About this house rental
The living room has a flat screen tv with a lounging chair, 2 wing back chairs and a pull out queen bed with memory foam mattress. Beside the living room is a small room for the family to share time together and play board games. A large den has a couch and love seat that have recliners that offer a very comfortable time to watch the flat screen smart tv on cable or with your own acct. There is a large dining room with a table for 8-10 that has views of the back yard where turkeys pass by frequently. The back deck also has a grill and outdoor table and chairs for your outdoor entertaining. There is a fire pit (with wood provided), outdoor seating and outdoor bathroom facility.
The house has 3 bedrooms with beds that have memory foam for comfort. One living room has a queen pull out bed with memory foam mattress. The sheets are luxury cotton and the comforters are designer. The baths are stocked with towels, washcloths and hand soap. Last but not least, the kitchen is easy and comfortable for preparing your meals. Every gadget, pot, pan, and dish has been considered. There is a single brew or pot brew coffee maker and coffee, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast table. There is also a lot of cabinet space for groceries. This house also has a utility room with a washer and dryer and is stocked with laundry supplies. There is also a steam iron and regular iron and ironing board in the master bedroom.

Nice house on a large wooded lot. Very clean and comfortable It looks like beautiful original hardwood in the doors, flooring and kitchen that have been well maintained or professionally restored. Bent Creek mountain bike trails are very close (we rode from the house one day) and very close to town and other attractions. Usually, I have staid a little closer to Brevard, but everyone in our party seemed to like this location better.

This is a beautiful home. We loved the large, gently sloping and mowed yard, especially chasing after fireflies in the evenings! The location was perfect for us--very convenient to points of interest and near the family we were visiting too! We enjoyed the firepit out back as well. This property is in a great location with easy access to the Asheville Outlets and Farmer’s Market. It’s set in a quiet location just off the highway and has plenty of space for the entire family with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the deck and even had morning visit from the biggest turkey I’ve ever seen! I would absolutely rent this property again. :)

Been to Asheville many times, this property is just south from the outlet mall, easy access to stores and not bad to downtown (15 min). House is great and host provided many add ons like coffee, filters, etc. Only negative item was there was bags of trash in the garage (probably left by former guests) and they really stunk. We keep the garage door open during the day to help with the smell.

We used the outdoor part of the home to host a mini reception after our micro-wedding in the area and it was the perfect space. The property comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests and offers a sense of seclusion while being conveniently located near attractions like the Frying Pan Tower and numerous hiking trails. We spent an entire day hiking and were delighted to find the property just a short 10-minute drive away.
The house features two living areas with TVs, ensuring everyone can relax and enjoy their downtime. The surrounding area also offers plenty of dining options and an outlet mall for shopping enthusiasts.
While we didn't encounter any bears during our stay, the possibility of spotting one added a touch of excitement for my wife, though I was quite content without such encounters.

This house suited our needs when visiting Asheville for a wedding. The house was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. Outside space was also nice especially the fire pit and the deck. Only thing that we would change is the kitchen. The range and cabinets in the middle of the room made it a bit difficult to prepare meals...especially with more than one person in the room. Outside of that...great stay and we would stay here again.

We hosted an engagement party for some of our closest friends at this rental home, and it worked out perfectly! Even with a lot of rain in the forecast, we were able to set up comfortably on the back deck and in the sunroom, living room, dining room and sitting room to give people plenty of space to eat, mingle and celebrate. We planned on using the beautiful outdoor venue space for the celebration, but the weather had other plans for us. Fortunately, the property is set up well for both types of events. Becky was communicative and helpful throughout our entire experience, and we highly recommend working with her!

It’s rare you get a property where they not only allow events but also provide supplies for them! This was an amazing spot for my rehearsal dinner and the back yard / event space was perfect for about 25 of us, but could hold even a few more! Great area for kiddos to run around while the huge tables and chairs and extra event platters, lanterns, and setup were so so helpful and appreciated! It ended up being the most gorgeous outdoor garden party on the patio area, but the tables even fit in the event space if you needed it! The bedrooms and bathrooms general living space are clean, and there’s a huge dining table. Great communication with host and she even FaceTimed me and called me proactively to show me the space! On a weekend like your wedding you need low stress and I was so grateful for this property! We also got ready here and there was plenty of room. Highly recommend!

I took my three sisters to stay two nights in this beautiful home! Everything about this home/property was beautiful! This home was cleaner than any motel I have ever stayed and the bed linings smelled so so good and the beds were so Comfortable that we all slept later than normal! Lol The owner gave us detail about if how far were were from the highlights to visit during our stay! We visited the Biltmore Estate and visited a few local restaurants she told us about! Definitely recommend this home if you plan to visit Biltmore or the town of Asheville NC!

This home is beautiful, and it was by far the cleanest home I have ever stayed in! The wood floors are amazing! The bedrooms are spacious, and the mattresses are very comfortable. Each room has high quality linens. There are cozy quilts and soft blankets in the linen closet for snuggling on the couch. There is plenty of seating in the living areas, and the furniture is clean and comfortable.
The home is in a great location since it's close to so many Asheville attractions, as well as stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet -even on New Year's Eve!
I texted a couple hours before we arrived and asked Becky if the kitchen had a crockpot. She said no and asked what size we needed. When we arrived a bit early to the house, Becky's husband was delivering a brand new crockpot! We found the kitchen well stocked. The appliances all worked and were in great condition.
We looked for the turkeys, but didn't spot any. We looked for bear as well and were disappointed we didn't see any. Maybe next time!
