero for us so we (a couple with a baby) knew the position was lovely: seaside and at walking distance to everything. We didnt use the car at all except 2 times for a trip to a nice beach! Apartment very clean and mattress very confy. We have loved the terrace for breakfast and also the private parking for the bike was very useful! But the little beach just down the apartment is amazing. Never seen such a beautiful crystal clear water! Amazing!

very nice apartment in renovated typical italian style building in the center of Alghero just 2 minutes from wonderful sandy and rocky beach, with shops, market, bakery and restaurants at walking distance
The apartment was very clean and was perfect for us with nice and spacious bedroom and big livingroom with fully equipped kitchen! we loved to have breakfast every morning in the sunny terrace. We'll be back, thank you for your hospitalty Terry and Gabri!

Wonderful time in La DolceVita Apartment
My fiancé and I had an amazing time in La DolceVita Apartment. Sardinia as a whole is breathtaking, but having such a wonderful apartment made it even more special. The owner was very responsive and helpful and the apartment was just as modern, clean, and comfy as it looks in the pictures. The beach was almost at our doorstep and we had all the facilities we needed for a relaxing and rejuvenating week. The terrace was also a plus where we used the barbecue and it was also large enough for me to do yoga in the mornings. The owner also provided two bikes which we had fun riding. Honestly, we had zero negative experiences during our stay and we would highly recommend this apartment to couples or even families of 3-4. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to Alghero.

Erg knus appartement en perfecte locatie!
We hebben twee weken doorgebracht in dit super appartementje met een leuke zonnig terras. Locatie is uitstekend, prachtige zand en rotsenstrand om de hoek! s avonds lekker rondlopen naar restaurantjes of ijsje halen. Vanaf het appartement is alles prima lopende te bereiken. Alghero is een hele mooie levendig stad met veel te doen en prachtige stranden. Het appartement was zeer schoon en het contact met Gabri is altijd zeer fijn geweest. We hebben echt genoten en we gaan zeker terug!
