This home sits one mile north of the famed Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port, where guests can create their very own idyllic Cape Cod vacation. Spend your days riding bikes, taking hikes, and wading in the cool waters of Craigville Beach, Kalmus Beach, and Veterans Park Beach (each of which is three miles away).

Come home from the beach each afternoon to toss your bathing suits in the private washer/dryer, fix a few cocktails and cold drinks in the full kitchen (with a dishwasher), and play cards with your loved ones outside on the screened porch. Use the free WiFi to look up a new recipe, tell stories and roast marshmallows around the firepit, or find a cable movie to watch.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location but the property needs upgrades. Furniture and rugs have lots of stains and wear. Bathrooms need garbage cans. Kitchen needs better pots, pans and dishes.

This was very last minute. My husband and I and our twin daughters. Age 17. We got one nice day at the beach and relaxed. Went mini golfing down the street. This house was perfect for our needs. If we were staying longer, we would have made more use of the very nice back deck and yard!

The location is great, near West Main St. and beach. The outside of the house was very neglected. The inside was clean but somewhat shabby furnishings.

The house has a great layout, nice neighborhood, but there were no instructions for the TV, couldn't get it to work the entire stay, there were small ants on the kitchen counter every day, including the day we arrived. There was also mold on one of the shower liners in the bathroom. These are very easy things to improve. A binder with a TV guide as well as where to put towels and sheets after the stay would be helpful.

I needed a place for me and my daughter until an apartment became availability. This place was a nice landing pad for a few weeks. I like the kitchen, comfy beds, overall vibe of the place. Great water pressure in the master bath shower! The neighborhood is fine, it's not a bad part of Hyannis but it's not exactly seaside.

Only thing we wished is if they left some coffee behind we got there late in the day and all other places always had coffee to get you by for the next morning. Otherwise perfect!!!

The location was great. However, that was all that was great. We arrived at the home to find trash bags in the driveway. We entered the home to find a strong musty odor and the house was very cold. The thermostat was set at below 60. The furniture in the living room was damp and you could not sit on it. The home has a lot of potential, but at this point, I would not recommend staying there.

Deceptively larger than it looks cottage perfectly located to all that you want to do. Super quiet location , short ride to the port, the beach, and the center of town. A little landscaping would really spruce up the outside along with a fresh coat of paint and you’ve really got a great place to enjoy the cape. We’d rent again !

This home needs TLC
Beds are uncomfortable. The single twin is like sleeping on a trampoline. The 2 king beds are simply twin beds next to each other. Watch out for sleeping in the middle they seperate. Master bedroom skylight leaks. Both bathrooms are in need of work. Shower curtains have mildew on them.
Outdoor grills are messy haven’t been cleaned. Limited towels, and not much for utensils. They advertise spices an what not, I’m sure they’ve been there for years.
1800 dollars for a 3 nite stay at this property was not worth it.

The property was poorly kept. As you enter there is an odor of mold, roaches in the bed as well as crawling on the walls, lights burnt out in the largest part of the kitchen, broken and ripped furniture, and more. We contacted VRBO and VACASA within an hour of arriving showing pictures of the roaches. No one came or called back. We left after two nights although our reservation was for 4.

Intimate little vacation home from which to tour Cape Cod and enjoy area town, sites and beaches. It is in great shape and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend the place and would stay there again in an instant.
